It fails to promote high-skill players based on individual performance so much so that if you are stuck in the lower elo hells it is next to impossible to get out of it with just solo queue. Good performing individuals are matched with no care players in order to limit their win rate. This is not only frustrating but also promotes smurfing. On the other hand it has an almost dictator-like policy for communication. It monitors everything said and written and criticism of any kind with addition of a single slang is penalized to the heaviest. Mass reportings are favoured heavily rather than accurate reporting. Valorant is deep pit of despair.

Worthless $#*! trash company. $#*! you stupid $#*!s. I hope you all $#*!ing die, every account i make will be made to tell every human piece of trash like you $#*! jews to go kill themselfs. You ban accounts for no reason, well heres a reason for you now you stupid $#*! loving hitler $#*! sucking jew $#*!s. Wish you and your families a suffering of a lifetime. Go get raped $#*!ters.

This company continues to allow consistent afk, trolling + feeding while banning toxic behavior for calling your teammates out. I've had 3 accounts banned losing 100s of dollars invested into champions and skins. In competitive play, there is no punishment when someone sits in base or afks farms because you banned their off meta champion choice. Any flame is given a ban from beta male virgins at riot who consistently refuse to discipline the other. Get your crap together and invest in customer support... Or for God sakes an actual competent staff that understands that game and how ranked is understaffed with any understanding bots to view such suspensions for losing games on purpose.

Wrote two separate reports on matters from in game (League of Legends), both my reports got a copy and paste looking response. Felt like I wasn't getting the support I deserved even with details on what happened. Got banned for 14 days for what I feel was petty, gamer JamesZero kept sexually harassing myself and team mates with intent of or mentioning seeking individuals out and forcing his genitals upon us. Hope he gets banned for unsportsmanlike behavior. And Kent my Riot support tech needs to work on communication and not copy and pasting.

Riot literally doesn't care. Ranked has nothing to do with bering competitiv unless you make it to high diamond and past that. Smurf queue ruined ranked. The client is the same $#*!ty mess every year. People are mass botting and trading accounts because the automated system is $#*!. Balancing is beyond terrible. And match making is the worst i have seen in 15 years of playing video games. The puishment system just punishes people using the chat and is a huge joke.

I've been playing this game for 2 years to date and after almost each game you feel worse and worse. You are matched with players 2-3 ranks lower than you when you try to climb that can't keep up with your level. They then end up feeding and losing the game no matter how hard you try. My advice to anyone that is considering this game... DON'T.
You will enjoy the first few games and once you try to improve, I mean really try and get better... give it your all... fight to your last... you will get permanent filled with strollers, feeders and inters... and so day by day you will start feeling worse and worse and worse. RIOT is by far the WORST company and GAME I've ever played. Remember... 2 years of experience... I'm not just sucking this out of my thumb. Keep yourself clear and hit fornite. It's what a game is SUPPOSED to be

Company is a complete scam, they will ban for no reason you so you will make a new account and buy new skins. The matchmaking is fixed where they put you with loser queues. This company is the biggest $#*!en scam of all time. The Employees are $#*!en $#*!ed and dont review your cases.

I cannot even describe how bad this game has become over the last 5 years it's unbeliavable. All that this stupid $#*! company cares about now is leeching your own money for some goofy $#*! cosmetics and not fixing the real problems in the game and client itself. It doesn't matter how much the community complains or does in hope they fix this it will never work because the higher-ups of this company don't care about the community but only the money they are receiving to this seriously bad and addicting piece of $#*! game

Hey Riot, thanks to your stupid reconnect loop bug, I can no longer play the League of Legends without starting over! I tried everything, EVERYTHING, and nothing will work because why would it? I only had this game for a week, but got far enough to where I do NOT want to start over, and it is APPALLING that this will be the only solution. I submitted a ticket but I guarantee Riot won't solve the problem. Am I just unlucky? 1 of the rare few that gets an issue like this that will be fixed by nothing? At this point I am beyond anger. Imagine if I played for years like most people, I think I would literally pass out in rage. Since I can't even play the game, I have to rate it 1 star, but would honestly go much lower into the negatives for such awful handling and overall negligence to this problem.

These trashes ban and restrict for every reason. Unqualified, inadequate customer service. Inadequate game designers. Inadequate game directors. The end of this $#*!in cancer game is near thanks to its talentless owners.

