They have a VIP membership which touts free shipping, so I assumed it also meant free shipping on returns. I searched their return policy and it sounds good, touting a 90-day "test run" and how they will make things right. Nowhere does it mention a return shipping fee, but it also doesn't explicitly mention free return shipping either. I became suspicious and called them and there is indeed a return shipping fee if you use their label, of nearly $10. I give them a 1-star rating for purposely hiding their return shipping. I found the same shoes on amazon for the same price or cheaper, but with FREE return shipping.

Big shout out to DINO and BROOKS! They are at the Scottsdale, AZ store. They both helped me to find the right shoes and that was not an easy task! I truly appreciate their kindness and professionalism... I will always go back for my shoes. Thank You so much to both of you...

Be aware, when you purchase something they will automatically enroll you in a membership plan, save your credit card, upgrade you to the maximum membership fee, and charge you $99.99. This is all without your consent or knowledge. This seems to be a common practice, there are complains with BBB and a class action lawsuit. Very sneaky and deceitful company.

If I could give a ZERO review, I would! Utterly ridiculous that a 22 year veteran can not get a military discount when an individual that has been in 1 month, and is on active duty, can get a military discount. That is a slap in the face. I was even offering, to the management, that I would send my military retired ID card to show them. It's not even about the 10% discount, it makes NO sense. Our retirees have served to protect you and your company to exist. I could see if you do not offer a Military discount at all but separating active duty with 20 plus years retired is dumbfounding. Shame on you!

I was given an amazing treatment from the time I entered the door to the time I left. Nancy was very knowledgeable and caring. She didn't sell me the most expensive shoe, she sold me the shoe I needed for my troubled feet. Thank you!

Very rude customer service. I will never buy from RRS again. Asked for a refund because I don't remember signing up for a membership when I purchased my shoes, let alone having a yearly fee. I was told I would receive a refund in 3-5 days and was hung up on by the rep. I will follow up with corporate and BBB if I am not given a refund.

Roadrunner Sports signs buyers up for their subscription without obtaining approval. Then, they automatically renew each year, whether you want or not. It is an unethical practice and they train their customer service people to obfuscate and drag their feet about cancelation. Even when canceled, they will still try to renew year after year. It is a horrible company to deal with. Never buy from them: you will be enrolled into an unwanted subscription.

I ordered shoes as a Christmas present which were delivered on 12/15/21. I returned them 12/29 because they did not fit correctly - they were never used, just tried on. Roadrunner is refusing to refund my money

I purchased a fanny pack from Road Runner Sports in 2018 and was then prompted to join them as a VIP Family Member. I signed up thinking I would receive emails notifications on product discounts but what I failed to realize in the past two years is that there is an annual $39.99 auto-renewal fee charged to my credit card to be a member! Hey Road Runner... ever hear of FULL DISCLOSURE? I only realized I was being charged on an annual basis because I just reviewed recent credit card purchases and noticed the recently posted $39.99 charge for this year. So my $30.00 fanny pack purchase ended up costing me in excess of $100.00! And good luck getting reimbursed, right?... WHAT. A. JOKE!

My mom and I were in need of some new athletic shoes and had no good idea of what we should get. My mom is an active senior and needed a shoe that she could wear all day and still provide her with comfort throughout her various activities, be it attending her exercise class or just running around doing errands. Oppositely, I am disabled (MS) and use a walker and just needed a shoe that was comfortable to wear and provided me with some stability throughout the day as I try to combat my issues with balance. We are so fortunate that the associate Matt Espinoza was there to help us that day. I really feel like he cared about ensuring that we got the right shoes that we individually needed. He spent a lot of time with us making suggestions and going back and forth to the stock room trying to get us the best looking shoe and best fit for our feet. He was very knowledgable about shoes and even taught us how to do a "Heel Lock" to prevent our heels from slipping out of the shoe. He went above and beyond our expectations. Matt was truly a god-send for us that day. My mom and I feel that Road Runner Sports has a real gem working at their Torrance,CA store. Thank you.
