Car arrived on time, great pick up, make sure you confirm the dates before you sign. Just because they say the have an opening on a particular day doesn't mean they are required to pick up the vehicle on that day.
My vehicle was picked up 2 days after the date I had selected for pickup. Drop off was was fast, however I was not informed until the day before that I would need cash to pay the driver. This was after 5 on a holiday (July 4th). I was informed that my vehicle would be dropped off in the morning leaving me with minimal time to get the cash. The experience was very stressful and the driver was rude.
Customer service was less than awful!
No one returned my calls, no one answered when I called.
I got NO information about when my car was being either picked up or dropped off!
I had to take time off from work to go pick up my car from the transport locale because I got no notice as to when the car would be delivered.
I will never use you again!
Dealing with Roadrunner it self was simple and no hassles. The driver was on time, easy to stay in contact with, but there one small issue with him. But overall, getting our vehicle back was easier than going up there in the snow to drive it back. Somewhere during transport, someone threw crushed tomatoes and peppers on the vehicle, I called customer service and they were willing to help if I couldn't remove it, majority came off with first wash with no damage, but I will work to get the rest.
Buyer beware, quoted price of $771. Then price jumped to over $1,000 due to the fact that it was a larger truck. Be advised I used there quote calculator to figure the cost and entered the correct vehicle. Then when driver went to pick up the vehicle he said the vehicle had a lift. The vehicle was a stock pickup. Then the driver said it would cost an additional $150. Come to find out my vehicle was the last to pick up and would have to ship on the top anyway. Contacted roadrunner on all issues and got no help. Basically told me that if I didn't like to find another shipper.
I was very pleased with the transport of my SUV from Florida to Massachusetts.Pick up was on schedule and the driver kept us informed on pickup time. The driver was courteous and professional. He gave us an estimate of delivery time which he met.
We have used different auto transport companies over past 10 years and found Road Runner to be the best we have used. Very professional and quality service

I went online and made the reservation on a Wednesday, the guys came by on Friday and loaded the two cars, and got them to their destination on Monday. Seattle metro area to Denver metro. Amazingly fast and easy. Thanks!

We had a tight schedule so planned the transport a month in advance and was informed the day of that they couldn't get to us.
Trying to reach anyone to help via phone was next to impossible as I only got a recording.
Just disappointed after reading the prior reviews. So if you have to have it picked up on a certain day, they aren't the ones to use.
The bad, I had arranged this for a pick up date and was not informed of the 48 hour driver assignment period, it was rather inconveniencing to schedule time off work for an expected day and then have to take unscheduled time off work.
The good, driver was friendly and kept me informed of his location and expected delivery time and even was able to make it earlier than he had anticipated, and unloaded the vehicle quickly.
So far good. After pick up and delivery we will tell you the final rating.
The car was picked up on time and delivered to the destination and I had no problem with the service. The driver who came to pick up the car was very professional. I will recommend your service to any one that I know who is looking for such service

It took some time to get the truck, but once we got it it very efficient!. The driver was very courteous and let me know exactly when he would arrive and informing the exact time of delivery of the car.
I had a horrible experience. I was harassed at the beginning to sign with your company, and then when I did finally, they told me I had a driver with the wrong pick up date and wrong drop off date. When I called I was told that they would be in touch about a new driver. No calls. I finally called and 4 separate times was told "we're working on it" but still no driver. The morning I was supposed to leave, the driver arrived AFTER I had already left so I had to leave my keys with someone else to insure it's pick up. Then the driver called me and announced that "someone told him he could drop the car off a day early." Don't know who that someone was, but it certainly wasn't me. No one was there to receive the car. After battling with the driver, finally we agreed to a new time to drop it off. Horrible experience. I will never use your company again and I will gladly steer people away from you.
Although it took a few days for a response for an inquiry regarding my pickup- They apologized for the miscommunication and did everything possible to confirm my arrangements. Once the carrier was arranged it was smooth and my car arrived on time and just fine! I'd work with them again.
I was misqouted from the start. After they had mt credit card on file they told me my rate was four hundred more than what they previously quoted on the email quote. While they did give me the option to cancel the contract it was too close to my car moving date. I just wish they were honest upfront.
It's been convenient and carrier has been responsive. The only thing I would say they could do better is that, when you give the pick up driver a request for a head's up call to a specific number, that the delivery driver call the number he/she was given.
I felt I was left out of the loop too much. I was not notified until the last minute that you had someone to transport my car. When you are in the process of moving, your car is the last thing you need to worry about. The driver was professional but he could have communicated a little more as to the drop off date. All in all my car was in good shape and it made here, after going to San Diego, in good order.
Website very easy to use. Easy pickup. Easy delivery. I would recommend to all my friends needing a car transport. Everyone was wonderful from my contact person to the 'pick up' guy to the delivery guy. Well run company.
My original quote was for 750$. It went up to 1095$. After it was picked up and down the street 2 hours the price tried to go up to 1400$. Which then I said to leave on the side of the road and I would come pick it up. Was planned to be picked up and delivered by the 1st of February. It was late.
