In the middle of a billing disaster with Rochester Gas and Electric company, I visited the RGE office on West Avenue on 3-3-23 and was assisted by Leticia who was professional, empathic and eager to help me. I have not had this level of Customer service in years from RGE. I want to say thank you. I am giving 5 stars for the service I received from this employee alone.
