Shirts are truly one of a kind. Shirt designs as well as coasters, posters, jackets, and headphone covers appear once and that's it (sometimes will reappear again but it's rare that a certain design would come back for a limited time). Again, great designs and ship out at a decent rate.

Their Instagram page advertised free shorts. Upon ordering, it kept giving me the option to add another free pair so I got three. What I didn't know was that shipping costs for EACH pair of shorts was $15. And when I discovered this, it had already charged my account, there was no confirmation page before the order gets sent! No customer service whatsoever, that order took a month to arrive. Much lower quality than the pictures too.
There is a complete lack of consistency. Shirts all different sizes probably because they are printed on different brand shirts.
It of 10 shirts i have received 2 and one was the wrong colour altogether. The customer service is terrible and unhelpful with tracking down the remaining 8 shirts.
Will never buy from these guys again, and make sure you purchase with PayPal for any kind of protection.

Now it takes up to weeks. I asked for a tracking number and they give me the run around. Won't look forward to ordering anymore. Sad part is. Its in the u.s. not in $#*!ing china where the delay is understandable.

I have ordered from RIPT Apparel over a dozen times in the last few years, mostly buying t-shirts from their daily designs. It might take a few weeks or upwards of a month to receive the merchandise (I believe they print/send in batches) but I have always gotten what I've ordered, in the correct size. Their designs are great, the shirts are the most comfortable out of all these daily design sites and everything I've bought on there has lasted a long time. I would highly recommend ordering from them if you're looking at different competitors.

Cool designes but the cheapest crappy application prosses possible. Wash once and 1/4 of image peeled off. Second wash completely destroyed what was left. Got a replacement same thing happened. Shame I could not see a Google review before purchase. Would of saved $30. Why does Google reviews only show up for brick and motor stores. Anyway total scam save your money.

Ordered a hoodie, waited over a month and still no item. Reached out to their "customer service" and they have either been unresponsive or give you the runaround. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so they have some sort of customer protection in place.
There are literally DOZENS of these sites nowadays. Do yourself a favor and buy from someplace else with a little bit more credibility and professionalism. I will never give this place my money again! You've been warned.
I love these guys. Have ordered a couple shirts for the family and absolutely love them. Unique shirts, great quality fabric, timely shipping and freakishly good prices. AND. They ship to Alaska and don't charge an arm and a leg. (huge brownie points in my book)

I've bought so many shirts from this company. I love the unique designs, especially at the price. Some of the shirts I bought 6 years ago are still holding up great.
HOWEVER, the last 3 shirts I bought are total garbage. They didn't last 3 washes before the printing completely dissolved. Seems like they changed something in their process. The last 3 were all bought a good 6 months apart from each other, so it wasn't just a "bad batch." I kept trying again because I used to love this company.
You'd be better off skipping the middle step and just buy yourself some shop rags.

Placed an order for a $25 gift card for a friend for the holiday. No confirmation email and no giftcard after 24 hours. Sent two emails and a ticket via the external helpdesk they have set up. Left two phone msgs only by finding the phone number ONLY in the fine print of the terms and conditions. Not ONE response after a week. But they debited my account. I disputed the charge. Would not ever recommend giving these people your money
I ordered from them using their promotion for Mother's Day and it was supposed to arrive before then. I let them know when the shipping stopped updating and they made me wait until well after Mother's Day before I could even request a replacement. Even when I did, because I still hadn't received my item, they let me know that they had a printing issue and couldn't send me a replacement. So now I'm waiting on my refund and this is beyond ridiculous. Customer service is quick to dismiss you when you have issues and really isn't interested in fixing the problem. They just want to stop dealing with you and stall for as long as they can. Either way, now I'm buying stuff to make up for it because their failure to deliver made me look bad, like I forgot to get a gift. So way to shaft me twice.
Tip for consumers:
Plan a month in advance so you have an opportunity for them to mess up, give you the run around and then you can request a refund after that. Then you should have extra time to find something different. Or better yet, just go with someone else.

The item I purchased was great and the fit was spot on. The only concerns were shipping/ notifications updates and processing was a bit slow in production. However I am satisfied of the product I purchased.

I ordered back in the beginning of MARCH and still haven't received my order. I've contact four plus times and still haven't heard anything. I only have an "order number" and that's it. I just want my money back. I'm really upset with this process. SOMEONE HELP!
I ordered a tee shirt in size 2XL in women's; however it is not a true 2xl. It is small. I contacted their customer service to see what they could do for me. The rep said they could not exchange it due to it being customized andwhat not and that I would have to do the order again. I stated ok, then I'd like to return it and be issued a refund. The rep then told me that I cannot return it due to wrong sizing info. No credit was offered to me, no refund, nothing just a half $#*! apology.
Awful. Ordered XL received XXXL. Had to rebuy the correct shirt since it was a gift now they refuse to refund me and won't send me another shirt as a replacement. Contacted Visa told them to charge it back and had to open a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
RIPT offers women's size 2XL but it is actually a XXL which are two different things. The 2XL is more like a M/L. Plus size ladies do not order the 2XL thinking it will fit you. Complete waste of money and misleading sizing. Also, why offer a men's 5X and no true women's plus sizes?
I ordered ONE shirt on Nov 15th. Finally contacted them on Nov 27th asking what was going on with my order because the money was taken out the next day but my order was still pending. After NUMEROUS emails one from them even telling me I would have an answer by the end of the day which I did NOT get anything from them I get an email telling me they refunded my money. This is after I was told a manager would get back to me, after I asked to have a manager call me. NOTHING! They would rather give me my money back then to provide good. Not great not fantastic not even mediocre service. It is easier to refund money and lose a customer (which this wasn't my first time buying from them) then to get my order sent out or let me know what is going on! Sad Very sad I will NEVER buy from them again! Don't risk it with this company they obviously don't care about their customers.

I ordered 1 shirt in 2015, 2 shirts in 2017, 1 shirt in 2019. Never got a single one. $#*! this place.
If they make a mistake on your print, they have no way of replacing it for you.
