Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

This website is a total scam. I ordered mats and a Christmas sweatshirt on 11/18/19. On 11/21/19 I received an e mail that my sweatshirt and 1 mat was shipped on 11/21/19 and a FedEx tracking number. Then on 11/23/19 received another e mail that 2nd portion of order was sent, with another FedEx tracking number. When I didn't receive the 1st order from 11/21/19 and contacted RoseGal via live Chat, all I got was the run around that according to their system everything was correct and to give it more time. On 11/29/19 I receive another e mail stating they have a shipping delay and to accept a SHIP15 discount.
When I checked with FedEx, they have not even received a shipping label from this company. When I had done the live Chat, I knew something was fishy when I requested a phone number to contact a Supervisor or Manager and was told I could not speak to those in that position. I was very unhappy with this person and explained that according to Better Business Bureau that obviously this was not a legitimate company in the United States or she would have to be giving me a phone number and she went onto explain, they were located in Spain, and if I wanted to spend money on a long distance call she would give me a phone. I did call and requested a Supervisor, which I was told a "Julie" was the Supervisor and my orders had been shipped, but she would create a "problem ticket" that would be updated every 2 days with a follow up e mail.
It is now 12/17/19 and no other emails have been forth coming nor the 1st part of my order ever received.
The 2nd order was received and what a piece of crap. These were door mats. They are so cheap and thin, I have bath towels in the rag bucket that are better quality!
Today, I sent another email to this Julie-supposedly a Supervisor to keep their 2 items that they claim was shipped out on 11/21/19. I said I did not want any other dealings with their company and would tell my bank to not process payment.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

I am in awe of the quality of goods that I received. I was quite excited when I found a new site to order on... I order online almost once a week. I do not usually use paypal with sites that I have ordered from before but I use it with first time purchases or purchases that I do not want to give my credit card #. I knew this site was bad from reviews online but I figured I would try it because it offered paypal. I had faith in paypal supporting this company so I figured that I would try it out.
THIS IS THE WORST SITE I HAVE EVER USED. I got my items to my front door, only to be told that there was a $25 dollar additional fee that the company did not pay. I was told that in order to get my goods I needed to pay it. Due to the company being unknown I knew that I could not contact them and I would not be able to get a refund, therefore, I would rather pay the 25 than loose the 85 dollars I paid for the order.
Once I opened my order, there were 4/5 peices inside. One peice was completely unaccounted for... also the items I got were so CHEAP. I MEAN SO CHEAP... I can not wear any of the items because they are completely see through and hard cotton(similar to a cheap pillow case or rough towel from the dollarstore). I am shocked that paypal would support a company like this!
I am so upset and can not believe that the clothes looked like this. The dress that came in even had 2 dirt stains on the chest and a rusted closure on the back. THE SITE IS A SCAM, they use pictures from pinterest, instagram and magazines... the clothing colour, matieral and fit is nothing like the site. This experience has really made me think twice about ordering online... and paypal as a payment method.
So dissapointed... this company needs to be reported to the business bureau and be shut down!

I placed an order in March 2015 knowing and accepting of the fact that the items could take awhile to arrive. Unfortunately, as each parcel arrived it became apparent that sizing is extremely inconsistent and even though I followed the instructions to measure and then choose the size, most of the items did not fit. The few that did had obvious construction flaws like unfinished seams, uneven hems and one item even had a sleeve sewn in backwards. The fabric is cheap and obviously synthetic and I doubt would survive many washings. This company will not allow returns unless you upload pictures of the defect and or pictures of measurements of the items with a ruler to prove the items are unacceptable.
As an online shopper who understands that even if an item arrives exactly as it is represented on the site you may not like it anyway, inability to return what you do not like is a deal killer for me.
Do yourselves a favor and skip this retailer. If you do not end up liking your purchase you are stuck with it.
6/12/15 Update. I want to update my review and add that since I wrote the original, Rosegal has contacted me and offered to let me return the items I purchased at my own expense for an 85% refund. I would prefer a full refund but this is certainly better than nothing. I was sent an RMA form and instructions for mailing the items back. I will update further when I receive the refund.
6/22/15 Update. I have determined that it will cost me $65.00 to return the items I purchased to Rosegal using the smallest flat rate USPS box that will hold everything. My total purchase was $172.00 and Rosegal is only offering 85% refund. This means I can only count on a refund of $146.20. When you subtract the $65.00 it will take to return the merchandise, my net refund is only $81.20. This is of course if the package is allowed through Chinese customs and Rosegal actually follows through.
One can argue that $81.20 is better than nothing, but I stand by my original position: You get what you pay for and hassle free returns is a must. To be fair, Rosegal never once miss-represented their return policy, but the questionable quality and inconsistent sizing that was represented by the items I purchased make it impossible for me to be a return customer.
