Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.

Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

Reading all these reviews below sure is scary, but to find out if its true or false you will have to check it out yourself by buying at least one of the things they have. I sure did and I'm happy I did before reading these harsh comments.

I got my item today which was the red wined coat for winter that I ordered the 18th November. I accidentally ordered 2 of them, but after writing them a ticket I got a response that they would change the quantity to one if I so wanted and I sure did.

I also asked them for a refund from the other coat I didn't want to have and so after the arrival of my package today I will write to them again about it.

I'm happy to announce that even thou the size is smaller than expected, it is in a very good shape! The coat is very lovely and warm. It's very well sewed and it feels as if you could have bought it in a real store for a far more expensive prize than at Rosegal.

It was a very risky choice, but if you behave in a good manner I think they will behave the same way back. Sure, you have to wait for a long time, but imagine them having tons of other costumers to deal with. It is not easy to be in charge of getting all the tickets and hate you people give.

Show some respect and the respect will be given back. Thats how I worked things out and I got what I wanted in the end.

PS. I wrote a review about the coat here with three images. I don't know if it will show up anytime soon, but at least it will show some proof to you out there who aren't satisfied.

I ordered once and got my order, and was happy with it and ordered again BUT this time around one item is way to big and also wrong colour and the other item has no elastic under as it should.
They offer online chat/ message/phone/text
I contacted them via phone - that phone does not work says to send them text?
(Jesus right?)
I sent them text never heard from them.
Contacted message, got connected to their FB, the person said, 'I do not deal with this' (Jesus, right?)
Sent email, nobody got back to me.
Sent another email, got a ticket number.
Tried phone chat today and the person started to lie.

I call the Paypal and reported, as well as reported to VISA and Mastercard, and finally when the cops arrived the person on the chat refused to give them the name or address. The cop traced them to China and will be making international arrest to 'Rocky' and the entire team. They will also be contacting the financial institutions to 'follow the money.

I also have a second order pending that I wanted to cancel and that was refused to me.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES. THEY WILL BE SHUT DOWN SOON BUT IN THE MEANTIME YOUR MONEY WILL BE STOLEN AND YOU WILL GET LOTS OF GRIEF FROM THESE LIARS.

I ordered a dress four months ago (April 10), and paid extra to be able to track my package. After about two weeks, the tracking information stopped even updating, saying the package was delivered. This business is poorly ran, with the worst customer service I have ever tried to deal with (and I do quite a bit of online shopping.) The only way to successfully co tact then is through their "ticket" system, which is sinilar to emailing. Their online chat representatives love to exit the sessions before you even get a chance to finish talking. The phond line for the company posted on theur site does not work. The first time I contacted them, they said it could take up to 60 business days to get my package and to be patient. Stupidly, I listened... after those 60 business days had passed and still no package, I contacted them again. They claimed they did not know what had happened to my package, and to wait and it might arrive. As of July 25th, I still had received no package, and contacted then yet AGAIN, to which they responded they could either refund me or reship the package for free. I told them that after waiting for four MONTHS for the frigging dress which I intended to wear over the summer, they needed to reship the dress and refund my money. After insisting again and again that I pick just one option, I told them that I wanted a refund. I also told them I didn't trust their sad excuse for a company to even get another package to me. Once I opted for the refund, she said I would see where it had been refunded into my account after a few days. I still haven't seen anything go back into my account, so I have reported them to the better business bureau, and econsumer. I hope anyone considering ordering from them will heed all the warnings. They are a terrible company to deal with, and from what I've read, even if you do receive the package it is poor quality.

It took some getting used to before I could give a 5 star review. This was due to Rosegal being in China and working through some brief communication differences. It's very much worth the effort. A major point, make sure you pay attention to the difference in sizing. Their sizes run much smaller than ours do. BUT if you pay attention, each and every item gives the dimensions and they have very thorough sizing charts. So don't just automatically pick a size 10 if that is what you normally wear. Go through their charts, take your measurements as instructed, then choose the correct size from their charts.

I have ordered over twenty items from them so far, and have had nothing but the best service, even if my problem was my fault for not sizing properly. I have had immediate response to every question submitted. I've been immediately reimbursed each time there was a problem of any kind. I have never been asked to send something back, before reimbursement or after. I have been reimbursed without ever asking to be at the rare times something was not able to ship before I even knew it could not be.

