This place is absolutely horrible. I bought a PA with 12" speakers. I get it and the speakers blow out. I call support, they tell me to package them up and return them and they'll ship me out new ones. I do, I receive the new replacement speakers and they blow out too. Not to mention the PA came with two mics, one mic didn't work and the other the cap fell off. Back to support, I call again and the support rep tells me I am only allowed to turn it up to 70%. I'm like what, what is your name? Rockville, do you want to rock? The rep ended up arguing endlessly and finally hung up on me. I asked him before he hung up if I bought the same PA with the 10" speakers where would I be, at 50%? The equipment is garbage. Just take the time and buy from a more reputable company. I'm stuck with this garbage equipment and out $500 plus endless time and energy. Support is horrible and will even hang up on you. That's like me buying a new oven that goes to 450 and being told the hottest I can use it is at 350. They should never sell equipment that can't handle the power it's advertised as. Very poor quality and customer service. One more thing the same PA comes with 15" speakers and I asked him what advantage I would have with the 15" speakers. He told me lower impedance but still only 70% volume. So I would of paid even more money for those, no output increase and they probably would blow out too. Very disappointed and I'll never give Rockville my business again
I've purchased a number of components lately for my boat. Unfortunately trying to get any type of solid or usable technical support seems to be challenging. Also disappointed that you can't get simple replacement grilles for speakers.
My product was defective. I really wanted a new one. I was willing to exchange it and wait for a new one. I sent it back via their ground shipping label. 6 days to return the product. Then they said 5 days to open the box to see if the product is inside. Now they are saying 5 days to "decide" if they are going to issue a refund. Amazon would have issued the refund once the box was shipped. I am still wailing for my refund. I am not hopeful.

Contacted BBB ( Better Business Bureau) BTW had a hard time doing it on my phone has to use my computer to file. Within one day FedEx notified me that my product is now shipping. Bought an Amp through them and it was no good. Tried to resolve the issue but they just $#*!foot around and beat around the bush sending emails back and forth. Issue was not resolved and their 90 day money back guarantee is trash. If you were smart you would avoid this site. Highly wouldn't recommend them.
Purchased a package set from Rockville for 2 American Bass subs and an enclosure; received both in a timely manner - great, right? Wrong. Went to install the subs in the enclosure and found that the subs did not FIT inside of the pre-cut sub holes. There was atleast a half inch gap that didn't allow the subs to sit flush in the box.
It's indescribable how pathetic this company is a blaring look at the quality of ownership, the leadership and the unfortunate people that have to work for these pathetic morons. Their inability to do what they say after taking my money is now affecting my business that is run with integrity. Their lack of respect and rule of decency in the business community is now costing me valuable time and money. A complete disgrace to all people trying to do the right thing in business. This is the worst purchase in my entire life! They falsely advertised that they have bluetooth. That was a lie! You cant pair your stereo with these speakers! The only thing you can pair is a smart phone. That is nice if you have bookshelf speakers but these are advertised as home stereo speakers. Also since the bluetooth didnt work they don't have plugs in the speakers to hard wire regular wires from your stereo. I tried to get these speakers to work and none of the outputs worked. These speakers are now useless! And i'm mad that I wasted my money! I should have looked at the reviews outside amazon. This product need to be taken off the amazon platform! I tried to ask for a refund from the company and they refused! I will never buy anything without checking the reviews on the product. I can't trust Amazon either they are in it for the money! I am a very frequently buyer of dj equipment. I have Rockville Audio a chance after I enjoyed their website. Put some items in my cart and it all went downhill after I hit Confirm Purchase. Took 2 weeks to receive my order with no status. Cannot call customer service number on their website because NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Will not purchase from them again. Stay away!
Wow you guys did not pay for the return thats not cool your stuff was defective and i had to pay $200 more dollars for you guys to fix them that's really messed up and after reading some of the reviews i hope i get my speakers fixed i cant complain about costumer service that was great but if your. Equipment is defective you should not be making your customers pay for returns make better products or pay for the return
• Let's start with ARVYN- the worst CSR I have dealt with in decades and with multiple industries. Unprofessional, doesn't listen, and won't think- only does what the prompts tell him to do. PLUS will not allow you to be connected to a Manager.
• It is no wonder that your company has below 2-star ratings format least three services- Better Business Bureau, Sitejabber, and Complaintsboss. The average is like 1.8. My experience with you over the past two months totally reflects these reviews.
• I will continue to post and file complaints until I speak with a Manager in the United States… So sad that you have walled-off your company management from actual contact with customers. The overseas call center tries hard but cannot think outside of the screen prompts!

