Ok first of all they're are alot of bugs I don't know why but they keep on deleting outfits and if they're gonna take away what we bought shouldn't we get a refund? It's basically like oh I'll trade you this for that then they delete it its oh nevermind I'll take both take it back and you don't get anything. Like it's soooo annoying!
Parents BEWARE. ROBLOX received my credit info without my permission; After explaining issue company appeared to be helping and sending refund. After a year of broken promises of a refund and that they would stop charging my account. They continued to state they were sending a refund and stop charging my account.
Received no refund and had to cancel my card so company could not continue to take my money.
Don't spend your money on this game kids your account will get hacked it's pretty easy for people to hacked your account customer service will not do anything to help you out don't waste your money on this game parents don't let your child play this game my son got hacked 3 time the 3rd time customer service close his account did not do anything about after it was hacked.
I can't really use roblox when I always have to verify myself. I understand it's for the sake of bots but at the same time it kept telling me I was wrong which I wasn't and I'm trying to run my own group on this game, means I cannot really since this keeps happening when I try to post an update.
I downloaded for gaming reason, I like any kind of game... Im a gamer mom. I have had it for about 5 hrs played with wifi for better data too see if it would stop glitching and it didn't... I played the course one and every mid jump it would freeze for a second when other players fell. Which caused me to fall threw the cracks or off the small things. It was quite annoying, I also would not let my child play because of the adult predators and language of other children or adults. I can see it was made for children but were there are children there are child predators.
In the last week both my daughter and her friend have been unable to login. They have both received messages saying wrong password. My daughter has had the same password for 3yrs? When calling Roblox support and the official company number no one answers. She has lost, they have both lost everything they have built, money they have spent, and friends they have made in Bloxburg. She has been so disappointed. I don't think we could go back. :(
Roblox is the best, i gone through things that was the best luck, i just play roblox to clam me down. Roblox teaches me alot of things. Like not to swear bloxburg teaches me parenting hood adopt makes me learn pets and tower of hell teacher me to not give up!. I been playing roblox since i was 5 and now im 10!
So roblox is pretty fun I have been playing for a few years now the only thing that gets by the filter that is inappropriate is the word "69" but people don't go around spamming that so it is safe it is also free
I have been a player of Roblox since about Christmas 2006. The game was full of enjoyment as it reached its peak in about 2009-2010. A couple years later, it has gone the way of a pay- to- play game. Roblox has gone quickly downhill since then, especially in the last couple years. Sure, it might be addicting for a bit for new players, but that will only last for a few weeks. Only a few months left and the game is gone.
I asked for support due to my robux being taken away monthly because I downloaded a rogue chrome extension called "RoSearcher". I asked for a refund for my Robux, however, they denied my request because I had a recent "restoration of Robux" to my account, which was over 6 months ago. Terrible service, majority of the time they NEVER solve problems. If you have a problem, might as well suck it up than asking for support as there's no point.
I love this because its fun and there is over 1 billon games to play and piggy came out in 2020 that made 1 billion visits in 2021 and a few months ago piggy had a 1 year anniversary which was meaning lots of collabs with animators and gacha club/lige creators! Luck for the rest of the day
Listen, I LOVE playing roblox!, I don't quite understand why it has three stars. This game is way better (in my opinion) because it allows you to play any game, and my favorite youtuber is flamingo! I have been playing this game since 2012, and I rate this 5/5 stars!
I signed up for Roblox with facebook so my daughter can play together. I pay for a premium account for her and I have a free account. When I get into my account and try to verify email, because I used facebook to sign up, I get an error. I cannot no matter what I try add an email or password to the account I get error after error. SOOO I get screen shots, write a detailed report of the errors and send it to tech support. (Im in IT Field so I know what they need from me)
Except my email back from them is "Sorry we have no way to verify the account is yours"
I ask them ok what do i do to fix that? Their suggestion "You'll have to create a whole new account." This is there answer. Instead of them opening my account and clearing out the error so I can enter my information. They just say meh, not our fault you signed up with facebook.
So moral of the story is the game is fun, until you need help from the support department.
Let me tell you something, there might be inappropriate content and people calling you "noob" "ugly"
But you know what just report or go off the game simple as that

Roblox is really fun and cool, but I recommend it for 14+ because people have bullied me with words to terrible to name. But otherwise, Roblox is a fun game, and it's convenient because the app is free, and you can play it online. You only have to pay for robux.
First after you sign in your character be a bacon hair at first and the chats system sucks you get hashtags and the characters jumps are terrible the jumps are not far too short everything and robux is not free do not download
Roblox is a very fun game with lots of different places to visit. Sure some games on Roblox violate the tos but it will get taken down in the next couple hours or so!
But one bad thing is if your account is under 13 some numbers get hashtaged!
So say if you wanted to say 126 it would turn into ###:(
There is also alot of spam bots. But the wont interfere with the gameplay!

Kids Keep Getting Scammed out of Their Robux. System support will not intervene and are cool with the fact that the system scams children out of their pocket money. Shame. You would think people who are this bright could create a money making path that didn't thrive on the theft of kids pocket money.

Graphics are wonderful and many platforms/games to play.
Tons of catalog items and friends. And followers.
Problem is, to get lots of catalog items, you need robux. And you need real money to buy it. I've bought $200.00 WORTH of robux which means i have 21,000 ROBUX
(i used my savings.)
Anyway, you can make worlds and stuff but you just have to have BC or TBC or OBC. Annoying right?
Anyway, i have had a good past with this game except for when my account Amethyst_Aura got hacked BUT I RETRIEVED IT!
How? Well wonderful Roblox customer service of course. CS is reasonable and helps you more then any other CS for games.
They just asked me the first email and second and finally the last, and everything was happy! Oh and yeah, i emailed them the google play receipt.
All good now. For now.

The support program does not help at all and the point of the app is for you to spend a lot of money. The games you can play are only easy to be good at for spending money and most of the games are like small casinos where you gamble your Robux to try and get something good.
