Hello there. I've been a Roblox player for around 8 years. You may be a parent or a kid reading this, but here we go... Roblox is a fun game. You can play tons of user generated games such as slap battles, brookhaven, you name it. But if you send even an emoji which is quote-unquote "inappropriate" then Roblox will hit you with a warning. Nothing crazy right? Wrong. Join back in that same server, say something completely normal, then instantly get banned for a day. That is what happened to me. I reached out to customer support, told them in full detail what happened, but they said they couldn't do anything because I did not own the account. I literally put the email as my personal email that I used for 2FA, but I guess that is not enough proof? They then stated that my ban was correct and they will not be making any justifications. Not only was it their fault that I got banned, they are saying that it is my fault for sending a normal emoji like the happy face. Outrageous.
After losing a game, I jokingly said this gay-m... and was temporarily suspended. They said it was harassment when I was joking about the dang game. Wish I took a picture of it.
And after you buy robux with real money, you spend robux on items and those items can get deleted. If you see the picture, an item I purchased is missing. I only lost 6 or 7 robux but it can be alot worse. BUYERS BEWARE!

My son's account was stolen somehow, and the developers expect me to be able to give them the numbers from a card that was redeemed months ago. Definitely do not let your kids talk you into purchasing Builders Club for them. The acvount will be stolen and the developers will do nothing.
1. Scam game, robs you off stuff youve bought if you might not notice it.
2. Pedophile gathering grounds.
3. Worst customer support ive ever experienced.
4. Paying for robux is designed to screw you over.
5. Front page games very clearly paid to be there, only low quality repetitive garbage.
Overall: there is nothing positive about this game.
I bought two gift cards and both weren't able to redeem in the game you reach customer service giving a dumb response telling it already redeem and they aren't able to help me out. That you're better just bot reaching customer service. They can't help you out. One was 25.00 and the other one was 10.00.
Nothing to say about the game, but what really drives me mad are these Roblox Hack which are all fake!

Roblox does NOT care for their customers. I've spent soo much on my childrens accounts and every single time i've contacted them, they've messed up what the message was about, they always point the finger back at you if a game takes your money and you didn't get what you purchased. Or like recent-My daughters account was hacked and they were talking to me like I had the other account hacked and I was just giving my password away, like NO people freaking listen, do something about that specific hacker rather than just sluffing it off. Too many times people on roblox have found a way to rip her off, or make her accidentally purchase a stupid thousand of robux dollars worth $30+ in real money- tshirt, there's never a "are you sure" button so she can run. Many people tag team to lure your kid to leave there somewhat safe game and go to theirs and then they ask them to re sign in and take their money and take their account. You're safer buying a console than playing online!
My 10 yo hás been playing thìs game for awhile. Everything was fine until last week. We noticed thêre were 9 charges of 9.95 plus ỏne charge of 24.95. I called my credit card company to despite the charges. Parents beware
Used to like this game a lot but roblox started removing a lot of features that I enjoyed and games on roblox just seem to get boring after playing for a while (I mainly play fps's so I maybe that's why) still a good game, just wish it was more like the old roblox and if it was more teen related rather than making it very kid-friendly.
