Worst company ever

"Dealing with this company has been incredibly frustrating. Over the past three days, I've relentlessly attempted to process a wire transfer without success. Despite reaching out via three different emails and enduring a three-hour hold on their chat support, I've received no assistance. Even requests for a callback have gone unanswered. In stark contrast, both E*TRADE and Ally swiftly deposited my funds for the same wire transfer.

This experience is especially distressing as I'm in the process of closing on a house and urgently need these funds. It's baffling that a company like Robinhood lacks the ability to respond promptly or resolve account issues. Their unresponsiveness makes it difficult to trust them, especially in emergencies. I strongly advise against relying on Robinhood if you ever anticipate needing quick access to your funds."

Its absolutely abhorrent! I spent literally 44 days trying to get a hold of someone within Robinhood to help transfer money into my Robinhood account and no one could help me do that. On daily basis, I would start chat support and request calls and I get a different agent every 2 minutes to whom I need to retell my whole problem and them promising me to resolve the issue without them actually doing anything. After 44 days of trying to transfer over 150k into Robinhood I decided to stop trying and bring my money elsewhere. I am beyond frustrated and repulsed by this business.

Beware do not risk your money with Robinhood they are terrible. I needed access to my cash, so I sold all my stocks, and when I went to try to transfer to Cash and access my money they immediately froze my account and said it would be 7 to 10 days before I can access my funds. It's been 2 1/2 weeks and they have Refused to help me at all and they froze my communication as well so now I have no way of getting a hold of them through the app or via email. This is only for $3000 imagine if I had $100,000 in my account with them they cannot be trusted they play with your money and now I probably will have to look how I can access my money legally do not risk any money with Robin Hood you will not be able to access it when you need it!

Weird platform

Alleged Manager started to put extreme pressure on me to invest more. I asked to with draw and they ignored me, I trust.Org intervened and got my funds back.

Never Ever

My children pushed me towards this company... I bought a few things... spent a few dollars... but don't ask me what or how well it has done because while deleting my browser history I managed to get signed out of my Robinhood account and they will not let me back in... they say the only way for me to gain access for my account is via a cell phone so they can send me a code... they are not the only account that uses this form of verification but they are the only one who does not know anything about email or land lines... not everyone has a cell phone... apparently this is the only way they know how to send a code so I am out my money and my purchases... yet they managed to email at least three times a week with ads for upgrades and to let me know I can view my account statements or to verify my tax info... none of which apply to me since I cant get into my account without a cell phone.

Several months ago I was looking for an alternative type of bank where I could have my direct deposits made and possibly make a little extra on the side I came across Robinhood.com at first it all was well but then after one small security issue I have been locked out of my account they are holding over $1000. 00 of my money leaving me stranded out of state sleeping in my car and not even a phone number to call and get any assistance. Its been 3 months hundreds of e-mails later and still nothing from them willing to help return my money to me

Crap

The worst platform and company I have ever seen with this important thing which is investing and money they should at least have a customer service phone number to call but this robinhood never even answer your email or message, and you can't get a prove quicker they saying your application take up to 5 days to be approved now it's 6 days and no answer, also they want you to transfer funds through access your online banking from their platform? What a joke!
Stay a way there are tons of platforms for investment all over.

I invested some money back in September, thankfully not too much. Now I am locked out of my account. I believe it was hacked. They are asking me for documentation/proof of who I am that I need to send them. I then looked up reviews and found this has happened to many people using Robinhood. It's frustrating because you can't talk to someone from customer support, it's all via email.

I am certain there will be a major class action lawsuit in which this company will tank due to its delays in trading and significant glitches, not to mention obvious branches that are occurring that they cannot even keep up with. Trust me when I tell you to run like you're on fire and save your money.
