Great app and website, both very straight forward. Accidentally ordered the wrong size and was able to cancel and reorder effortlessly online without having to wait on the phone forever like most businesses. Also received my item earlier than expected and the shipping was FREE! Thank you Revolve for a great first experience.
I received my dress on august 6th and returned to the carrier on the 24th and was received by revolve on the 25th. After multiple follow ups, on September 11th, they asked for the return tracking number(which means the dress was received and they were unable to relocate it) After 23 days, the stated that they cannot return the money because the dress has a stain! The dress was lost and they are denying it. And blaming me for a stain that was not caused by me but with their negligence. They refused to provide pictures of the stain! I asked them to return the dress and they don't know where is it! So funny and sad at the same time
Whether I need a dress overnight, a size change, want to apply a gift card from a return order to another order - this company knows how to treat their customers. Will def continue to shop Revolve for years to come.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
It's easy to shop and find items and the shipping is easy. The quality has drastically gone down and I was unhappy with every item I ordered. The sizing is off and material is cheap. The dresses are expensive and being sold with cheap fabric.
I was expecting better quality for the price point for these items. I am shopping for a wedding guest dress next month, and was shocked at the material of these dresses - really misleading and not worth the money.
I liked how many options they had.
The fabric of the dress was not so good and was very tight for me. I usually wear a medium but this dint fit me and I had to return it..
They were very cooperative and guided me and also refunded me so I could order another outfit
I felt revolve was the right place to shop for my occasion
The XS was incredibly loose on me and I even sized down. Revolve struggles with correct sizing and fit.

I don't know whether I was expecting too much or I might have been spoiled by other brands or retailers... but this dress came inside a bag, all wrinkled... I was expecting a garment bag to say the least.
The dress and the experience felt like a robbery.

The jacket I received looked cheap. It had hanging threads from the stitching as if it han been sown in a third world factory. No attention to detail or quality control. First and last purchase from revolve.

I had not really seen this site before and thought their items looked pretty. I found a jacket on sale for 28.00 advertised as previously priced at 174.00. It is non returnable for this price and felt it worth the try. It arrived today and is just ok. I will wear it a few times. It runs big. It definitely would never sell for 174.00. That is the really misleading part. I should know better than to trust these kind of sites after nothing but trouble with Shein clothes. So I will stick to well known companies in the future, as I really hate dealing with sites that are dishonest and manipulative.
I ordered a few wedding event outfits on Revolve and was quite excited as everything looks so good on the photos. Customer Service was very prompt in replying to my questions and the package arrived very swiftly despite living abroad. However, when I received my package I was really disappointed. I ordered a $300 dress and it looked so sad inside the box all folded up as small as possible. My other dress retailing for $70 was made in really cheap fabric. Both dresses had really bad quality fabric for the price so I do feel quite ripped off. Do not order from here unless you know the brand you are buying because their photos do look much better than actual product.

I can't believe anyone would spend $110 dollars on a swimsuit top that is basically one you can buy from Wal-mart. I bought it because it was good, and looked of decent quality in the photo. I bought it on discount, and even at $45 dollars I feel like I got ripped off. The top is made of incredibly thin material, not even as thick as a normal box store swimsuit. I ordered the extra small, was on the larger side of the size chart and it was STILL too big. It's not lined at all, which is preposterous for a $110 swimsuit. I guess it's my fault for assuming, but nobody else should assume they'll get their money's worth. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was that it is a cute cut. Literally the only reason. Thoroughly disappointed, will not be shopping here ever again.
Revolve's interface is not as user friendly as some of the other shopping sites. Their sales are not typically as competitive as other sites as well. However, they do have great designers and I will shop with them from time to time if I can't find a piece anywhere else.
I made a large order of mostly summer dresses prior to my honeymoon in Italy. The dresses arrived to Australia very promptly, 3-5days but they were not as advertised. Poor quality, different colours from advertised. I sent it back and was charged $65 for return shipping which they would not refund. Very very disappointed
The dresses look so much better on photos than in real life. It is almost catfishing what they do. I bought 2 dresses, ome of them was 300£ And the quality was just horrific. It was as though the dress was made of paper. I am so disappointed with revolve because their pictures look beautiful. But what you get is not even close to that.
This is my first time ordering from Revolve and when UPS failed to deliver my package on the day that it was guaranteed I called Revolve. They told me the only thing they could do for me was cancel the delivery and refund me. I had bought this as a gift for someone and was planning on giving it to them the day before they leave the country. The woman helping me was unsympathetic and said that they could not ask UPS to try to deliver it again and told me to call UPS to complain. This is unacceptable customer service. I will not be recommending Revolve to any of my friends in the future.

My account with Revolve was was repeatedly hacked into. A person tried using my store credit several times at FRWD. They changed my name and shipping address in my Revolve account. I reported the issue three times until I finally got someone who was willing to help me fix it and help me use the store credit to resolve the problem.
I’m only giving two stars because of the last manager I talked to. I can’t remember her name but she was willing to take the time and help me.

Daughter and many of her friends ordered dresses from revolve! They are to say the least very poor quality, terrible material, and CHEAP! OVERPRICED. Thank god she's in perfect physical condition or these dresses would look horrible!
I have ordered thousands of dollars in merchandise from Revolve and returned only what was the wrong size or most of the time unfortunately was deceived and the color was off, stitching loose, cheap quality and every time I took the time to mark why I was returning. Now, they sent me a letter not even on company letter head as if I've been "served" saying thank you for your business, but we really don't know if your wearing and returning, so now you don't get free returns, BUT after you spend a couple thousand then we will reevaluate you. Absolutely a scam and will go under. Bloggers get the items for free so if enough people say enough then Revolve will have to evolve!

Not a single confirmation order, no emails, absolutely lack of communcation. I was on holiday and then... Order status CANCELED, because of credit card, impossible since they've tried it and I have more than the amount necessary.
The customer service is OK, they are friendly and told me that they'll let me know when they have the product again... but at the end, I don't the have the product that I want when I want and paid for it>!
Very dissapointing

The people are nice, if you can get in contact with them. Obviously the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing, so expecting that communication once will result in a positive outcome would be a poor assumption.
Their original shipping is quick. I must live fairly close to the shipping hub. However, the item I received was defective. You cannot request return online, instead you must use the paperwork they send you to return the item. Considering how quickly it arrived, I'd assume it went back equally as fast. But nothing updated online. Took days before I received an email stating they got the package, then nothing... crickets.
Finally, tried calling. They make you answer a bunch of ridiculous questions and threaten to put your information into a "sweepstakes" while you're on hold. I didn't stick around long enough to see if that had real people working for them.
Then, went to their "chat" option. First person said I'd get an email update later today. Then the I receive an email for a refund, not a replacement of said defective item. So again, back to chat. Waiting forever to see what the heck is happening. They will send me the item and remove the refund. I'm curious to see if the "charge" for the item shows up on my account before the money from the first purchase is added back into my account. I'm not thrilled with their playing with my bank account, not reading or following instructions on the return, and having awful customer service. Overall, will not use them again.

I sent a e-card to my niece for her birthday and I had to call customer service as it never arrived - they couldn't explain why so resent for me while I was on the phone and it arrived in her inbox immediately. Her sister had the exact same problem I did and also had to phone customer service to get the issue resolved. A real inconvenience to have to do this but in the end my niece was so happy to get the two e-cards as she loves REVOLVE clothing.
