I puchased a 180 watt 6 channel 70v reciver. So far perfoms as expected. Support was great with the 1 question I had. Running 8 speakers in my pool table shed out back and sounds great. For the cost/value Im good
This place is absolutely horrible. I bought a PA with 12" speakers. I get it and the speakers blow out. I call support, they tell me to package them up and return them and they'll ship me out new ones. I do, I receive the new replacement speakers and they blow out too. Not to mention the PA came with two mics, one mic didn't work and the other the cap fell off. Back to support, I call again and the support rep tells me I am only allowed to turn it up to 70%. I'm like what, what is your name? Rockville, do you want to rock? The rep ended up arguing endlessly and finally hung up on me. I asked him before he hung up if I bought the same PA with the 10" speakers where would I be, at 50%? The equipment is garbage. Just take the time and buy from a more reputable company. I'm stuck with this garbage equipment and out $500 plus endless time and energy. Support is horrible and will even hang up on you. That's like me buying a new oven that goes to 450 and being told the hottest I can use it is at 350. They should never sell equipment that can't handle the power it's advertised as. Very poor quality and customer service. One more thing the same PA comes with 15" speakers and I asked him what advantage I would have with the 15" speakers. He told me lower impedance but still only 70% volume. So I would of paid even more money for those, no output increase and they probably would blow out too. Very disappointed and I'll never give Rockville my business again
Bought a pair for my beach cruiser and could not be more satisfied with the sound and performance. The price was very fair the crisp sound and bass are great. Can't beat the price for the quality.
Over all 5 star only because of service 100 % money back guarantee and free shipping with returns! Have not seen this with any other company
Tip for consumers:
Service is great try them out it’s 100 % money back if your not happy

Bring your business elsewhere. I have the tm150 tower speakers and the buttons all broke as well as the remote. No way to control the volume, input, bass, or anything at all now. It happened in under a year and with the year warranty I thought it wouldn't be a problem but I was told I couldn't even get a replacement remote to fix my issue because they don't package them separately, now a few months later and I tried again and they said I can buy a remote for $20 but they can't replace it since now the warranty is up even though I contacted them at the end of my warranty before and this time they originally said they would send me a remote free of charge. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Listen to the 2 star overall rating, the speakers sound good for the price but if you can't adjust input settings, sound, bass, etc... speakers are useless. I also had a foot pad break within a year too. If you're looking for overpriced firewood, I guess you found the right company. On top of everything, the first speakers arrived and did not work so I had to wait for another set of speakers. Unreliable garbage.
Tip for consumers:
Customer service is as bad as the product itself

After spending 2.5 extremely painful hours with 3 separate but consistenly bad customer service reps at Rockville Audio, I can only come to the concusion that this organization trains its representatives to take pride in being sub par.
After explaining to each representative that my order was shipped to the wrong address, had to walk through my neighborhood to locate my $600 order, that the video they strongly suggest I watch to set the system up is non existent and worst of all the RCS650 was missing the key element to allow me to hook up the speakers. Not one of them apologized for the inconvenience, so each one of them must have been okay with this level of service. Not one of them offered an acceptable time sensitive resolution; either waiting weeks for a replacement or suggesting they send a replacement unit only after I sent them back the original, which could take another week or two with no guarantee they wouldnt make the same mistakes again. Meanwhile they have my cash and I have nothing except a headache and a deadline looming that will cost me revenue.
Dont bother to ask to speak with management because this company either doesnt have a level of accountability or they are not allowed to speak with the public. I asked each one repeatedly to speak to a level of management and was informed I would receive a call, but none have risen to the occasion. This is incompetence breeding incompetence.
Makes me wish for the days of circuit city and radio shack. I dont care how affordable they make their electronics, its not worth this incompetent level of service.

Product received did not work. No one in the company would answer phones within 8 hours. No return of email for 24 hours or longer.
I usually don't care enough to leave bad reviews... but this, I had to make a special exception for.
Hands down, worst online purchase I've dealt with in years.
Took 4 months to resolve a simple RMA issue. Item was shipped poorly and arrived DOA (see photo) when asked to return the company took forever. Almost 3 months just to resolve the RMA Shipping, then another month to even acknowledge they'd received it. I've never had such a bad experience with a company.
They would ignore emails for weeks at a time, they never anwser their phone. Drag their feet every instance possible. You can only contact them through email. I had to file a fraud claim with my bank to get t
They offer fast returns/shipping. But these are just lies. I've heard from multiple people who've been dealing with them for longer than I have (one guy 6 months) and I highly, HIGHLY suggest finding a work around.
Since, I learned. If you want to cut out the middle man, buy your Rockville stuff from WalMart. That way, you can instantly swap it out or get your refund...
Side note...
Also, the misrepresent their RMA ratings on their items to much higher than they actually are, which is a horrible business idea period. I suggest to avoid them if possible.
Pic is of how my JBL Powered Studio Subwoofer was mailed, No packing, no airpack. Rumbling around in a box.
Tip for consumers:
Use Wal-Mart's marketplace, so you can get hassle free returns.

