Website is well organized and easy to navigate, pictures of the products are clear and helpful, and everything looks so cute! Can't wait for my purchases to arrive. Update: all my items came quickly and were well packaged. The skirts are super cute, if not a little thin at the waistband area and the material of some tops is closer to cotton rather than an athletic fabric. The padded tank top and tennis dress were amazing though! All around super great designs for an even better price

My dress came in a broken plastic bag and totally damaged with black stains. Also, they sent me the WRONG dress. I contacted customer service and Natalie was amazing! She resolved the issue immediately and made sure I received the the correct dress in a well packaged box. It also was delivered in 2 days.

Bought the boots few days before christmas and it came the next week on 28th from Cali to Perth Australia. Amazed how fast the delivery was! 10 out of 10! The only downside was the packaging. Would have been nice if it was packed securely and using a sturdy box. The shoe box was partially damaged. Good thing the boots were in good condition.
The Steve Madden Boots fits perfectly fine.

Credit cards are a bit slow to process- I returned my items on Friday and still have not gotten a refund yet

I am in Canada and its always more money for us, when you charge taxes and duties in advance. If you could make this optional for people to chose if they want to prepay or not, that would be greatly appreciated

The Tower 28 products are really good but the shipping to Europe took so long: 10 days to leave US.
It was the only company that ship Tower 28 goods to Europe.
I appreciate that the shipping was quick to Canada and the duties were included in the price of the item so there were no surprises. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the item that I purchased was 20% off everywhere on Black Friday except for this site (sale announced by brand)… but still had to order here to get it shipped to Canada.

My dress is not the best material, and it is my fault for not checking type of material, but i paid $100+ for a dress that is quite cheap material. I think i would've paid maybe $75 for the dress? It's pretty and it fits but I just regret paying so much after it was dlvrd