I have ordered a backpack and a t-shirt and my package never arraived, tried to contact their customer support and they said it's not their responsability and I should be the one to deal with the courier issue

Makes not playable games full of trolls, afkers and people who i managed to install this game by some kind of miracle because they do not know whats happening around them

To summarize:
Prioritizing profits over everything else
Doesn't care about players, balancing or anything else.
Can't even deliver a cinematic once a year.
Has over 1.5b yearly revenue and the prices are growing.
Caring for tournaments only, so normal players suffer.
There's so many problems, you can't even list them all.
Everywhere you look there's bugs, lack of info, unbalance, garbage code, riggedz smurfs, scripters, lags, no fun, etc.
Hope this is short enough, otherwise I would be writing this all day.

How do you expect to keep players around when you add the stupidest maps in the game immediately into the comp playlist (icebox and Ascent). And ban people for $#*!ing days for dodging them. Admit the maps are awful and lessen the chance in the rotation. How can i go from Icebox to Ascent to Ascent to Ascent to $#*!ing Ascent over and $#*!ing over without dodging the stupidest maps you've ever created. Get over your $#*!ing boner for the new $#*!. It $#*!ing sucks. I would've sent this through support but they have made that impossible too. How about you $#*! around and stop killing your game. 86 $#*!ing hour comp ban for dfodging the same awful map for the 4th time in a row.

A disgusting experience... Everybody flames you, but if you flame them you get chat restricted.

Most of the champions are broken as $#*! (ex.: Aatrox 2/11 and 2 items can easily kill the ADC 9/2 with two items and 2 more champs + broken healing)

Garen tank, with negative score, is deleting the ADC with just a combo and the ADC it's almost full set.

Jax and Sett are overpowered with one item. You can't stand against them.

You can't even motivate your actions because you don't have a chat window where you can write something. You simply need to click "I understand". Typical as in communism. They said: "We want you to be stupid. No matter what, you need to say YES SIR".

If I could I would have given them 0.2 stars.

The game can be fun, but it needs to fixed.

They try to be funny with an intro email and I told them to stop because it makes them look like they are not taking your problem seriously at all. They did it in every single email reply back to me but then I finally get angry and then I receive an email that FINALLY does not have the "funny" intro in their email…. But the customer service representative tries to gaslight me by "meeting them halfway" even though I was but kept telling them to stop with the jokes. And they didn't until the one rep started to gaslight. I then get someone higher up and they do the exact same thing with them trying to be funny. THIS IS STILL ONGOING! These people are by far the worst customer service representatives that I have ever interacted with and will be the last time I ever contact them after this whole thing is over. I will never pay money for anything Riot related ever in the future because I will not put myself through hell dealing with these trolls of people.

Dont know how to balance any game. Bought and owned by china. Every game that they are making now looks bad. I mean look at their card game. Look at tft. Look at valorant... good luck. Lol use to be a game that was balanced and fun to play. Now its jsut a game that has nothing new or exciting and is always so unbalanced when it comes to pvp games. So just avoid the headaches and find something better to play,

Riot games is probably the worst game company by far. League of legends's toxic community goes by unpunished because their MODs are a punch of $#*!ing $#*!s. Many games of trolling, unbalanced Ques with higher level players constanly crushing new players. The developers of the game changes nothing of those sorts, but instead work on new chroma skins that offers different colors for the same skin! Microtransactions is their middle name now.

I got banned today for 1:30 hours. I left the game I got a 7day ban, and I emaild riot games. They do not care about their players. They told me that I still have to wait it out not to mention I spent money on my game wich was very expensive.

Yeah its been a while since league of legends is fun way back swason 3, now the game is so trash. How come silver gold and platinmum can play in one game today? Also so toxic and not even reviewing the game. Lot of feeders and noob like riot. Just fix your game balnce it and fix bugs. So trash. If could give 0 start i will. So trash. You call your self a competitive company>? Think again.

In the past 10 ranked games + there have been either 1 or 2 bots in my team. Due to that, I decided to do my third dodge over a period of over 5h, which lead to a ban of 12h. If Riot is in a hurry to have games done fine, just don't make me use bots, my game experience is horrible in the last weeks since every day there are bots filling roles when I didn't ask for them. If there aren't players to play I want to wait until there ARE enough players since I'm playing ranked...RANKED!
