In my opinion, Rewardia is the best, as, aside from surveys, there are many ways to get reward points (including a lot of entertaining games, as well as polls, videos, and chances to write your own poll and survey questions, which if accepted, yield a lot of reward points), The site is not only diverse, but set up well and is easy to navigate, unlike some other survey sites where clutter and confusion is the name of the game.

Some people might think that having to allow ads and view some video commercials is annoying (I'll admit I wasn't too happy at first) but it's a small price to pay for what you get.

They processed my reward the same day I put in for it; in fact, as soon as I requested it, I got it!
