Great app and website, both very straight forward. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was able to cancel and reorder effortlessly online without having to wait on the phone forever like most businesses. Also received my item earlier than expected and the shipping was FREE! Thank you Revolve for a great first experience.
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th. After multiple follow ups, on September 11th, they asked for the return tracking number(which means the dress was received and they were unable to relocate it) After 23 days, the stated that they cannot return the money because the dress has a stain! The dress was lost and they are denying it. And blaming me for a stain that was not caused by me but with their negligence. They refused to provide pictures of the stain! I asked them to return the dress and they don't know where is it! So funny and sad at the same time
This will be my first order! It came super fast. Very impressed. Unfortunately the dress I bough was too big. I'm a size 10 so I bough the M/L and I was swimming in it. So sad. Had to return it!

Ordered a dress for the rehearsal dinner for my wedding. It came in the week before the wedding and I felt it was overpriced.
Either way- it also didn't fit. It got caught in the shuffle of wedding activities/ post wedding activities and I tried sending it back a week or two after the 30 day deadline.
I emailed customer service apologizing and explaining that in all of the wedding craziness, it slipped my mind to send the dress back and I had no use for store credit. I asked for a refund and Revolve responded with an email saying they were incapable of refunding my money.
Shop somewhere else where customer service actually cares about your concerns and will help you.

A different customer service representative reached out to me to resolve the issue. I'm not sure why the original person I talked to in customer service couldn't help but whoever saw this review went out of their way to make things right for which I am very thankful. Customer service is extremely important (especially with online shopping) and I am extremely happy with the help I have since received from Revolve!
I am a loyal revolve customer. While I don't always love what I purchase, this is usually due to how it fits on me or just changing my mind. I would say that revolve accurately represents their items and provides important information to help buyers choose the appropriate size and gauge fit and style. They have an overwhelming selection of items and always have great sales. Above all, their efficiency and customer service always keep me coming back. I have had instances where I wasn't sure about a size, wouldn't be able to return something within the return period, needed a price adjustment, etc and I always receive amazing and prompt service, whether its through email or phone call, the representatives are always amazing and kind. I have been shopping at revolve for years now and I think its made me way too accustomed to a seamless experience that it makes it difficult for me to shop at other online retailers, if I can find the item on revolve I always get it there; if I see an item from a brand I know they carry I usually wait to see if they will put it up before ever buying anywhere else. I live between Canada and the US and the customs and duties situation is very reasonable and easy that even though I have to pay more sometimes, I make purchases even when in Canada instead of waiting to come back to the US. Any issues you've had with other online retailers won't happen at revolve; refund are easy, stock is accurate, etc. I really can't recommend it enough :)

I was a customer for years and never complained, their customer service was great, I thought it was the best website for price matching but since one year or two their CS is completely dishonest. Lately, they will find anything to not price match when the discount is too high (40% or more). For instance, I tried four times to price match a pair of Golden Goose sneakers with 4 legit websites but they declined all 4 websites for absolutely no reason. They will come up with new price match policies just to decline the price match: since when the customer have to order the same size as the one on sale?! It's not even in their price match policies... Absolutely disrespectful for customers! They even one time wanted to add to the price match the shipping costs from the concurrent website (+$30) just to discourage me to purchase it... Don't bother to price match on Revolve especially if you want to price match a pair of Golden Goose, it's nearly impossible, their managers simply don't want to price match certain items and are dishonest about it. I finally bought the sneakers on theclutcher.com they instantly agreed to price match at no extra costs, outstanding customer service and price matching was not even in their policies...
Delivery is great. Quality of product is poor in comparison to the price of what you're getting. I find the sizing is all over the place. However, I recognize different brands size differently.

They wouldnt complete my order until i supplied them with mt date of birth and social security number... the claimed they needed it for experian verification for all chipped credit cards. I reminded them the card i used was NOT chipped. They canceled my order and they have not refunded the $688.05 to my visa, now i need to file a charge back through visa.

You had the products I was looking for and fair prices
I ordered a pair of denim from them back in February, but when I received them, they were the wrong model. Wouldn't fit at all. So I msg them asking for an exchange and they say their apologies and have put my correct pair on hold for me. They also refund my return shipping cost.
Fast forward three weeks later, I get my long awaited package after paying a ridiculous amount of duties and taxes (I didn't get charged duty and tax from my first shipment so I was already annoyed). I open it up, and behold - the exact same model I originally received! And from the looks of it, it looks like the exact same pair that was originally sent to me!
I email them with frustration asking for my original order. They tell my since it was a clearance item, it is now completely out of stock.
So now here I am, $60 poorer from duties and taxes, with the wrong pair of jeans that I never wanted, and knowing I would never get the pair I originally ordered. For compensation they offer me a 15% discount for my order. Useless since for sure I won't be shopping with them anymore.
Still waiting to hear back to what they have to say...

People, be aware. They make their website look so good and nice just to steal your money. I ordered 2 items from revolve.com and couple days later I received 2 packages, 1 with item that I never ordered, and the second with correct items. I returned the incorrect package right away back to them and couple days later I returned the second package just because did not like the items and decided to return. Couple days later I received an email indicating that the refund is being processed. 2 weeks past and I still havent received the refund. I called them and the both representatives were very rude and both provided different information, but both said: yes, we got the items back but we will not issue the refund, you have to file a dispute with your bank. I explained: I returned the items back to you, you received it, now I must receive my money. But they didnt care, all they said was: you have to file the dispute with your bank. I asked: so, in this situation will you then send the items back to me since you are not willing to refund for no reason, and I was told: No, we cant do this. I let them know that they are real thieves because stealing the money and keeping the items. The representatives are very stupid too. Stay away unless you want to get robed.

I'm confused. I've seen several of these reviews on multiple sites and they honestly seem like either disgruntled ex employees or someone with a grudge. I've spent quite a bit at Revolve but have found their shipping quick, quality of clothes excellent, but I usually buy brands I'm familiar with too. I have reached out to their customer service multiple time both through email and phone and have been treated very well. They've addressed my needs and done whatever they could to make it right. I have never returned anything so can't speak to that.
I am a bit surprised that people that purchase items and return for reasons other than defects expect to not pay for return shipping. Revolve isn't as large as Nordstroms so I wouldn't expect them to cover cost of shipping if I just don't like it.
I have yet to be disappointed. I've purchased beauty supplies, make up, jewelry tights, clothes, shoes. Not one thing wasn't either exactly what I expected or even better. Maybe it's different if shipping to another country, but I'm a very happy loyal customer.
