If you go to her stores in India, you'll be fine. Her designs are phenomenal and of excellent quality. With this experience I decided to order from her website for delivery to the US, for a wedding that way six weeks away at the time. I knew there was a time crunch so I ordered from this company (listed dispatch time was 2 weeks) as it was reputable—or so I thought. Well, it's been over a month and my order is yet to be dispatched. I've emailed and sent messages on Whatsapp, and received automated responses followed by radio silence. If it's going to be late I at least expect a response and time estimate after spending hundreds of dollars. Ten days away from the event and I've nothing to wear. I am pissed. What a train wreck of a company.
I ordered online a Black printed short dress on their website. The product arrived very quickly but I wanted to return it since quality did not meet my expectations and was different from what shown in the website. I contacted their customer service as per their published instructions but after 3 days I got no reply. Very bad service, if you are not sure of size and product please check in one of their shops and DO NOT buy online
For years I had been a regular, knowing how each garment was produced from start to finish with focus on ethnic beauty, intricate detail, innovation and originality. Has the designer lost her touch? I couldn't find even a small scarf worth wearing!
They do not follow as mentioned in their return policy, it has taken 2 months that I am yet to get my refund for the product that was returned, very disappointed and their products do not look as good as the images
I ordered a blouse o line from. Rifu kumar on May 7th, the price was exorbitant but I went ahead, she charged me for the I international. Shipping too. It is now a month of constant follow up, calls, watsup. They don't pick up. Occasionally she gives excuses promises to get back and nothing. I have lost hope they will send my blouse. I am so thoroughly disappointed with this brand name. Please don't ever buy online e. Looks like Ritu Kumar and her gang are cheats
I bought a saree at their Lower Parel, Mumbai Store on a Monday evening. At no point was the return policy mentioned to me (my bad I did not check). I saw the saree in day light on Tuesday and did not care for it. I went to the store on Wednesday evening for an exchange or refund. They said they could not take the saree (tag intact) back as anything over Rs. ******* is not returnable. I wrote a note to their customer care who came back saying the store had mentioned the policy to me which is a lie and that the return policy is at the back of the invoice.
Net, I will never buy the Ritu Kumar label again.

The store manager lied that she mentioned the return policy to me to their customer care. She did not.

My husband bought a dress for INR13k and a top for 5.5k from Ritukumar during his visit to cochin yesterday.
The dress material is viscose and it has high neck with clothes potli buttons. The loop is also of fabric and its impossible to open and close those buttons. Std western brands makes those loops of elastic.
Ritukumar is not only too expensive for materials they give, it seems they have no quality control
This is a different culture but some I like about three or four dress and top shirt. Also, I like some scarf and I did not think that they show a model of the scarf with a tank top.
Akila is one the rudest person ever seen. This is not the way to attend the customer. I'm never ever going to Ritu Kumar at all. Worst service ever by her
I live in the US and always visit her store in Mumbai in the mall, and also have bought stuff on line and delivered to me in USA and never had issues. I am very disappointed i wanted to buy for Diwali this temple incense holder however i was confused and had a question on how it could be used as a holder so i what s app my inquiry. I received a msg the next day and the person first response was This is too short period to deliver to USA. I was very surprised when i told this individual not to worry about shipping as my parents were travelling and would carry it for me at this point i wanted some description his reply was you need to put a tea light in it, when i told this individual the description says its a incense holder so maybe we are not talking about the same product. His answer to this was this is just a burner and it does not come with any tea light candles and you can use of your choice. Ridiculous answers i did not want my parents to carry a wrong product as i was trying to buy a few of them to give to my friends for Diwali after asking a few times for the name of the person who was replying me with clueless information who claimed that this is an management issue who write incorrect description on the product He told me his name is Sanjay. Please be aware of Ritu Kumar online description. If we buy expensive stuff we need correct courteous customer support. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.
