Couldn't get through to anyone there after hundreds of attempts. They don't seem to care about the mental health of their customers, somewhat alarming attitude to humanity.

This company is too demanding even their game are really really bad graphics skin are not worth to buy i prefer mobile legends more than this game this company always get jealous to better company

Hope their team encounters an unfortunate event. That's all I have to say. They can refine games all they want, but they'll never fix their systems or care about their players.

Why my cousin play for more than 5 game and when he leave a game he not need wait for dodge time 20 min. Then why I need to wait for 20 dodge time in queue when i play for more 20 game?(trash game)

I used to play League of Legends about 5 years ago, and had played from season 2 until that point. Unfortunately I broke my PC and hit a rough patch so could not afford to replace or repair it. Recently I got to a point in which I could once again could afford a new laptop. So just last week I decided to download the game and try to play again- only to find that someone had gotten access to my account, used it, and got it permanently banned. I was livid and reach out to support to try and rectify the situation, to which they stated that they could do nothing to lift a ban. So our accounts can get hacked and used by other people, and then banned. I am upset because I had invested a lot of money and a lot of time on that account and definitely do not plan on doing that again. I had planned on becoming a loyal player again now that I was finally able to afford to play again, but unfortunately, will have to part ways with it. I am super disappointed and would definitely not recommend to use any service provided by this company ever again. Their customer service and empathy is completely lackluster.

I love league and been playing it for many years and spent thousands on it. They do a great job at balancing however! Turrets seem so under powered from mid - late game. As a squishy ADC with no escapes its very disappointing when you can be one shot under turret without the enemy taking any to no damage. Champs like Zed and Kayn are Champs who dive... kill you and are out without even taking so much as a scratch. They don't even need to be fed to do this... they could be super behind and still just murder a mage or carry that is alone under a turret that they should be protected by. Not only that but I hug turrets and get hit by a lux Q which just happens to be out of turret range. So she can root, burst and ult me while I'm under turret and be a nice safe distance away. Kill me and walk away with a smile. Make turrets more effective Mid-Late game! Make them do more dog to tanks so they can't just chase down a squishy for 5 min and still walk out alive. Increase the range a little bit so we feel a bit safer if they poke us under turret.

You guys in Riot games are absolutly $#*!ing dumb, wtf is this $#*! i literally went to a toilet for one minute and my team voted for remake so i lost $#*!ing lp and also get lp penalization for $#*!ing toilet. How the $#*! would that make sense to put remake on 1:30 what i you just dissconected and you would recconect and your team already voted remake :)) . Use your brain please its ridicilous that i cant even go away for one minute while loading haha that´s crazy.

All you see in this game is ni**er this and that, go kill yourself and so on. Riot does nothing to stop this, riot is so lazy in fact the people trolling you and calling you names can actually report you, you will get banned even though you have said nothing. I have tested this on 7, yes fking 7 accounts where both teams are muted, get to the end of the game to see some kid raging at me for no reason then im banned. This community is a rotten trash panda community and tbh they should be taken off the gaming platform entirely. Ive added hundreds of names to a list that have gone on for 30 min in a game saying nothing but ni**er this and "go kill yourself", they are still active and playing to this day. DO NOT PLAY THIS GAME. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY IN ANY WAY.

Who in the hell gets permabanned for being toxic. Name me one game that's modern, that currently does that. Chat restrict fine, timed suspension fine, but a permanent $#*!ing ban? They take away everything you worked hard for not giving two damns $#*!s about how much money you spent, or how long you've been playing.

On top of that they don't even look at the whole situation. Someone could be an absolute $#*! to you, and yet if you say one thing ban (probably even even the other person says kys or racial $#*!), they give YOU a penalty, because there is a premade of 3 on the same team of you, of fat $#*! college students jerking their $#*!s and playing league while eating cheese puffs.

They literally said if you don't be toxic nothing will happen (which i've done MUTLIPLE times), yet when you go to the "understanding bans" page, it says some $#*! like "6 out of the past 20 games you were reported for being toxic". What the $#*!? If you don't want people to say offensive $#*!, just ban the $#*!ing language from your game. Why is anyone without uncensored chat allowed to say the N word in the first place (not saying I did, because I didn't) and other offensive $#*! in the first place?