No problems, fair deals, QUICK shipping! Decent merchandise, at a fair price. What more could you ask for?
If by some chance my review kicks me in the $#*! I will own up to it in another review being a man and owning up to my mistake. I haven't hooked up my amp or subs yet, but I know one thing, I didn't pay thousands of dollars for a product that I except to perform like that high dollar product. I know enough that I may encounter problems with my purchase already and I know enough to be prepared for the possibility of that. I am also not a MORON, I know that if you prepare and expect something in advance then the issue is usually not that big of a deal, also don't complain about something you yourself installed and then blame the product for it failing. Especially if you yourself are not an experienced installer. If your an idiot then your gonna have issues with your install and failure of the system. Wrong wiring is s huge problem and nobody will own up to their mistakes. Instead they blame the product for the reason it broke. Now if you use the wrong gauge wiring for power, ground and speakers then you can expect a sound issue and also s failure of the amp or speakers or both. Do think about that before you point your finger at what or who you think is the problem. That's just what we intelligent people call common sense, so again before you go and write a negative review on something you probably caused yourself think! RIGHT! Makes Sense to the majority of us in the world that have COMMON SENSE! I'm not smart by book standards, but I know enough about the way the real world works. Thanks to ROCKVILLE in advance for a product that I believe based on test numbers compared to the more expensive competitors that my experience has a better chance at being positive then it does of being negative. The Amps and Subs based on numbers show or prove to me that they are not garbage. Again #'s don't lie and if I was a betting man I would bet that the performance of what I purchased is gonna be far better than the extremely expensive and well known names in the business. It's not all about price and watts, it's the overall performance and some numbers are more important to the people that know what matters. Also how that product performs compared side by side to its competition.
Tip for consumers:
Before posting a review make sure you have correct information, exhausted all of your options to correct the issue and br honest. Don’t post a review based on emotion especially if the failure or problems you are experiencing have come based on your lack of knowledge or experience installing properly,

Rockvilleaudio is a good place to shop from the 10 inch woofer with built in amp worked great under the seat on my pickup
I ordered 2 amp both came with damage on the front. Will not let me upload photos. It could take up to 2 week before I hear anything from them.
I don't normally do reviews - but I thought this needed to be said. I bought 2 RPG12BTV2 from Amazon. Both arrived but one was wrong model - Amazon gave me a refund. This was not Rockvilles issue. The second one did not work from the beginning. This is where the issues begin - since Amazon would not refund a second time I went to the Manufacturer- this initially was a little painfull. Phone calls - waiting for tech support to call back several days - I was getting a little steamed. Finally I got a tech and got an RMA. I happened to be working very near the RMA center so I went to bring the RPG12BTV2 back directly. When I got in the building I was introduced to Michael- he took my RMA and got it expedited for me. They had it fixed later that day and and I picked it up the next day. Michael did a great job for me and now time will tell when I put this to work. I know other people have had some horrible experiences mine wasn't too horrible. But they could do a better job up front with customer service - buy my in person experience was great.

I purchased a POLK AUDIO PAD1000. 1 from a company called AUDIOSAVINGS 2 weeks ago because the amplifier has been discontinued and limited in supply it seemed like a great deal at 219 bucks well too good to be true is real I only purchased this because I have the mids highs 800 watt twin amp in stock and a customer wants that system! Can't blame them POLK AUDIO GREAT BRAND! Too my surprise the amp is used and defective and remote wire set screw is frozen as if cross threaded I noticed immediately after opening because anyone who deals in car audio knows all set screws threaded down and gains set to MINIMUM ON EVERYTHING YOU GET! So I call get bull story that I have to send pics and email to get any response I wanted RA or return authorization for those doing less then ethical business, I don't even think he knew what RA meant. Well thank god for EBay because they are ethical company and I trust I will get my money and what I got a FedEx label in five minutes from them. We'll point of this review ROCKVILLE AND AUDIOSAVINGS ONE AND THE SAME. I only noticed this after my FedEx delivery email said I have shipment from none other then AudioSavings not Rockville! Jesus now I have to go through this again! BUYER BEWARE! And I am going to BBB IF NEEDED because I purchased this directly of internet from Rockville so theirs no guarantees I'll even get response! Thx for the tip! I will add to this review when I receive Rockville order. BUYER BEWARE!

My Gosh, sound is so flat even with bass boost on iPhone 11 Sad, absolute waste of time and money. If your into Music asI am > Look elsewhere.
I've been buying pro audio equipment from Rockville for a few years now and am extremely happy with the gear. I bought a RPM45 amp first. It does a good job and is built solid. I have used it to power a couple of 12" Speakers (Rockville SPGN128s) for a few live band gigs, and a good backup amp for whatever other need might come along. I bought a couple of powered 10" PA speakers (Rockville BPA10s), and one powered 18" sub-woofer (Rockville RBG15) for my home Karaoke system and they are really good, and crank out some seriously good sounds when hooked to my Peavey Mixer. Also used the 10's for monitors at a few live band gigs with my wife's Beatles cover band performances that I ran sound for. I recently bought the RPA9 amp to power the SPGN12s for my wife's band with a passive mixer. Perfect match for those speakers and I bought that particular model because of the included inputs and outputs were perfect for the band PA use as well as home stereo use... they had the Speakon (for pro applications) as well as bayonet speaker jacks for my Bose home speakers. When I read some of these bad reviews I wonder if these people have a clue as to how to PROPERLY connect and set stuff up! Great company... reasonably fast shipping even during these troubling Kung Flu times. I had one return of a speaker damaged in shipment and the process was easy and the refund came quickly. Nothing but good things to say about these people. Glenn F. From No.Va.
Do not buy any Rockville items - ZERO customer service and product IS NOT as advertised - DONT WATSE YOUR MONEY
