They basically steal your money and let some 4th graders in a Home Economics class make very poor quality items. I was told they don't do refunds, but I could receive a new mask. Well it's 2 months with no new mask and no live person to actually help you. This company is a $#*!ing joke! Karma is a $#*! and she'll be coming after you soon for ripping people off. $#*!s!
