This place is absolutely horrible. I bought a PA with 12" speakers. I get it and the speakers blow out. I call support, they tell me to package them up and return them and they'll ship me out new ones. I do, I receive the new replacement speakers and they blow out too. Not to mention the PA came with two mics, one mic didn't work and the other the cap fell off. Back to support, I call again and the support rep tells me I am only allowed to turn it up to 70%. I'm like what, what is your name? Rockville, do you want to rock? The rep ended up arguing endlessly and finally hung up on me. I asked him before he hung up if I bought the same PA with the 10" speakers where would I be, at 50%? The equipment is garbage. Just take the time and buy from a more reputable company. I'm stuck with this garbage equipment and out $500 plus endless time and energy. Support is horrible and will even hang up on you. That's like me buying a new oven that goes to 450 and being told the hottest I can use it is at 350. They should never sell equipment that can't handle the power it's advertised as. Very poor quality and customer service. One more thing the same PA comes with 15" speakers and I asked him what advantage I would have with the 15" speakers. He told me lower impedance but still only 70% volume. So I would of paid even more money for those, no output increase and they probably would blow out too. Very disappointed and I'll never give Rockville my business again

I made a big order on this website for acoustics and an amplifier for my boat! The store sent the order in 3 different packages. As a result, I was given erroneous very cheap speakers, but they did not send expensive outdoor speakers for the boat. I contacted the support service on the store's website and outlined the essence of the problem! I offered them to send me the product that they did not send and sent the wrong one! To which the answer was given to me: WE DECIDED THAT YOU CAN KEEP THE WRONG PRODUCT AND PLACE A NEW ORDER ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE PRODUCT YOU NEED! I don't agree with this situation - that's why I'm writing this review about this store! Not only does the product I need cost 203 USD, but the one that was sent by mistake costs 37 USD

I bought these big Bluetooth speakers from Rockville online and was happy, for about two or so months until one day it abruptly died without a reason. The thing that kills it even more, is that they refuse to even send a postage paid box for the return or exchange. On top of all this, they have a dead customer service help line, so don't get these Bluetooth speakers, heck don't buy anything Rockville period.

Even with the suggested shipping label that they emailed, the cost to weight for shipping back to California was ridiculous high.

I returned all of the items to rockville and they only gave me a partial refund! I talked to a crap load of people to resolve this but no results! I had to dispute the charge to my bank to get the rest of my money! Keep your money and shop elsewhere!

Purchased a brand new Rockville flip down TV/Media player. First time playing it, the screen went blank in the middle of the movie yet the audio was still playing. Contacted business and took them four days to get back to me via email. Forget about trying to contact them via phone or chat as it will produce no results. When we finally received a return email from tech support was asked if the problem "fixed itself". Their products only have a 90 day guarantee. I can see why.

Be prepared for damaged goods on arrival due to poor packaging and if you are not in the USA, they will NOT send any replacement parts. Time wasting customer service workers also took way too many emails to finally get to the point that they don't provide an international warranty. Rockville is a company that is happy to take money from international customers but won't have anything to do with after sales. Chinese companies are better than that! I expected more from the USA, but I guess that is prejudice.

Only had my speakers for just over a year sound went out and will do nothing about it. I emailed them and they said it was out of warranty and have nice day. Really $250 and you can't even suggest maybe a discount towards the next one or something. But I'm going to right this review in hopes of don't buy online at least through this company. Better off buying something in store at least you can go back to the store.

I purchased a large Karaoke set for my daughter Christmas 2022. It's February 12th and all equipment has still not arrived. Their customer service is appalling and after dealing with PayPal they said to reach out to my bank. Emails are illegible. Response is basically that you're a liar and that the parts had to be boxed. I cannot wait to reship this thing we cannot tear back to this manufacturer! Use common sense please! If you need something, anything- Save the hassle we've been through and purchase from elsewhere

But, the equipment is trash and trying to correct the problem? Huh, good luck! Never return calls. Turn around time is horrendous and good luck talking to someone in the customer service department. I bought a marine system that was not what I was told it was but left it installed amp always made some weird noise now will not turn on. I have to send it back wait for them to figure out what's wrong with it before I get a replacement o. Top of there slow shipping its not worth the headache amp later 6 months which is out of their return policy. If you install it be ready to spend more money

