I bought a Nikon Z6II on 02 December 2021 from this site. It was writing the camera will be delivered in 5 days. They made me wait 6 weeks. Every time when I asked them about delivery they said me `next week it will be delivered.` After 5 weeks I wrote a negative review here. They said `We will not help you about delivery unless you delete the review` After six weeks and many mails not answered, I got my money back. As a customer I will never buy anything from them. They are not sending the item, not giving information, not giving tracking code. They are using the same site frame for every country. If you call them you can not reach anyone in NL. I am not sure if the address is real. My advice is Think very carefully before buying something them. I had the worst shopping experience in my life. Recently I bought Sony A7 III from Rhino Camera.
If be honest, I was a little worried about my order because it was my first time that I ordered from this website and the price was less than other websites so I was not sure is it real or not.
The lack of a user section on your site and the fact that the order information was not accessible on the website was another case that worried me after the order.
But my package arrived safely on time and without any problems and I am really happy about it.
The packaging was really good and I could trace my package.
I absolutely regret having ordered in Rhinocamera.nl just to safe a 100 bucks. Their service is absolutely depressing. I was under the impression that I ordered a product from a Dutch website, so that would result in the delivery of a camera with a Dutch wall plug. The camera that arrived was equipped with an English DC charger adapter and a freaking travel adapter. So you order a camera of almost a thousand euros, and then Rhinocamera sends you a foreign version with a super cheap looking 50 cents alibaba travel adapter. So there you go, a super sleek small compact camera but you have to bring two rather large adapters, a power adapter from a different country in a travel adapter to convert it back. It's as if you are on a permanent involuntarily vacation.
Additionally they didn't send the 64GB SD card that I ordered and when you call them about it they say "write an email".
I tried to get the right power adapter from them, then two weeks later they send me a power cord. Then when I emailed them again with a picture of what they should have send, they say they can't provide the part. I give up, they don't care about their customers, they just shuffle boxes.
Don't waste your time, order somewhere else!
I'll sum it up quickly why you should not buy from this company.
They are based in Gibraltar, which is not in the EU trading zone, but they have some shipping loophole through the UK to avoid import taxes. It would seem to me the prices are lower for that reason alone, they do not pay import tax. If you add the proper VAT, their prices would be higher or equal prices to competing e-shops. The goods they sell are grey market goods without any warranty guarantee, probably from African market or Asian markets but I don't know for sure. Whether you could argue for the EU 2 year warranty is doubtful, the only physical presence they have in the Netherlands for example is a mailing address that I assume is a package forwarder. I read a review of someone who went to visit it to talk to them and found an empty office or some such.
After import to the UK they use a sketchy packaging service in France that has many negative reviews stating they returned a package (the reviews were mostly about broken phones) to never hear from them again. I forgot their name otherwise I would link it here. To their credit, they do ship quickly.
After a lot of back and forth with the seller trying to get me to keep the items, I returned the package to the supplied address, and I never heard from them again despite multiple emails. This was a package worth thousands of euros, I purchased extra shipping insurance in case of any funny business, but that doesn't help you once they receive it. Ultimately the issue was revolved after 90 days disputing the charge with my bank. Apparently Rhinocamera never bothered to even respond to the bank's inquiry.
You can see from the thousands of reviews that people are quite happy to buy from this shop, but I leave my review here to give you the full picture to help inform your purchasing decision.
There's plenty of reviews talking about the owner saying he will not accept returns under right of refusal, or for warranty repairs, until people remove negative reviews. That is quite sour, just run a clean business and stop with the funny business.
I would not recommend this company to ANYONE again. I bought a Nikon D7500 there in April 2021. However, within a year, the charger failed. I contacted RHINOCAMERA to claim my warranty. This happened on March 14th, I had to send the charger in at my own expense for it to be checked. Many mails and weeks later according to RHINOCAMERA the package had not arrived while I had proof from the post that it was delivered, after a few angry mails the package was finally "found" and the charger would be checked... The charger would eventually be replaced and according to RHINOCAMERA a new charger was ordered on May 18, after having to send 20 emails to and from. I can tell you that to this day nothing has been heard from RHINOCAMERA and I have been for over 4 months! Comes without charger. This is a charger of 60 euros that will not even be replaced within the warranty period, I can't imagine that the camera or other expensive equipment from this webshop would become defective. I would stay away from Rhino Camera. The discount they give compared to other shops does not outweigh the losses that someone may experience in case of defects during the warranty period. You have been warned. They don't sell me anything anymore!

Ordered item, a Sony FullFrame Camera body, unfortunately not delivered within the shipping schedule they use.
A solution for the future would be that Rhinocamera supplies products with a track and trace code so that the shipping process can be followed, as is the case with 99% of the online companies.
UPDATE: Meanwhile received a Waybill code from DHL from UK. So the camera may be on the way after all? That would be very nice. We will keep you informed.
UPDATE: The camera was delivered on 02-12 and therefore a week late. Seal on camera packaging was removed. The packaging has therefore been opened before and is not new. We took pictures of this. The camera comes from Gibraltar and shipped to us to Netherlands via the UK. It is a Sony A7s III camera that is not European, no option for NL language settings, only English and other Asian languages. When checked, the device had already made 22 clicks. So a used device is sold as new at Rhinocamera. By the way, we paid a normal price for this camera.
Furthermore, the website speaks of a 5-year warranty. This is nowhere to be found and free technical support. This is also nowhere to be found and is no longer referred to after the purchase.
I would not recommend a purchase from Rhinocamera for the above reasons and have written to the company with a copy to Trustpilot's integrity committee so that everyone is well aware of this matter.

General manager of this company puts us under pressure has called 1x and sent an email 3x to remove this review, indicating that he will hold our ordered and paid product until our review has been removed. Mijn Sony FE 90mm F/2.8G Macro is naar tevredenheid geleverd. Voorafgaand aan de levering heb ik contact gehad via de chat, omdat telefonisch contact niet lukte. Beide processen zijn zeker voor verbetering vatbaar {Nederlandstalig was op het moment van bellen niet beschikbaar (neem aan wachtrij) en omdat ik geen keuze maakte werd de verbinding verbroken, terwijl ik veronderstelde dat je dan een Nederlandstalige medewerker zou krijgen zodra deze beschikbaar was}.
Bij het voor de eerste keer bestellen bij een voor mij nieuwe website is het toch een kwestie van een goed gevoel krijgen. Toen ik dezelfde dag bestelde was ik verbaasd over de geweldige service na mijn bestelling. De verzendbevestiging en de heldere uitleg ben ik nog niet eerder tegengekomen. Ook de leversnelheid was veel sneller dan ik, na extra doorvragen in de chat, had verwacht.
Wel zou het goed zijn om bij de levering een garantiebewijs toe te voegen waarin de vijf jaar garantie wordt bevestigd (liefst verzekerd bij een derde partij).
Bij contact achteaf, bleek dat je het product op de website moet registreren om de vijf jaar garantie te verkrijgen. Dit werkte alsnog prima. Een officiele bevestiging van de regisrtatie, per mail, zou nog een verbetering zijn.
Prijs leek te mooi om waar te zijn, maar het is toch waarheid.
Voordelig een 70-200 kunnen bestellen op deze site, levering duurde misschien iets langer, maar was het geld waard!

Na eerst verkeerde lens besteld te hebben terug gestuurd en nieuwe Tamron lens voor mijn Nikon D5000 deze werkt perfect en mijn dank aan Rhinocamera voor hun geduld en goede service
