Rizi

Rizi is definitely a scammer. This is one of those companies that advertise nice-looking photoshopped clothes but send buyers low-quality items, which they would not be able to return to get a refund. This is a typical approach, and Rizi is not alone in the internet market with such an approach... TThe products advertised do not match at all what you would receive for your money. When I contacted them for a return/refund, as they sent me a defective item of the wrong size, they responded, "It is not necessary to return the received product. We offer store credit for the value of your purchase to buy the desired product on our website." Again, the item was defective and also of the wrong size. They proposed to me a store credit. No apologizing and no attempt to fix their mistake because they know what they have done is not a mistake but their business plan how to get people's money with no responsibility.
