Easily the stupidest and most unhelpful company there is, unreasonable bans, $#*!ty servers, and specifically for league, easily the worst con artist of a $#*!ing game there is, no tech support what so ever and I was banned for 14 days for saying "GG", by far the dumbest $#*!ing company alive.

Just by reading the other reviews you get a taste of what rito really is like, and the sad thing is that we're just scratching the surface.
Good game ran by a $#*!hole of people that clearly dont understand how critical it is to reach out thothe public.

Don't play their games they are just a bunch of idiots that try to develop games but ultimately fail because their games League of Legends is the main point are the worst in the bussiness dont ever play this game and just spare yourself the anger the time the everything by not playing this game been playing since season 3 and I just hate myself for playing it for so long garbage $#*! company with garbage $#*! games.

Not sure how developers can be this incompetent, it's as if they've never played their own game. I'd be amazed to see any of the devs above the very first level of skill.

Company doesnt care about games, does care about money though. They dont care about behavior as long as the person who is mis behaving is silent. Whenever you stand up to say something they penalize the victims. Bad company, who doesnt care allround.

First of all, when your account gets hacked somehow, they are fairly quick to get your account back.

After that, your account got banned by the hacker due inappropiate things they did. They wont reverse the actions of the hacker, eventhough they can clearly see that it was on another IP adres. Then they proceed to say they have communicated to me regarding the investigation. When I checked, it didnt say anything. From that moment no more mails from them. 0/10 rating

Once the client is installed, it does not come with uninstall, requires special third party programs to uninstall and still leaves a ton of logs and keys. It is basically made to stick to your system and can't be fully removed. Its a good thing that I have just booted a fresh operative system since I now have to wipe everything (and we are talking 100% wipe with no beckups, I will lose files since I plan to treat it like a virus it is).
Giving this piece of sh1t one star is sickening as much as their spyware client is!

Yeah, so I was discussing the ban many times and they decided to close my ticket immediately. In other words: They do not care, if you're banned or not.

If you have weapons, take them to Riot... They all deserve to be shot.
No questions. I will sleep better knowing that all employees are eating bullets.

-they're just focusing on the skins just to make some money leaving behind the rest of the game just cuz they are poor

Im now banned in league of legends bc i stopped playing in the match, my jgl wasnt doing ennything. I think its not realy fair: offered surrender, trying my best in the beginning of the match and NO disrespectfull behavior.

Worst system ever on players behavior, ban the wrong player, instead of banning the ones going 0/10,0/7... and if they report u is more effective then u reporting then... stupid game

I'm sitting here mid night with all my friends and wanting to play your game LoL, but once we saw that we were connected to different servers/regions, we couldn't play together and we can't $#*!ING CHANGE THE SERVER! That's an absolute disgrace that you need to pay money, for changing a $#*!ing server region! Go suck your Mom Riot.

As the title states, they are posting lies, making things up that are not true what so ever.
Making claims that they are doing something, when reality is they are not doing anything at all.
They are using pre-written scripts trying to handle as many tickets as they can without any quality control.
When they cant answer or take responsibility for their actions and what they said they start threatening with closing down tickets and accounts!

Included are only 2 out of many screenshot of how they conduct their support.
In the one picture, everything that supporter wrote were lies due to the fact he had researched the wrong account. When made aware of that he ran away and hide.
Noone wanted to take responsibility, closed the ticket and every other ticket after that one. And eventuelly locked the entire account.

If you could rate something a 0 or a negative score I would.
Never ever have I encountered a more incompetent support and they should all be fired and sentences for all the slander and emotional pain they put others through.

From 2020 it become one of the worst of its kind (maybe even from a few years before, but from this year it become the worst). Since I start to play 2012 - 2013, the community become every year worse, unfortunately it became worse the support players as well. In the last weeks I got 3 ban, of which the last one was permanent. All of them were without a reason, even though I have the file (log) with the discussions and the videos which is possible to download after any game, no one wanted to answer to my ticket.
In the file (log) they say I've been banned for flame and verbal abuse, when the one to be abused verbally and being flamed was me.
It seems that the report doesn't consider what happen during the game, but it consider only how many people report you, doesn't matter if is true the reason.
I've been abused verbally (flame, swears, racist speech, ecc.) in many games and even though I reported them (as I was the only one) they were not getting any penalty. Sometimes I found them in the next game and they kept flaming and insult me.
The only regrets I have are to have spent some money on a game where developers doesn't care about their players (at least not those abused) and have spent time on a game where who is insulted and flamed, is the one to get penalized.

I have been playing this Game since 2013. SInce then i have had 4 accounts banned for "violating community guidelines in chat". When submitting a ticket and asking for the exact wording that violated such standards I'm met with " we can't disclose that information". For instance my last match, Top lane made the comment " pls dont feed" as he goes 1/5. Al that was said was " ok 1/5 lol". He responds with verbal abuse and flames the entire game. But I get reported and perma banned for say "ok 1/5"? Riot wonders why they are dropping off and this is the reason. They have Created a Community of toxic people who throw a fit and cry over the smallest things. I will not be making another account. I wouldn't recommend anyone downloading or even making purchases in this game. Save it for something more worthwhile. League has another 2 years at most before they become a relic. Was Fun for the first 3 years now its like watching a dumpster fire. -4/10 wouldn't recommend. If I could leave no stars that would still be to good of a rating for this sorry excuse for an organization.

