I am attending a few weddings and ordered 4 dresses.
It was mentioned "NEW 3 DAYS FREE DELIVERY TO THE UK FOR ALL ORDERS OVER £70" i spent a thousand pound, as soon as ordered i received confirmation saying i will receive the following week: delivery 7 days later! I emailed them explaining the situation as i am leaving on these weddings before the delivery I have emailed every day, several times a day, tried to do live chat, tried to call. No one is responding to me, no one is helping me and my order 5 days later has still not left the retailer. 3 DAYS SHIPPING? ARE YOU KIDDING ME!
A thousand pound later i am not yet to see my order neither to receive an answer, and will have to spend more money to buy new dresses without even a refund.
I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED SUCH A AWFULL AND USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good - but then the barrage of emails started. I was not impressed and had to unsubscribe which was not easy.

I really really want to like them. I love their clothing, I love their style, I love their instagram but I really can't stand a company that makes you work in order to receive your items. I ordered a dress 4 weeks before my birthday, received it 2 days later (as expected) and it didn't fit. I returned it for a larger size and 10 days later, had not received any e-mail notice saying they received the dress. When I called to follow up, the person I spoke to let me know that they had received the dress but it would take another week to process and get the new one out. Okay. One day before my birthday, I still had not received the dress. I called and was given the option to pay $45 to get it by 8pm the next day, otherwise it wouldn't arrive until the following day. I cancelled the order immediately. Fast forward to 3 weeks later and I still have not seen a refund on my credit card statement. I've tried calling their customer service line multiple times all week and it never rings, then just results in a busy signal. The fact that I've had to go out of my way on every occasion to see results is ridiculous. I would NOT recommend shopping here to anyone, you can find most of the clothing they carry at other (more dependable) sites.

I've had EXCELLENT customer service EVERY single time! They are awesome! I will continuously order from revolve. They also have great sales from time to time. So good idea to keep checking back.

I give 3 stars because a lot of it happened to me that the quality of the clothing for the price was prettty bad and sometimes it was even damaged when it came or there was a seam missing.

I have been on maternity leave since Nov 11th, and I ordered some clothes because I LOVE your merchandise. Everything I have ever bought, I adore. HOWEVER, the company you ship through never gave me any notice that it was delivered. Nothing on my door, no knock on my door. Nothing. I paid with Afterpay, so I figured perhaps I had to pay for it all before I got it though I did write an email saying "hey, I never got this stuff yet". It was around $300 worth of stuff, that never showed up. Another company, that uses "On Tracking" did not show up either and I am super upset because I ran around town looking for my stuff an no one has been helpful. When I called no one was helpful, and they told me I wouldnt get a refund because "it said that it had been delivered" and that was it. Someone stole my stuff, I am sure or it got lost and IM LIVID. I am a single mom, with a newborn sitting here waiting for lazy carriers who probably dropped it off somehwere else. BULL$#*! terrrible terrible vc

I ordered it from you because of the arrival date, I know that the situation in Israel is not as good, but all my stuff that I ordered from abroad came in time.

I absolutely love this company! The shipping speed is amazing. Quality of the product and customer service are great.
