I puchased a 180 watt 6 channel 70v reciver. So far perfoms as expected. Support was great with the 1 question I had. Running 8 speakers in my pool table shed out back and sounds great. For the cost/value Im good
This place is absolutely horrible. I bought a PA with 12" speakers. I get it and the speakers blow out. I call support, they tell me to package them up and return them and they'll ship me out new ones. I do, I receive the new replacement speakers and they blow out too. Not to mention the PA came with two mics, one mic didn't work and the other the cap fell off. Back to support, I call again and the support rep tells me I am only allowed to turn it up to 70%. I'm like what, what is your name? Rockville, do you want to rock? The rep ended up arguing endlessly and finally hung up on me. I asked him before he hung up if I bought the same PA with the 10" speakers where would I be, at 50%? The equipment is garbage. Just take the time and buy from a more reputable company. I'm stuck with this garbage equipment and out $500 plus endless time and energy. Support is horrible and will even hang up on you. That's like me buying a new oven that goes to 450 and being told the hottest I can use it is at 350. They should never sell equipment that can't handle the power it's advertised as. Very poor quality and customer service. One more thing the same PA comes with 15" speakers and I asked him what advantage I would have with the 15" speakers. He told me lower impedance but still only 70% volume. So I would of paid even more money for those, no output increase and they probably would blow out too. Very disappointed and I'll never give Rockville my business again
Avoid this place like the plaque! Poor customer service with conflicting stories about returning a defective speaker or the whole system because the speaker isn't in stock! Probably because the speakers aren't any good in the first place! I was lied to from not one but two customer service agents, and then was told I wasn't lied to! That's when I decided not to return anything or wait for a new speaker! I literally had to tell them to stop emailing me and told the company to go kick rocks. I also told them to take me out of their system completely for I don't want anything else to do with their company anymore. Seems like the company needs to retrain the people they employ, for a better experience atleast for me anyways! Also they want to charge you for anything missing from the original box even down to the manual if it not in the return box! I say this again avoid this place like the plaque!

I purchased a Rockville home Surround sound within 2 months the remote broke because it's so cheaply made, contacted customer service told them about it they said they would send an email. I never received an email contacted them again wanting a refund they said they would get back to me within a day. Still haven't heard from them. Note: you can not use the Surround sound without the remote! $165 wasted! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS TRASH BRAND!

I placed an order in march and never received my merchandise because Fedex never delivered it. But now that I think about it im not sure that Rockville even sent it out because I called and had an investigation started for Fedex once I spoke to them they told me to open one with Rockville and i did. They started they would investigate and get back with me. A month went by and nothing I called back 3 other times still nothing. My last call on the29th of last month (June) asking for a refund I was put on hold and them told a refund was issued and I shoupd receive it within 5-7 business days. Toda July 12th makes 9 days and still no refund. If I had read the reviews I would have never order with them. This was a birthday gift that my husband never received. Very disappointed. Poor customer service. Worst experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a complete system from the Rockville websight. I received a partial order & it was wrong. The orders were sent by audiosavings.com. Tried calling both co. S. same recording by same man. They will not answer talk to customers by phone. Sent emails to both. Got a reponce from eBay! Got a phone # from my credit card co. Called it. Recording from another co. E distributes. This co. Is permanently closed. Had to file a dispute with my credit card co. I still have not received the second half of my order. Recap: 4 companies, 4 phone #s, 4 email addresses & no answers or responses. If you make a purchase & you get the wrong or damaged items, this is what you will have to go through. Their customer service is non-existent. Their business practices are fraudulent.

