Excellent service! I ordered this at around 10pm on 6/26 and I was received the morning of 6/29! After a very poor experience with one of the bigger companies, this was extremely satisfying! I spend a lot of money on motorcycle related parts and gear, and I love to give my hard-earned money to companies that are efficient and have great customer service. I will definitely utilize them for relevant purchases!
Order 4 wheels from Rocky Mountain, one arrived damaged, when I contact them, provided photos, etc, after 8 days they still do not have an answer how to address this. It was easier to order another then to constantly trying to deal with them. They lost a customer for life
I have bought off of Rocky Mountain ATV several times before, without any issue. This time was the first time I ever had to return something, however. They sent me the wrong battery for my ATV. It had the wrong terminals on it. I spoke with customer service, and they told me it shouldn't be a problem, but that I had to send them some pictures for their warranty tech to review. I did this well over a month ago. I have called them 4 times since, and all I keep getting from them is that it will be several more days before they can look at the info I sent Them. I needed that part for a ride I was doing the weekend after I had ordered it. I ended up having to buy a battery locally, and still have this useless battery that I can't even get a response on. I will never buy from this company again. Their warranty / return statement is a joke. Go Somewhere Else!
I ordered 4 motorcycle tires and a few hours later got a email saying to call regarding my order. I called back and after an extended hold spoke to a nice lady. She confirmed my mailing address and my order. Then said she was charging my card a small amount to confirm it was me. I never got a email from my card company to confirm her second charge. I explained to her that the amount was under the fraud threshold and would have to get to a computer to verify. I told her I answered everything she asked for and for $500 I thought it was ridiculous. After being frustrated by the process I told her I would just use a competitor. I canceled the order reordered with another company and saved 60 dollars. Never had so much trouble doing an online order. No thanks plenty of other places around.

I had a $63.64 RM Cash credit (my reward for being a loyal customer?) in my RM ATV account - placed an order for some Fox Racing hats for a total of $82.18 and applied the credit as I've done numerous times before. When I checked my account the full $82.18 was charged to my checking account - not the $18.54 difference. I called RM ATV to get this fixed and was told no. I've placed 14 seperate orders with RM ATV totaling $1000's and this is the type of treatment I get?

So I needed a drive belt but dealer is out of them. I ordered one to have shipped to Polaris dealer since I live 5 hours away. They wouldn't do it. Even though they call and texted me on number I gave. I gave all the info. Even had the card. So many others out there. Hopefully you won't need a part sent anyplace but your home. I really needed that part before weekend and they just screwed me.I ordered it in morning between 10-11 they wait until 445 pm to get ahold of me.

I should have definitely went to the reviews before purchasing. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
My order was being shipped to the wrong address so I called to get it sorted out. The package was already shipped out so they said to contact the shipper. I did and was asked to fill out the appropriate address request form and they would be able to get it out to my correct address. The shipper also said they would also need approval from the shipper via email or call. I called back RM ATV to and they said they would not give approval for an address change. They would however charge me $14 to do the address change but that is was not guaranteed to be delivered to the new address.
They have absolutely lost my business for good and I will tell every rider I know not to buy from this store.

Place an order online and paid with card. Contacted by RMATV to say some items couldn't ship overseas and then discussed which items would be shipped and which items had to be cancelled and refunded. Received an email from them confirming the items still to be shipped. One week later I emailed customer service to check if the remaining items had been shipped - no response. After some time received a refund for the entire order checked on their site that they had cancelled the entire order without any explanation.

Beware if you use overseas billing address. Even if the delivery address is in the US, they don't want to ship some items and might cancel the entire order!
BEWARE. Although a part I ordered came up as compatible with the WR250F, and after reading the description carefully that states "designed to have the same original factory shape that is on your machine"…. It will NOT fit a WR250 (or WR450F) as it does not have provisions for the speedo cable. RM will not take it back because if you choose a color the website will magically add a note that says it does not have a mount for the speedo cover. Reading the reviews a see I'm not the only one who was burned by this. Its not about the $28 its about doing the right thing. Will never order again from RM. Dollars spent over the years….

This company has many great products and prices but if you have a problem they don't have time for you. I will only buy from them through eBay and PayPal. That way I can at least get my money back.
Order parts on 10/16, first call, the parts were lost in the delivery warehouse, Rocky Mountain Followed up, and they falsely delivered the package, and Rocky Mountain continues to ignore me, say "we must wait for the delivery company to get back to us". So now i called again, 11/02, for the third time, and they tell me that I must wait another week before they will resend and they will not refund my purchase until they hear back from the fraudulent delivery company OnTrac.