Paid for a low profile sub. Paid for 2 day shipping! Here we are 3 weeks later no sub... keep giving me the run around, tried to blame fedex. So I called fedex they said they never received anything that only a shipping label was created. I want my fffffing money back!
I do recommend this website. They will tell you orders are delivered in a day and it's been 4 for me to even get the payment approved. And they will not notify you on any of your stuff until it goes to fedex. I've had to do the most just to find out my order has been canceled and how long it takes to get your money back you don't even want to know. If you read this and was dumb enough to continue on the website because you seen cheap stuff you deserve everything coming to you. Seriously.

Flashy website with reasonable prices on audio products but my goodness! Slow shipping, had to email to get answers. Website is misleading saying all orders ship same or next day. They either don't have the inventory or they really don't care once you order. Lots of praise about their own products. I sure hope that once my speakers do finnaly show up they are decent product. I would not order from Rockville Audio/ Audio Savings ever again. May have to dispute the charges with my credit card.
Customer service is really bad, called more than 3 months ago for parts on a DVD headrest. They created a ticket but never called back. I called them several times and they say they'll call when part is available. I'd rather they just say they don't sell them so I didn't have to wait for nothing. Never again.
I was ready to order RPA60BT V2 audio receiver described 5.2 audio. On another page as part of the same product it was specific as a 2.0 unit, I called "Rockville" tech support. The representative told me that the real spec should be 2.0 or stereo; not 5.2 at all. Having never heard of "Rockville Pro Sound & Lighting" before, I googled customer reviews for "Rockville" as a company. On all 5 categories the average review listed as 2 star at best!. The number of complaints and unresolved issues INCREDIBLY HIGH! Therefore, I resumed my search for a quality 5.2 receiver

This company does not know how to run a company... The customer service reps lie and treat thier clients with no respect. If you ask they a question you get a word salad like as if you are a 2 year old. I bought 2 speakers for a specifc date/Gig. They send one and then tried to blame it on FEDEX... When all the time they did not ship the second with the first. I tried calling to explain the situation and the agent just keep saying the same thing over and over which was a complete lie.
I ordered and paid $631.17 for a stereo receiver. It was delivered by Fed Ex... that is to say they put it on my front porch and of course some porch pirate stole it. I contacted Fed Ex and they referred me back to Southern Electronics, Rockville. All I get is the run around. I was hoping Rockville (Southern Electronics) could help me out. I have advice... don't buy from a company that uses Fed Ex... I wanted help in getting a claim resolved with Fed Ex for negligence... leaving a $637 stereo receiver seems to be very negligent to me. I was hoping I could get assistance in this matter but neither Southern Elec. Nor Fed Ex. Is taking this seriously. I am very disappointed in both companies and I am out $637.17 and left with no stereo receiver. I'm a retired police officer from Phoenix and can't afford to do business with such companies.

I purchased a switchable pwr supply and I got it in and the box was damaged and not inside of another box like most electronics should be shipped and before I opened it I was thinking oh no! Sure enough I took it out and it was bent up, so I reached out to the company over and over with emails and pics as requested by Val at Rockvile. And it's been like a cricket farm for days...nothing!

I purchased the BPA 15 karaoke system, very sharp looking, I had a show to do this last Friday night, and everyone was raving about the incredible sound, crystal clear, the vocals from the wireless easy to blend with the music, no squash. The customer service was stellar, everything happened just as they said it would one of the smoothest purchases I have made in a while.

15" sub for under $150 thats "made in usa" in my opinion well worth it. Other people review these subs as what they are, and in my opinion you get what you pay for. That being said, the w15k9d4 is a great buy!
So I bought Rockvilles 2400w dual 10 and amp package on their website. I was super excited until i started reading these reviews. So i emailed them early this morning around 6am asking if my package hasn't been shipped out if i can cancel and receive a refund. Within an hour and a half (before they are even considered open) i receive an email stating that she had canceled my order and sent a full refund my way and stating it will be in there within 24 hours. Its already in my account pending and it hasn't even been 30 minutes since the email.