The power GIG rpg-225k is junk. First the speakers definitely came used. One smells like it had been in a fire, and thee other a strong mold smell. The master speaker has already stopped working. First the horn now stranger things keep going on. I can not reach anyone and boxing these speakers back up is almost impossible due to the conditions they came in. Alright first off let's start with the fact they test a speaker that can take 2000 watts of consistent power at 4000 watts which can damage the speaker it takes 3 days for them to handle orders most companies during the handling faze of the order test the speakers if they are testing customers speakers at 4000 when they can take 2000 they are potentially damaging the product.
When I asked why are they testing these speakers past their comfortable watts they didnt answer for days. So I asked them to refund my money all $400 + they have nothing to say besides what I already know and the didn't send me my money back. I put systems in to other people's cars for a living I was told to give them a chance now I know better I'm going to get in touch with my lawyer over this.
2nd stereo is crap, customer service very hard to get, hours are some short hours every other Thursday only if you pick your nose with your left hand... or something like that. Helpful if you can actually every talk to someone. Doesn't change the fact that now i have to tear my dash apart for the 3rd time because their product doesn't work. Buy elsewhere.

Buyer beware this company promises alot then uses cheaper material than described to make a sale their subwoofer enclosures are stated to be made of 1 inch mdf faceplate when in fact its 3/4 thick and 3/4 mdf throughout but it's only 1/2 inch

You probably would think I'm a bot but to be honest i was a little bit skeptical of this site because of there price and options are too good. I decided to order one and it came within a week. I ordered a Rockville RWS10CA Slim 1000 Watt, really stand to it product, shook my whole car. Love yall keep doing what you're doing.
A week after ordering a mixer stand, it was still in the "awaiting fulfillment" stage. I called, nobody ever picks up. I emailed, the said it takes 1-2 days to fulfill order. I canceled order, they did not acknowledge. Amazed they are able to stay in business.
Don't expect your package to get ship in a timely fashion they advertise next business day on shipping they didn't even make a ticket for my package for 3 days and they use the worst carrier in the world to ship with day 14 still no package or responce from anyone of importance this is the worst place to do business with
I purchased Rockville's touch-screen DVD headrests (with earphones) new last year through Walmart.com and had them professionally installed in my Acura. I've had to swap them out 4 times within the past 10 months as they continually malfunction and stop working.
Every-time one of them breaks, Rockville makes me remove the entire system (remotes, wires, headrests, etc), pack it all up, mail it back (at my expense) and wait weeks for the replacement. One time they simply repacked my devices and mailed them back to me without even repairing/replacing them so I re-installed the system, realized it was still broken and then had to uninstall and mail it back to them again (at my expense).
Their products are worthless junk. One headrest suddenly stopped working again today so I will soon be on my 5th system. They may as well be paper-weights. Don't waste your time or your money on these cheaply made pieces of garbage. A great concept poorly designed and executed.
Ordered a HT S56 on December 9,2020, was issued a FedEx shipping number the same day, as of December 23,2020 haven't received it. With two emails in correspondence with Rockville, I can understand their claim of a delay cause of Covid, over two weeks delay, No. Then they claim that FedEx is short trailers cause of over demand. Yet they claim they can't offer me a refund cause the package is shrink wrapped and on a pallet inside a trailer for shipping. I should have done my research on this company as the majority of reviews are nothing but bad ones. If you are smart, stay away from this business and find some other business with good reviews to buy from.

I ordered the Rockville Rock Anywhere bluetooth speaker for my UTV. The speaker arrived as scheduled but when I followed directions to charge the speaker it failed to charge. I tried it in my vehicle with the same connection that I use for my phone and it still wouldn't charge. I called the company and was they told me a procedure to use to correct the situation. I tried that and sent pictures of my attempt to charge the speaker. I never heard from the company again. The speaker was reasonably priced but it still is a loss because of poor customer service. I would not recommend this company. I can't give minus stars or I would do so.
I usually don't do reviews but this company got under my skin. I went to their site to order some speakers. Upon entering the site a message came up to receive a free Bluetooth speaker. I signed up, placed my order and noticed the speakwas not on my order. I then called C.S, and was told I could only use 1 coupon per order. Well I only used 1 coupon. The Bluetooth speaker was contingent upon signing up for subscription. Well she was no help, so I canceled my order. Worst company ever, should have listened to the reviews.

Wait on my money. And reorder the proper woofer. Couldn't even cancel the order. First time buyer. Probably my last!
