Overall very good experience. They were able to setup the pickup and drop off quickly. The driver was responsive and sent updates before arriving. Do be aware to not load vehicles before shipping as there can be extra fees due to weight.
Return contact regarding customer concerns was non existent. It took 6 days instead of 3-5 days to get vehicle, I had an AirTag on my keys so I could see that my car remained in Dallas area for 2 days instead of being brought down to San Antonio in a timely manner. When assured that I would get a return call from Road runner I received an email instead.
Great, friendly customer service where you actually talk to REAL people from the first contact off of the internet search.
Transport was quick and convenient.
Would definitely use them again in the future if I need to, and will recommend to family and friends.
Overall good experience. Driver was very polite and patient when picking up car with my elderly mother. Was a little disappointed with the fact that the guy showed up a few days late, as I scheduled the pickup for Saturday when my brother was there. He came the following Wednesday. He delivered car to me ok on Thursday, which worked out okay.
Lovely experience with this company. For transporting auto, this is the best one. I am telling that from my experience because they are professional, skilled, energetic and responsive. I will recommend.
I cannot tell you how incredibly angry I am at this company. I confirm most other ratings, great sales 'job' with no follow up. They never assigned a carrier, all my attempts to contact them for help were unsuccessful. My son had to fly home and leave his car in California. It is still there. I never received a follow up call or contact after I cancelled the reservation, which I cancelled AFTER the car was supposed to be picked up. Deplorable behavior for a company. I have plans to report them to Better Business Bureau.
Billy is very helpful and prompt. Also, the truck driver kept us informed of his route. There was a 2 day delay
On the arrival date due to mechanical trouble, but that was not a problem for us. It was something that
Just happens and we were informed and everything worked out well.
Awesome. As long as you answer your phone when they call you will get extremely fast response. If you need to call them back, you might get an answer right away or you might just end up waiting a long time on hold to be helped. Once you are confirmed, it's smooth sailing from there. Used them again within a month and got even better service/results!
I would give ZERO STARS to this company. I have purchased cars and shipped cars often, and I never experienced such HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. The website states 24/7 Online Vehicle Tracking. This service does not exist! The customer service Alexis and Alexandra (Alexandra Sanchez, *******@v2logistics.com) were rude and argumentative when I requested updates on the cars' location (because the status of my Transport Tracker never changed from Carrier Assignment. I. e. Current Status: Awaiting confirmation that your shipment has been picked up). At the time I am writing this the status has not changed, but the car was finally delivered.
Scheduled for Wednesday 6/26 by Z & S transport. Z & S could not deliver to my residence. Insisted I go to Walmart 21 miles away. Finally we settled on a parking lot at a bowling alley, but the driver could not off load the vehicle because of an inoperable motor on the transport.

After ~ 3 hours standing in a parking lot with ZERO support from Road Runner and Z & S the car was to be taken back to Philadelphia. Road Runner stated that delivery would be made Thursday or Friday. The car was finally dropped to me Friday at ~ midnight 6/28.
I have worked in Logistics and Global Customer Service for a long time, and I can say with 100% certainty that this was twice the cost of previous shipments and less than 1% of the quality. RUN FROM ROADRUNNER!
USE American Car Transporters. Lower cost and higher quality.
You were very difficult to reach by telephone. You charged a commission $800 more than originally quoted.
The driver was late and delivered after dark, very difficult. Got it done but overly expensive and inconvenient.
When i setup my pickup, it was made to look like.it would happen that day. Would. All everyday and they would only say that it was listed as high priority. Finally got picked up more than a week later.
I would defiantly recommend! The driver was wonderful and kept up on where and when he would be there to pick up our son's car as we had already moved from illinois to georgia. He texted us along the way so we would know when to expect him! I was a bit nervous as i had never had to use this sort of service but i was very very satisfied! I would us again in a heart beat if situation arouse! Thank you so much. Also car was kept very well cared for! My son is very picky about his car LOL
Pickup was very late, not a lot of communication, issues with payment, car had to be rescheduled to be picked up earlier as company didn't want to pick up on Saturday. May use again only because we could ship items in car and car was in good shape when we received it.
Simple and straight forward. Would have liked to talk to a person but there was no answer for 2 days at the number provided. The vehicle arrived in the same condition it left the dealership and arrived a day ahead of schedule. Overall very pleased with the whole process.
Overall good experience. They made the process easy to shop my vehicle cross country. The initial quote and check in process was easy. The vehicle was a little later than planned but not a big issue. The air dam did get lost somewhere in transport. Again just something to be aware of when moving a car 3000 miles cross country. Thanks for the help!
It went well.
The only thing I wish was that the dispatch office stayed a little more in contact with me. I had no idea what time the driver was going to show up and that he had problems and would be a day late.
Other than that my car arrived safe and undamaged.
Very quick to respond, very competitive pricing, but extremely low rate service. They accept your delivery date and tell you that it is not a problem and then all of a sudden, they are waiting for the dispatcher to get back to them and before you know it, your vehicle is being picked up 4 days later and they damage the oil pan because the trailer is too low. But they had the best price nad best promises
Courteous driver and delivery was early. Customer service didnt contact me as often as I would have liked to receive updates. Found myself initiating the calls more... BUt overall a positive experience!
Sean Dillon is a pleasure to work with. Super professional. Wouldn't use any other service. Easy to get the car upon arrival. Very nice driver, communicated several times during his drive to pinpoint timing of delivery. Car was in great condition.
New transport, nice driver, did what they said, dropped car off in my driveway in the same shape it was when picked up. Ďriver contacted me in advance of pickupvand delivery. On-time both ways Great work!
Outstanding service. Although I could not be with my a keyless entry auto when it was picked up or dropped off, I had absolutely no problems at either end. Their agents/drivers were on time, courteous on the phone and reasureing concerning the transport. I would definitely use them again. Great experience overall. Transport from western SC to eastern NC.
You did not explain in your email that by choosing the cheaper payment I would have to pay cash or certified check at the end...you have made this process so difficult for me...I am furious.
I also had just serviced my vehicle and when my daughter received it, the oil light was on...7nknown what occurred in transit.
Not good. Cancelled my order after two weeks of waiting. Then doubled my original quote to $1200 with a hard sell pitch about no haulers. I'm very skeptical about the whole thing. I will say they communicate because I talked to or got messages from at least six reps.
The new trans oil pan under my 1989 jeep wrangler was dented about 3" wide, 5 " long, and 1/4" deep. It may have been from tightening chain when securing jeep to truck on top position. But who knows? It's not leaking! Besides that, all was great, they were on-time at both pickup and delivery from Melbourne Beach, Florida to Ivyland Pennsylvania. They kept me informed. GOOD JOB!
Horrible communication from the start. Never explained the process and pricing. Ended up taking 2-3 weeks to find a driver. Cost nearly doubled. Driver didn't know how to release the transmission due to an accident. Tried dragging the car into the truck and burned out winch. Other than Melissa who jumped in to help, amazingly non- responsive and misinformed they are.
I just found out the FTC has gone after another auto transport broker for paying for reviews. Makes me wonder if Roadrunner did too as there is no way they deserve the near perfect scores they post. Maybe they pay for good ones or cherry pick what to post. Wonder what #FTC would think.
RoadRunner was extremely professional in their task & ensured that they delivered my car safely and on time. I would highly recommend RoadRunner to anyone who might be looking for a reliable auto transport establishment.
Good system to use, quoting is fast, pricing honored as quoted, nice drivers. Customer service is a bit scattered, it would be helpful to have one service Rep per booking. I dealt with 6 different people throughout the process.