Everything about Riot Games sucks. Their employees are toxic, there's many cases of sexual harrassment reported, the forum mods are $#*!s and often contradict their own rules. Their main game - League of Legends, is a buggy, unfinished mess. The client is a Chromium tab that often uses more than 3 CPU Cores on a modern machine, while looking like a design straight out of a 2010 mobile game. It runs worse than the actual game. The customer support is a mixed bag. On one hand, I've had some decent experiences with account related issues - the person helping me was nice and ultimately solved the issue. However, there are many people that'd claim otherwise, including problems related to something as basic as deleting an account.

The development team is pretty entitled. Any problems and related solutions proposed to Riot get handwaved away, with claims such as "our team has 200 years of game design experience". They don't see the problems with the game, because they barely play it, as was already proven - most members of the balance team are really bad at the game.

Overall, Riot sucks. Don't work there. Don't support them.

Worse community ever. And terrible customer service, I have played the game for years, people always talk trash as in any competitive sport. It's part of the game, riot decide to create a pink sacred place where we cannot say anything. I don't want to offend my opponents, never, I think that's talk behavior. After keeping that in mind, being cursed by community members and other players I decided to defend my self in chat and talk back, though only because I didn't have a good performance in the game everyone decided to report me for whatever they could think of and then right after the match ended, riot went and banned my account, for this happend twice. I am glad this happened, Riot is destroying league and I believe this game will be dead in max 5 years. Terrible, spend hundreds I said hundreds, yes, of dollars in skins and always support other players, but they only mind the reports. I never want to download any game from riot games. Just go play something else from a better company. Just awful experience with this game, it's a shame, because the game is enjoyable. RIP RIOT.

The latest release from Riot Games, Valorant, couldn't be any more poorly designed than it already is. The gun-play in this game is so RNG it blows my mind. Sprays are random everytime you use most guns and only a few guns are viable due to nerfing of the others into the ground. But by far the the worst component of this game is its ranking system. I have not played a game with a worse ranking system than Valorant. People don't have their appropriate ranks whether that means higher or lower, the rate at which you increases and decrease is far too fast and frankly I am sick and tired of playing against someone that is 1 rank higher than me and them getting 30+ kills while everyone else in the game has less than 15 kills. Also I might add they have no clue on how to buff and nerf characters whatsoever, and have no connection to the playerbase at all. This is a poor attempt at a shooter and I couldn't give a flying $#*! if its free, they should be paying me to play this $#*!ty $#*! game.

This company fuels toxicity and thrives off conflict. It purposefully takes advantage of its consumers and refuses to right wrongs because it would make them less mony.

Lol is somethimes fun, but most of the time the community is completly trash, salty usw. When it comes to the lol matches where you have to choose a character, there you have to literally press the button to choose your character, even though it should be enough to just have one selected and have the timer run out, which is literally the dumbest thing to add to such a game (and if that happens then you get a 5 minutes ban from games...)

Riot is one of the worst company in the world right now, but most of people are actually perfectly fit for this type of games.
Let me explain.
The world is a cancerous place that honestly just need to destroy humans as soon as possible, and riots perfectly represents humans. They are a cancer, and everyday, there is a hope that actual cancer kills their CEO, employees, players and their families:)
Every time they make a change to the game, or add a new game, they do it with the explicit intention of making people addicted to their $#*!, and hopefully get some money out of it. There is absolutely no interest in making fun games, all they want is to be the most representative of the ugliest and most horrible parts of human soul.
I can just hope that as many people as possible are putting efforts in praying that anybody who works for them dies of a slow and painful death, most excruciating, with most suffering coming from see who they love dying first, and taking in all of their pain.
Maybe they can even hope for salvation a little bit, to make their plunge into desperation as deep as possible.

Riot is a company filled with eunuchs. If you've ever seen a single video by riot themselves you would know right then and there. Their company is filled and promoted by trans eunuchs, you can see it in their eyes and in the very words that slither from their mouths. This company is nothing short of a desperate money grab all the way. Multiple people have already confirmed how they destroy competitive gaming through their matchmaking as well as mmr systems. Should you fall victim to this predator of a company, get out, and get out as soon as possible. You will never reach your goals in riot's world, they will see to it that you don't. It's part of their business plan that you don't. Riot will have you clawing your way from D4 every day for the rest of ur life. And after becoming the only player left in your region playing, you'll still be wondering why you never got out of D1 into the big boy league. And if somehow ur reading this post and ur below Diamond just know, you'll never reach Diamond, riot offered personal contracts to players to allow them into these high elo's so enjoy Silver for life in a desperate attempt to climb to an elo that never existed.