Give yourself plenty of time to receive the shipment as "a slow boat from China" finally made sense! I choose to use their free shipping, so it can take a very long time. If I needed something for a special date, I would give at least two months time, if not more. I received one shipment quite fast. I believe it must have come from within the U.S. All others have been very slow. I do not order if I'm going to have any problem waiting for the item. It's worth the wait at these prices and free shipping. AND huge selection!

Their site is also fun! You obtain points by your purchases along with other ways. The points can then be used
Towards a percentage of your purchase. One way of getting points is to sign in and THEN make sure you click on the link at the very top saying 'earn free points'. If you don't click that, you don't get them. I had many, many logins I did not get points as I was not aware of this. Also for every day you consecutively sign in, you get increased points each time. First day you get five points, second day 10 points, up to 40 points. Thereafter you get 40 points each time you login. It has to be consecutive though, or you begin all over again with 5 points counting as day one.

Another great way to save money on Rosegal is by installing the "Honey" app. When you have 'Honey" installed, once you have an item in your 'bag' it will pop up offering to automatically check for discount codes, ending up showing you the best deal. That along with using your points, the end price is usually way less than their already great price in the first place!

There are more ways to save money and earn points or deals that I have yet to explore. They seem to be never ending! I find their site to be quite addictive. Beware! But it's loads of fun!

In December 2017 I purchased 4 items from them, when I received the items I was impressed completely with two of the shirts that I had purchased. They are gorgeous fit perfect and are so unique. Now dont get me wrong, the other two items were perfectly fine it was more of a the way the items look on me that I was unhappy with. The jacket was beautifully made and had a lot of detail to to it. And the price was MORE than reasonable but it didnt look right on me. As I said, the items fit perfect and had no issues with them in that way, they were true to size I just didnt like them on me. The material also wasnt what I was expecting of the leggings again not a bad thing just not what I preferred. When I contacted rosegal they immediately took care of me and refunded the money for my 2 items I wasnt happy with. I told them I would send them back but they informed me that it wasnt necessary but asked that I would donate them to someone who needed them, so that is what I did. I gave them to a friend who is in college and is on a strict budget for clothes she LOVED the items and they looked so good on her. Im very happy with rosegal and will continue to buy from them and recommend them to my friends and people out there. Just be smart and read EACH item because sizes vary and just because you are a size 2x in one shirt doesnt mean you will be the same in another. Also its nice to see a woman who is actually the size Of the shirt modeling the clothes- meaning its nice to see a plus size model, modeling plus size clothes. Too Many clothing companies believe they sell more Clothes because they look better on regular models who are half the size then the plus size clothes they are modeling. The truth is the regular people buying the plus size clothes are not models we are regular plus size women who want to see the clothes and how they may look on ourselves so thank you rosegal for doing that. Rosegal also has some great sales and promotions. Rosegal rocks cant wait to buy more.

I wish I would have done my research before ordering. There appears to be some really cute tops on this site. I decided to order one item first to see how doing business with them went. WELL - I ordered a sweatshirt on Oct. 8th. I have been checking in with them constantly about my order. But after the 15 day mark (on the site it said to allow 7-15 days for processing) I was livid that my order was still processing. I even allowed 15 business days. They charged me immediately instead of when the order shipped, like most companies do. I contacted customer service again yesterday about why my order was still processing just shy of a month later! To which they responded that the item I ordered on Oct 8th was OUT OF STOCK! Bull$#*!. So I replied that I was very upset and that I wanted a full refund and that I would be filing a complaint. This morning when I checked my email I had a tracking number for my item. I am interested to see how long shipping will take, what shape/quality the item is and if it's even the right item considering they told me it was out of stock the day before they shipped it.

I attached the photo from the website of the sweatshirt I ordered. I ordered a size Medium. My chest is a 34C/D - so I'm a little worried based on other reviews that it may be too small. If that's the case I guess it's a good thing I have young nieces.

They did over to refund 10% of the purchase price (so about a $1.50) for the delay. Which I appreciate their attempt at remedying the issue, but we will see if I receive that refund.

Their customer service deserves at least 2 1/2 stars because they always responded to my inquiries within 24 hours.

I will be giving them 1 star on value, shipping, returns and quality until I receive my item.

Update - 2/9/15
I received my order about 2 weeks after my initial review. I was refunded as they said they would do. The product. NOT what I expected at all. In the picture it looks like a soft cotton material. It's not. I said I ordered a Medium and was nervous it was going to be too small. Well, good thing they sent me a Large. It fits well, but not as baggy as I hoped it to be. The zipper on the shoulder is far from satisfactory. Granted it's for looks I still would appreciate the zipper staying together.

Final review: NEVER AGAIN.
