Great app and website, both very straight forward. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was able to cancel and reorder effortlessly online without having to wait on the phone forever like most businesses. Also received my item earlier than expected and the shipping was FREE! Thank you Revolve for a great first experience.
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th. After multiple follow ups, on September 11th, they asked for the return tracking number(which means the dress was received and they were unable to relocate it) After 23 days, the stated that they cannot return the money because the dress has a stain! The dress was lost and they are denying it. And blaming me for a stain that was not caused by me but with their negligence. They refused to provide pictures of the stain! I asked them to return the dress and they don't know where is it! So funny and sad at the same time
This is my first time ordering from Revolve and when UPS failed to deliver my package on the day that it was guaranteed I called Revolve. They told me the only thing they could do for me was cancel the delivery and refund me. I had bought this as a gift for someone and was planning on giving it to them the day before they leave the country. The woman helping me was unsympathetic and said that they could not ask UPS to try to deliver it again and told me to call UPS to complain. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending Revolve to any of my friends in the future.
I pre-ordered something in May with an approximate delivery status in the beginning of July. I never received the item or any kind of update and whenever I email them they blame the vendor and basically tell me they don't know anything about it and when they do they'll send me a notification. They sent me that same email about 4 times, as a response to asking for an update. This is ridiculous. If you don't have the product or a certain day of delivery then don't put the item up for sale. I could've looked on another website to try and find it and actually receive it on time. This is something that I specifically ordered for a vacation I'm going to on this Friday, so I'm now left without options as to what to do and where to find it.

Since you have shipped with dpd and this parcel service does not deliver anything, but returns the shipment in the parcel shop without attempting to deliver, I cannot accept the goods.
I am disabled and can not go to the parcel shop to pick it up. If you continue to ship with dpd, I will no longer be able to order from your company.

I love Revolve and have been shopping for years with them. But recently no fault of Revolve the quality and sizing of the designers are not great. I'm finding that I have to order multiple sizes and sometimes that doesn't work. Just wish the designers gave better quality. Especially to expensive items.

This is one of the best online shopping for ladies apparel, that there is out there. For up-to-date fashion and accessories, and a lot of really wonderful casual clothing, perfect for our modern and practical lifestyle. First, the website is user friendly, you really get to see the clothing well, and get a feel for the designers they use. Only downfall, is not experiencing the true quality of the fabrics (touch is the only way), but they do their best on describing the items.
The ease of purchasing, trying on and then returning, is exceptional, and so quick. I usually hate online shopping, due to the repackaging of return items and the visit to the PO... this is all made so easy, when shopping with Revolve. Almost hassle free, which is why I shop with them, and end up buying a lot of clothing from their website. I've been a customer from the beginning, and all they constantly improve their site. Well done Revolve.
I will NEVER order from this company again. I ordered from them back in July and they sent me the wrong item, then when I asked them to send the correct one they told me it was sold out. I asked to reimbursed and it took 4 phone calls and two months to finally get my money back. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and order again. I ordered a dress with priority 2 day shipping and it has yet to come in. A waste of my money and time.

I tried this website cautiously by purchasing a dress on sale for about 70 USD. Of course I would not buy anything expensive on the first time, as the 1st time is a kind of a test. Revolve failed the test miserably, with the dress torn only at the 3rd wear. The material was very shabby. Was made in China (not that I mind this). The style was fine though. I think this website sells a bunch of rubbish.

I purchased a velvet jacket costing over £100 and then received a text advising the item had been delivered. I live on my own so thought perhaps someone has taken the parcel in for me. I then checked with the customer service department ad revolve and they advised me the has left it outside my door! I advised i had been away for two days and could not find the item. The promised they would look into the matter and get back to me, they have not and had not further communication from them.

I ordered 2 bras, one of which had one of the straps that were supposed to be attached ripped.
I could see why it can be overlooked upon being sent out because it was a very strappy item.
I contacted them and they offered to send me another one. Fast forward 3 weeks, what do i get? The same bra with a sad attempt to be SEWN BACK. I wouldn't have minded if they had just told me i could take it to a local seamstress to have it fixed, i was under impression they were exchanging me with a new one. The worst part is, the stitching they did was falling apart when the new bra had arrived in the mail

I bought over 300 dollars worth of clothes from the site, yes its pricey but everything looked so darn good. I'm from hawaii and it shipped to my house in 3 days. I tried some of it on and I just didn't like it on me so I returned most of my items except this one flowy top which I use all the time. Nothing wrong with the quality, I just didn't like it on me so I returned it. They sent me emails the whole time, even letting me know they are expecting my returned items because it was scanned in. I got my full refund and it was very hassle free. I love revolve, just spent another 300 hoping to like these as well!

My account with Revolve was was repeatedly hacked into. A person tried using my store credit several times at FRWD. They changed my name and shipping address in my Revolve account. I reported the issue three times until I finally got someone who was willing to help me fix it and help me use the store credit to resolve the problem.
I’m only giving two stars because of the last manager I talked to. I can’t remember her name but she was willing to take the time and help me.

I ordered a pair of white shorts from Revolve. They arrived in a timely fashion. When I tried them on, I was on the fence and decided to send them back in exchange for a smaller size. Every time I have reached out to the customer service, they have been very responsive and helpful. My new smaller shorts are in the mail on their way. All in all I would say I had a very pleasant experience shopping with Revolve. I would order from them again.
This company is devious, Their clothes look fabulous but the quality is poor in reality and they're expensive. Also, the site is misleading for those not in the US - it says free shipping and returns. I paid $AU21 to send clothes back. And worst of all, I made an error in my initial order and advised them within minutes. I was told the whole order needed to be cancelled and then re-placed. It took10 days and a lot of stress to get a refund for the first order payment.

I ordered the Samba long silk dress in a size small (based on the model specs) and while it was beautiful it was a smidge too short. So I then ordered the medium and it fit like a dream! Such a gorgeous but wispy dress. I then proceeded to send the small back but in the wrong return bag. The customer service rep helped me untangle the mess and get my refund in less than an hour.

I've been searching for something to wear to my elopement for almost two months, the dress I found on Revolve is absolutely perfect.
I wanted to exchange my dress to a smaller size and the staffs were very helpful and pleasant. They replied to my queries very promptly and are very polite. Will definitely shop online with revolve again.
