When using robux in shop to purchase items they delete items the next day leaving you with nothing and no refund. Contacted support only response is that thet are unable to help. Do not waste your money on Robux!

Grew up gaming and now just a dad trying to get my 8 year olds son his account back. He was crying for an hour about having his account deleted. I let him play because he has autism and Roblox is an instrumental tool for his daily mental health. He like to try and create his own games. He gets bullied on this platform all the time. How can you justify banning a young child while i can get on my other sons account and in 5 mins of any given day see and read inappropriate behavior by admins and players a like? For such a huge gaming conglomerate youd think they would have a better review process than "someone reporting my son for hacking several times in a row because they dont like him -and you give him the boot. " great business practice. Roblox is garbage and id tell the ceo to his face how pathetic his company is trash….

Well it's a game I've played since I was young around 2013 or 2014. Honestly not too much bad about the game besides the constant spam bots and scams. Worst thing that's happened was in October or 2017. Someone posted a link to child (Don't want to be on an FBI watch list.) Inappropriate content. It stayed up for 30 minutes, long enough to trend. It was luckily taken down and not much bad has happened since. It's a good time killer and you can invite friends to play to make it more fun. There is a wide variety of content, horror games, comedy games, FPS games, etc. Robux isn't too expensive to buy and you can change your character for free even without it. Definitely a game I can proudly reccomend!

For other players bullying and when you stand up against them, you get your self banned, for e.g. I played and 2 random kids showed up and started picking on me I stood up against them and Roblox banned my whole account for a day. And most of all Roblox is changed a lot we all loved Roblox when it was new but now its a lot different and its getting boring. We need the old Roblox back and banning systems to be better.
SIDE NOTE: I am talking from my view of Roblox you might have a different opinion.

My daughter received a gift card for Roblox for Christmas, when peeling off the foil to see the pin, the cardboard ripped off.
Because it was a Christmas gift, we do not have a receipt - I have emailed Roblox customer support looking for assistance- we have a partial pin, the gift card number, the location it was purchased and the month - Roblox support has sent the same email response to me five times. I respond to the email with the same information I sent before including pictures of the gift card, it's a cycle, no information, no assistance. There is no number to call.
My daughter loves playing Roblox which is why she asked for robucks for Christmas - how disappointing for her.
Will absolutely not be purchasing Roblox gift cards again.

This game is great, as long as you stay away from the violent games. I play this game a lot, and its really fun. I'd recommend playing this game called dungeon quest. There may be bullies on there, but you can always just turn safe chat on. Plus when you reach a certain level on the game, you can even have players envy you and be your friends. There are many features on that certain game so I would recommend that game over any other game on Roblox.

Every time i try to log into my account it just gives me a verification request. That's fine right? No not on my watch. Even when i complete the verification in 9 seconds it says. TOo MuCh TiMe PlEaSe CoMplEtE tHiS bEfOrE tOo MuCh TiMe RuNs OuT! Seriously roblox. Fix your verification it's just broken. My username is ******* it's probably that they think i'm a bot just because my name is just numbers. Screw it. Fix your verification.

My kids have been plying this game for over a year, partially monitored because after reviews and other parents I know saying its a great site. Last night after I logged onto the computer I noticed in our recent computer history that there are usernames on roblox like "b*tchesandbast*rds" and worse, pornographic names. So after reviewing it further we have decided not to use this site anymore. Mainly because it is a free site where anyone can use any screen name and I don't feel it's appropriate. If I found this with ease, I can only imagine what else may be on this site that anyone has free reign of. Beware!

This is the best game ever. I always play it. I joined in 2008 and have been playing for about 11 years. It is also really cool that you can play on PC, mobile, and Xbox 1. There are many different games you can play. If you want to play driving games, I recommend the Ultimate Driving series. If you like FPS (first person shooters), I recommend Phantom Forces. If you like role play, I recommend Work at a Pizza Place and RoCitizens. If you like anything else, you can just search it up. Sure, people have "sex" and "Online Date" but it's very rare. People say it gets boring quick, but it's because they only play one game every time. Overall, Best. Game. Ever.

My son was gifted several gifts cards for Christmas. Unfortunately, we later learned that some of these gift cards could not be used on his Xbox. When attempting to reach costumer service for support, the continued to reply by sending articles. In short, they could not transfer over $50 worth of Gift Cards into his Xbox and requested we go through our retailer. I was denied a refund even though they could see that we entered the code online and spent the money on Robux. One small barrier, this was a gift from someone out of state. Imagine the hassle of having to send this back, have them return it and go back and forth with the retailer so we could get our money back? My advice, avoid buying any specific Roblox gift cards that are intended to be used on Xbox. Simply go through the Xbox store. Finally, do not expect much from costumer service. Good luck!

Be very careful with these guys, all is fine and we'll until they continually request your children to purchase things through the apple store and then delete your account, refusing to give back the money you've spent. Dodgy business and customer service is NON EXISTENT!

Here's their response after actually giving us no information, requesting the account be reinstated and 12,000 robucks purchased be restored. They just delete and keep your money. Robbery!

I love playin roblox! There are a lot of fun games! Only some people like get scammed from free robux games BUT! Its not Roblox's fault its the hacker's fault (aka the free robux game creator)! Only some people online date, bully, and other violent things because they dont care about roblox's terms of service. And some people say that its so hard to make a t-shirt then well... just watch yt vids how! Until you understand! No need to hate roblox! Roblox is kid-friendly. Thanks for understanding! :D

I put 1 star to get haters attention. Listen up. When things happen on roblox, that you don't want to happen to your child, suppose online dating, or scamming, hacking, or bullying, why blame it on roblox? Roblox has millions of users. You parents think they can monitor each and every one? Sure, they aren't perfect, and can be corrupt. But compare them to other companies, suppose apple. They aren't much better! Everything that happens in roblox is simply the people. I'm gonna be honest. They do what they can. It's life. Nothing will be perfect.

It's a nice game, I've been playing for about 3 years now. Yes, I could the community is getting a little bit worse, but it's not roblox's fault. The games are fun, easy controls, sometimes laggy, but heck. Who cares. I took away a star because of the chat filtering. Now, I know about safechat, but c'mon. I've been on games with users bypassing the chat filter and saying the f word just by using a different formatted F. I've seen people getting tagged just because they miss-typed a word. Also, the banning system. Getting banned for having an opinion and saying a word is a little annoying. But overall, it's fun, just make sure to monitor the games your child is playing, because there will always be bullies, and exploits, so keep in mind it's not roblox's fault. Nice game though

It is not very nice to have a crash eh? Well for the past few days I have been experiencing crashes in this game called, Adopt Me while I am doing a roleplay with my sister or maybe with others. It is horrible. But surprisingly for other games it is different. Nothing happens. I am very angry because I can't do anything in Adopt Me for too long or it'll crash. This game is literally lego EA, and this is coming from a former roblox fan. Back then they actually tried to make it fun but nowadays they don't even give a crap about hackers. And it's not like they don't have time, because they always give out these "interesting" updates which the players never asked for. How can you be this lazy?! At least for team fortress 2 the creators actually try to fix the game nowadays. AVOID THIS. You're better off playing a flash game over this pay2win unmonitored waste of time
