When I received my truck I initially thought everything was ok. Had I paid closer attention I would have noticed that the passenger side mirror had been forcefully removed. It could have been easily removed with a 3/8 wrench. I have photos from before it was picked up proving it was still on the truck. I understand it needing removed to fit on the trailer but they ruined the mirror and damaged the door doing it. I will not recommend this driver for future deliveries. Other than that I have no issue with Roadrunners company. Very unhappy with the damage caused by the driver. Only wish I had paid closer attention to this while he was still in my company.

The car arrived on the day they promised and it was in good condition.

My only problem was regarding communication. The woman who I talked to about when the car would arrive told me I would get a phone call two to three hours before the car would arrive. I called in once in the morning, and then in the early afternoon. There was still nothing they could tell me about the time, but she said again, I would have notice. A few minutes later, the guy called and said he was in my town and he would arrive in 20 minutes! So that was a problem. I am just glad I was at home.

Excellent overall transaction from my inquiries to ship my Bronco from Seattle to HESPERIA Ca. They told me who would be picking up and delivering. Time of pickup and delivery was right on. In fact she was delivered ahead of my expectations. The driver kept contact the whole trip. Very nice and professional Experience for me for being the first time I have ever shipped a vehicle. If the time comes again I know who to call. Thanks to all involved and especially Rus Racing llc

The customer service team needs to respond promptly, I called 3 times they kept me on hold and never turned back to update the status and was on the line for more than 15 mins. If you don't know the status when the vehicle will be delivered then update to customer what you know... My car was picked on 28th Apr but in the system it was updated pick up date as 2nd May. I would suggest do a better service to the customers, They are just find movers based on the reviews. I wish all the best.

I contracted through Roadrunner Auto Transport for car transport state-to-state. Communication during the process left something to be desired. The online tracking website was not up-to-date and we were left in the dark regarding the actual pickup and delivery dates. The transport driver did not give a call with the lead-time we were expecting which caused unnecessary turmoil at both pick-up and delivery times. Ultimately, the auto was delivered successfully and for that we are happy.

Dispute between seller and buyer resulted in seller contacting transport truck driver and convincing him to not deliver the vehicle unless random demands were paid to the truck driver directly. Road Runner Auto transport brokerage said this wasnt their policy, however that is exactly what happened. The seller of the truck was a scumbag, who is manipulative, and convinced the truck driver to disreguard company policy. That "may" not be road runner auto transports fault, but, it still happened, and they're the ones who brokered the deal. They also demanded $150 more than their online quote unless it was delivered to Minneapolis MN, and I'm in Eau Claire WI. I put my home address in for the "quote" but they did a "bait and switch". The vehicle got where we agreed, wasnt damaged, but I would have gone with someone else had I known what was really going to happen. Buyer beware.

My car arrived 2 days earlier than expected, and the driver was communicative by leaving detailed voicemails and options to call or text back with my preferences regarding drop off and pick up. I was also given heads up of when to expect his call, and he called early enough to give me time to take a Lyft to my pick up spot at destination because his truck couldn't fit in the narrow downtown city streets. Overall easy and swift experience from registering to driving my car at my new city of residence.

Appreciate that when it gave the ONLINE quote that i did not get bombarded with phone calls (there are reasons I did it online - if i wanted to talk on the phone I would have called the number provided) So i greatly appreciate it. Also it was seamless going from the quote to actual booking.

My order was canceled by a driver and left in limbo for weeks. It took over a month until I finally was assigned a driver. And each new driver was several hundreds more than my initial quote. Very unhappy about that.

Had to deal with company owner who was very nice...but the truck the car was being transported on was involved in an accident with another truck and the car received almost $2000 in damages. It was taken care of... but the 55 inch tv in the trunk (where the trucks collided) was broken and they would not replace... so not only was I out the transit money but had to be without the car for 4 days (they did cover the cost of a rental), and had to replace the tv out of pocket. The car was in the process of being moved from Cali to S. Carolina.

Worst experience I ever had with company, numerous calls to company without response or call back. Contracted to Z&S. Had to make numerous calls. Didn't show up on scheduled pickup date or call. Had to keep calling them. Then was kept in dark for week after they picked up my car. Had to keep calling them every day. They kept changing delivery ETA every day. Horrible experience with something important like car!.

The price changed even though I gave the correct address.The driver delivering my car would not meet me at my house so I had to drive 20 miles to meet him at the interstate to pick up my car, luckily I found a ride from a friend that morning.

The vehicle was picked up days later than originally scheduled and delivered a day later than planned, but the car was in perfect shape when dropped off and the driver was very friendly.

My vehicle was five days late
October 31, 2017

My vehicle was five days late. I couldn't reach anyone on the phone most of the time. I did call the day it was due, someone answered, saying she would have someone get back to me but never did. I ended up driving to the facility in CA just so I could ask where my car was and when would it arrive. I was told that the problem was with the train transportation. But the problem is also with communication. Many people asked me if I was getting a discount or refund which I did not ask for. I was just glad to finally receive my car.

To be honest, I was very nervous about shipping my truck from Michigan to Arizona. However, I could not be happier with the results. The pick up was right on schedule and the drop off was just as planned. The transporter was to notch.

Called the day that the vehicle was promised for delivery, however the transport carrier had broken down in Georgia. We were not called and notified that the delivery had been delayed due to mechanical issues. Communication was very poor.