We have ordered from Rocky Mountain ATV hundreeds of tims, spent over $50,000.00 with them. The customer service has been geting worse and worse, in fact there is none. Once in a while you get a superviser that understands and tries to make it right. I wish Dan Thomas the owner of the company would read these reveiws and fix the issues, shipping is bad, 1 out of 3 shipment make it with no issues. I waste my time talking to custermer service reps, they lie to you! I deal with several companies to order parts spend over $100,000 a year and by far the worst customer service is from Rocky Mountain ATV. Please Dan Thomas if you read this call me and I will let you know whats going on if you care. I hope you are not aware of these issues they have been going on now for years.
I placed an order for several items, one of which has been out of stock recently and not available through other distributors. I received and email advising me that RM needed additional info. I called and the rep explained that since my order was over $1000 ( $1001. 67) I had to process the order through PayPal or do a Wire Transfer? I asked them to remove an item to drop the invoice amount so the order could be processed with my card but they refused. A supervisor gave me a different story explaining that RM randomly selects orders and forces those orders to be processed via PayPal or Wire Transfer? I'm a retailer myself and I've never heard of anything like that. The same supervisor also told me that since it was my first time ordering I would have to place the order via PayPal or Wire Transfer regardless of the amount.
This was a domestic order, not international and there was not an issue with the debit card I was using for the transaction.
I cancelled my order and created a new account with another email. This time I only ordered the item I urgently needed but the same thing happened again and Customer service gave me the same BS song and dance about "randomly" selecting orders for special scrutiny.
I have 37 retail stores & I can't imagine using a distributor who makes it so difficult to process a simple order. Now that I've seen these other reviews its clear I'm not alone with the bad experience

I ordered 2 blue harnesses from these guys. Received them relatively quick for standard shipping, but they sent me one blue one and one black one. So I exchange the black one for a blue one and they send me another black harness! Won't give me any type of discount and there "overnight shipping" is 4 day shipping. I guess we will see if they send the correct color after the weekend is up. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

I bought my highland reckless about a year ago. When wanted to use it I noticed it was smaller than the description, more like the smallest version of the highland which cost half. On the description it should be 25 liters on each side but it is no more than 15 liters. It was very hard to communicate with customer service since each time I had to explain what the problem is and again and again, they said they will check. I wrote emails and each time I waited between 4-7 days for an answer and sometimes it even took 3 weeks for them to answer. They asked me to take pictures with tape measurements on the bag. I sent them (I attached them here for you to see...) They told me 25 liters is when the roll-up is open... come on... you are joking, you can't ride while open... They promised they will send their pictures with tape measurements but then they suddenly said they can't do it for some reason (I believe we understand why). I don't leave in the USA so it was too complicated to send and get a refund. But for future clients. All will be good until there is a problem. No customer service and no honest behavior!

The same thing happened to me as other users on here RM would not send my order after they charged my credit card they want me to send some verification receipt for some small purchases before they would send my items it was a $550 order Come on folks now I am waiting on my refund for the purchase that they can't send due to this verification process? Never have I ever had to go purchase something and send a receipt of my purchase to a company in order to do business Plain craziness Well hopefully if you decide to order from these people you have better luck getting your products than I did LJ Bradenton Fl 05-23-2023

Used these guys for all my parts until this season, customer service is GARBAGE rude don't care. Also had $30 in race credits and went too use and they said oh sorry they expired and there is nothing we can do. I have had issues with shipping being late and not what i paid for and been told "rhay's the way it is sorry we can't issue credits" paid for 2 day air not 6 day air. Seems like rm atv has gotten to big for their customers and only care about taken your money no service after the sale. From all these bad reviews it shows. I will return to motosport.com... UPDATE AS OF 1/9/20. Still no contact from managment about this like they stated in their responds just like i said THEY DON'T CARE about their little customers just corp. Ones... UPDATE AS OF 4/18/20. Proof that the customer does not matter as per THEIR responds that they "forward my comments to upper management" as of TODAY i still have never been reached out to about this matter and folks is why i have been spending my hard earned money else where. Really if RM don't have it you don't need it. I was hesitant with using any TUSK parts but after watching the RM YouTube certified technician I am ready to tackle all repairs.
