Riot Games

Terrible company. They don't care at all about their playerbase. It's almost as if they are purposely trying to make their games horrible. I have a working theory that they only employ people with brain damage.

Games with a ranked system trying to determine whose the best are fun in the competitive nature. However the toxic nature of the idols that represent league of legends as a whole, and the communities around streaming in general; Lead me to conclude this is an unhealthy time in human culture. I hope that you parents are not allowing your kids to fester some disgusting idea that pro gaming is cool in any way period. Congratulations youre a suboptimal targeting computer for a living.

Thank you riot games, you made up for every toxic player, every bug, every painful moment in my 7 years of league "enjoyment". Just before the end of Season 12 your FLaWLeSs matckmaking, your beautiful company and game intruduced me to someone unbelievable. You deserve my 5 starts, keep it up.

I love league and been playing it for many years and spent thousands on it. They do a great job at balancing however! Turrets seem so under powered from mid - late game. As a squishy ADC with no escapes its very disappointing when you can be one shot under turret without the enemy taking any to no damage. Champs like Zed and Kayn are Champs who dive... kill you and are out without even taking so much as a scratch. They don't even need to be fed to do this... they could be super behind and still just murder a mage or carry that is alone under a turret that they should be protected by. Not only that but I hug turrets and get hit by a lux Q which just happens to be out of turret range. So she can root, burst and ult me while I'm under turret and be a nice safe distance away. Kill me and walk away with a smile. Make turrets more effective Mid-Late game! Make them do more dog to tanks so they can't just chase down a squishy for 5 min and still walk out alive. Increase the range a little bit so we feel a bit safer if they poke us under turret.

Makes not playable games full of trolls, afkers and people who i managed to install this game by some kind of miracle because they do not know whats happening around them

Absolute garbage game designers who claim to have 200+ years of game design, but then make a broken game with a buggy client, buggy game, and $#*!ty experience overall. They can't balance their one primary game they've been working on for 15 years, the community is full of the most toxic, abhorrent kinds of people I've ever witnessed, and matchmaking is so garbage even dedicated pros are leaving the game. League of legends is the absolute opposite of a fun time; you waste several hours of your life everyday trying to climb only to have trolls and afk players ruin your entire experience. Every day I play league is a day I irreversibly ruin

They have been making everything to make their game toxic and 7 years old kids friendly at the same time which is totally stupid dumb $#*! off you $#*!s phreak i hope you go bankrupt and have to beg for food on the street

Only a company so in love with themselves would be so utterly incompetent at developing a game whilst simultaneously developing a culture of degrading women and even molesting them! They are completely self obsessed and believe because they make loads of money, they must be doing something right! I truly hope every high ranking member of this company rots in prison for the rest of their lives whilst they perform felacio on the nation of china. They refuse criticism, they ban contractors from their events simply for speaking their minds. They are truly and honestly the absolute worst kind of people that could ever run a company.

Not sure how developers can be this incompetent, it's as if they've never played their own game. I'd be amazed to see any of the devs above the very first level of skill.

I have been playing their games for 7 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration and unfun experiences. The company does not care about their customers and employees and their only goal is to make cash in whatever way they can. Even at the expense of the players frustrations and mental health. They were also exposed that they abused their female employees by farting on their faces and touching them inappropriately. Choose another game to play or company to work for as Riot is one of the worst choices out there.

I am telling you they just ban some people for actually no reason even though some group of friends decide to report you unfairly you still get banned, I have had the worst experience with Riot games especially League Of Legends and I dont recommend anyone signing up for this game because they will just take your money for nothing, I recently got perma ban unfairly and I sent a ticket explaining everything yet they dont do anything. League of legends? More like give us your wallet and have an unpleasant experience.

Even they have a lots of money come from sell the skin of guns, champions, vv they cant just make the game run correctly. The games is full of unreasonable thing and they are not admit that, they try to tell everyone that its usual, even the errors appear regularly on youtube. F u c k you riotgames.

I asked them to delete my account and they have all the information provided yet they want me to formally right it out. There automatic deletion doesn't work and the employees do not even want to help by looking it up in addition to the already information provided I'm not writing a formal report for YOUR company I just want my account gone. Would give no stars if I could.

This Riot doesn't care about players concerns. I'm a fan and have been playing their games for 10 years now and all I have gotten from them is frustration now. No wonder a lot of players play no more because of their sh$#$ty ideas and updates without getting a survey from players. Go to hell Riot.

Recently had an experience with customer service regarding league of legends that was not resolved. My account was unable to be restored after getting transferred to a different backup email (not one of my emails but someone who had my information).
