Excellent service! I ordered this at around 10pm on 6/26 and I was received the morning of 6/29! After a very poor experience with one of the bigger companies, this was extremely satisfying! I spend a lot of money on motorcycle related parts and gear, and I love to give my hard-earned money to companies that are efficient and have great customer service. I will definitely utilize them for relevant purchases!
Order 4 wheels from Rocky Mountain, one arrived damaged, when I contact them, provided photos, etc, after 8 days they still do not have an answer how to address this. It was easier to order another then to constantly trying to deal with them. They lost a customer for life

I hate spending money. I hate spending money and then the product doesn't work or fit and then I'm stuck with money spent and issue I have to resolve. When you spend money at Rocky Mountain ATV, you know you are spending money, and you also know there will never be an issue. I've bought pants that were too small, no big deal, they let me exchange them for the right size. They even let me purchase them and then refunded me when they got my return for a more expedited experience. I've gotten kill switches that didn't... kill. Not a problem, an e-mail later, and they are shipping out a replacement. Not to mention the RM Cash program. Sure, you may spend a couple more dollars at Rocky Mountain, but after the incredible service and the RM Cash and free shipping over 75$, I honestly feel like I save spending with them.

Ordered hundreds of things from this site. Rocky Mountain ATV has seen all 5 of my machines and helped me on every single one. From maintenance to full on overhaul, Rocky Mountain ATV has almost everything you need minus a few niche things here or there. Can't really say much on delivery because I'm only couple hours away from one of their sizeable warehouses.
I love RMATV! Great easy to use site, awesome deals, and always have everything we need. I don't usually shop anywhere else for our moto stuff.
The web site didn't seem as easy to navigate as others. If I wasn't trying to do a promotional purchase for MBC I'd probably not make the purchase. Could be too that it's geared more for dirt bike instead of adventure riding.

I swear to you that if you hid your shipping charges into the prices of parts and then said free shipping you'd get more customers. Very very poor management call on that. You wanted to charge me 32 dollars to ship an atv chain, nope, nope and no way. However if the chain said 32 dollars more I'd have been more inclined to just pay it. You learned the hard way with this customer as I need about 3200.00 in parts. Bye bye rock auto

I usually don't like to pick on individuals, only when they are deserving. Had some paint chipped off from the highly-regarded Tusk top plate. Nicked it with my rubber boot and was amazed the powder coating chipped off in a few places. Tried to ignore it. Tried to cover it up with rubber coating. And when that didn't work, called RM ATV for warranty service. Got Kyle all the information he needed and got a two sentence response: After careful consideration, no warranty. No options were provided. No discounts. No "have you tried"? I will never use them again. This is a "sell it, ship it, move on to the next sucker" type of operation from my experience. Really surprised at their response. Lackluster operation. Kyle can go back to eating paint chips in his room at his parents' house. Don't buy from Rocky Mountain ATV.

Go over their warranty policy carefully and do not request Kyle if you need service. He is useless.

We frozen our butts off because of there bait and switch. Ordered upper doors and got just the frame not skins. I called only to learn they would be another week due to being shipped from another location. It was one part number and nowhere indicated it was possible to be shipped separately. They lied about the ship date because I didn't get the skins in time for my trip. I could have got them from eBay faster and creeper but went with rocky hoping they'd be the smarter option. Boy was I wrong. They didn't arrive until after our trip. They did not honor the ship date which I had a 3 day cushion. Trip was really ruined we were wet and cold. Totally avoidable had they been honest.

Ordered $800 in parts. Paid $125 for express shipping 2-4 days. They put a stop on my order to verify. What the f is there to verify I have given you my address and paid send the god damn packages. Now I to find out it's going to take 7. Now my kids miss their race because these dumbasses

Assuming that you have some experience working on what you're buying parts for the website is very easy to use. I also like the function of listing parts and accessories specific to my Make model and year of motorcycle. The videos that they have attached to some of their products can also be very helpful as I like to be able to get a perspective of what the part looks like in real life I find that pictures can be misleading in that size or actual appearance. The search algorithm also seems to be more refined then websites like bike magnet which will give you a few parts and then throw in a term of non-related stuff just to make it seem like the search garnered a ton of results, I'm not saying that Rocky Mountain site does not do the same but I find far less and search topic related parts on the filler that they do put in is somewhat more relevant to what you have searched for.

This is bull$#*! we are on vacation traveling around riding at different ATV parks but when we go to order through Rocky Mountain ATV, they won't send us the parts that we need because they say account verification so I guess you got a stay at home before they will send you parts. This place sucks $#*!. I recommend y'all to go orders through someone else.or you won't ride

We have ordered many things from this site. The time I did need to return something it was more for us to pay to return the items than it was worth. Plus, a restocking fee was needed of 20%. Unless I ordered something else from them. Now, this tells me it doesn't cost anything to restock if they can forget about it if you buy something else! Prices are better than most places around here.
Ordered for the first time to Europe! All parts came as described in 7 days. Taxes were handled by the seller. No additional payment when received an order. Tracking info wasn't updated in sellers website, but step by step info was provided in shipping company website.

So dissapointed in RM. Bought a, slasher led light bar. No harness, OK. Typical. Could not find one on Rocky Mountains website. I called after calling Slasher, who no longer has a American distribution center and, was clueless About it. After being put off so a R. M. " Tech" could work on it for 5 days, was told their clueless (R. M.) and here's a couple of numbers! Ofcourse same people, I talked to. Then was told I was being charged for shipping return. Seriously! It's not the money as I told them its about standing behind what you sell. Went on Amazon while they put. E on hold for 30 minutes when I asked for CS manager and then was disconnected. J. I've always had a great experience with them for 5+ years ordering in stock parts or Tusk parts and getting them to my doorstep in Denver in 3-4 days with standard shipping. I cant understand all the haterade in some of these reviews. Love their videos. All my enduro buddies also always order from them. #rockyrippers

These guys have demonstrated consistently great customer service and always ship in a timely fashion. And if my dealer doesn't have an OEM part, they probably do.
I purchased parts for my Suzuki LT250R quad racer based off of their parts-schematics. When I got the parts, none of the part numbers on the packages matched their schematics, so I couldn't put my quad back together. I emailed them asking them to send a cross reference. In almost no time at all, Nikki emailed me with a cross reference so I could match the parts and put my beloved quad back together. I'm so stoked with their customer service and super happy to have my quad back on the trail! Great job guys.

We live in Kansas and have purchased MX gear and parts from Rocky Mountain MC/ATV for the past few years. Last week while in Colorado riding mountain trails my son's throttle cable broke on his KX85. Being three hours from the nearest shop with a part in stock I called Danna at Rocky Mountain and she had the part overnighted to the campground we were staying in and we had the new throttle cable on his bike and back out on the trail in 24 hours!