The Rockville 5.1 Channel and sound amazing but today went I bought audio optical cable something is wrong but tomorrow went I will call I think that supports team will help me or change the woofer channel to me but I recommend this sound because I used Bluetooth in my phone and excelente price too. My first experience with them was my last. I purchased a set of speakers off their ebay site. First they sent me the wrong speakers. I contacted them. They gave me an RMA and emailed me a return label. I asked them to send me the speakers I had originally purchased. They never answered me back regarding that. They received their speakers back and gave me a partial refund. They said it was because the box was opened. But the product was never removed and it was never used. I've never dealt with a company before that had screwed up then charged me for return shipping. Or any company that didnt answer their emails. Terrible communication on their behalf, lacking customer service. After the partial refund I asked ebay to step in and help. They took it upon themselves to make good on Rockvilles screw up and refunded me the rest of the money held back by rockville.

I purchased the Rockville SS8P for my Hyundai Elantra GT in 2018. It was perfect for what I was looking for - something to accentuate the bass, not cause an earthquake. Loved it; going to purchase another one for my 2016 Kia Soul.

Has a clearance of 2.8" if you need to measure under your seat. It also comes with a remote bass knob that you can mount near or on the dash. I didn't have it installed, since I could easily tailor the bass from my head unit.

Bad expirience, placed an order twice and was canceled, first time they stated that billing address was wrong, second time they canceled bec shipping address neess to be the same of billing, if that's the case, why the system allows to put 2 addresseson addition to that when you order something, is important to ship items to an address that someone is there to receive to avoid shipping stolen.
Was looking for other speakers and home stereo equipment. Will shop somewhere else. Bass max volume is 60. All speakers 15 max volume.

I purchased a 70V 6 zone amplifier and and a dozen outside speakers from Rockville last year. The outdoor speakers worked quite well and the amp was okay but had some dead spots in the level controls. Not bad for what I paid. Jump forward to this year. It was time to expand my system so I ordered four ceiling mount speakers When they arrived it looked exactly like someone had pulled four speakers from the discard pile, placed them in a box and shipped it out. Every speaker was bent or broken, every grill was bent, the cardboard wrap was torn, even the instruction sheet was crumbled. I sent an email to Rockville with a couple of pictures and asked for a refund. Their reply was for more pictures. Then their plan was for me to ship their trash back to them so they could send replacements. Seriously? They should take a lesson from Amazon on customer service. We went back and forth a few times and I finally told them to keep the money, I want no more to do with them. My recommendation? If you buy from them don't expect much but you'd do better to put your money somewhere else. theavguy.com is pretty good but a little pricey. You get what you pay for.

I ordered 50 ft. # 14 COPPER audio wire, the wire that I received was NOT Copper, and it is most definitely NOT # 14 wire, although it says that it is by the stamp on the wire, however, it is NOT. I have been an electrical contractor for 50 years, so I know wire. What you sent me is # 16 stranded steel wire. See photo: The wires on the bottom is what they sent me, it is supposed to be # 14 copper wire, and it is not # 14 and not copper. The wires on the top are # 14 wire and they are copper. I purchased this from Autozone. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM ROCKVILLE AUDIO... They are Liars and Thieves. I sent them an email; and I am still waiting on a reply...

Unpacked the second one as I was so frustrated with the run around I kept getting regarding the shipment that I sent them back and purchased another set from someone else. In a nut shell I purchased them and received a shipping notification the next day. 6 days later no updates. When I questioned customer service they could only tell me that they shipped. Now they also said they may be sitting in a FedEx trailer at there warehouse or the trailer could be at the fed ex hub, But they could not tell me where they actually were. Only that it was a Fed Ex issue. Now 10 days and 4 reps later the story remains the same. Its all Fed Ex's fault. Well That as far as I'm concerned is completely unacceptable. You would think that after 2 weeks this trailer should have been located? Now this whole time the web site kept stating that there could be a 1-2 day delay in shipping. And whenever I called them out on the delay. The response was always the same.
So while I cannot really knock the product. I can tell you to shop elsewhere. It will save you weeks of headaches. FYI I did receive them after 3 weeks. The 2 stars are for the return process. It wasn't the best but it wasn't the worst.
