I could kick myself for not looking for the reviews before I bought 4 shirts for an upcoming trip... money I find out now that I have no chance of getting back! The material is cheap, the sizes are WRONG (I'm a plus size gal) and now I find out I have to ship back to China. What a total RIPOFF! And to make things worse, when I entered all the information in their "ticket" system, I get a warning note saying the Order Number is wrong... and yet it is the exact number that is listed on the Delivery List from the first 3 shirts. Please... DO NOT ship the 4th shirt (it says that it hasn't shipped yet) because I DO NOT WANT IT!
When dealing with the site I did not find any problem in the purchase and the site was very distinctive and easy to use and it was also very easy to communicate with the technical support of the site

The shipping was pretty quick but the overall quality of the item was not necessarily great.

Ive bought and lost $80 dollars with Rosegal. Their clothing, customer service and returns are a complete scam. I ordered the largest sizes on 2 items, one came with a hole in the seam and both where sized to fit a small child. Attempting to get a refund is the scam. They will offer 20% of the items cost to their Site wallet, and ask you to repair the problem yourself.
Best thing you can do is report this to your bank to get your money back and report Rosegal and all its sister sites to the FTC, BBB, FBI Internet Fraud.

UNLESS YOU ARE A SIZE 2, DON'T BOTHER ORDERING FROM THIS SITE. I ORDERED A 2XL ITEM AND IT MAY HAVE EVEN TOO SMALL FOR A SIZE 2. I CONTACTED ROSEGAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ISSUED A FULL REFUND. I DO LIKE THE PRODUCT IT IS VERY CUTE AND ACCURATE EXCEPT FOR THE SIZE
I made two orders with Rose Gal. The first order came with in about a month. Although I was disappointed with the quality of the items, I didn't expect too much due to the low price tag. One shirt was so small I couldn't even get my arm in the sleeve. The fabrics are much much much thinner than they appear in the picture. One shirt appeared to be a T-shirt material and it was actually completely sheer. I made a second order, and I waited. After two months I contacted Rosegal and let them know I still have not received my order. They indicated to me that my order had been shipped and I should wait just a little longer and then contact them if it hadn't arrived. After another two weeks I contacted them once again and told him that I still have not received my order. They indicated that I should go to my post office to check if it was there. I contacted them three more times be I got a reply. Finally they replied full of apologies that the item is now out of stock and that I had received a credit to my account, rather than the refund I wanted. They also offered me "points" on my next order. I have yet to re-order because truly I doubt I'll ever receive anything. Do not order from this site, unless you have money to burn.
UPDATE:
Rosegal now responds as though they don't know my order number. I have emailed them over 10 times. They don't respond. They try to make nice but they never resolve anything. It's all just words.

I ordered 3 shirts, same size. The first one was so big I put it on, it actually hit the the floor, it was huge! The 2nd one was so SMALL, my arms wouldn't even go in the sleeves. The 3rd one fit, but the sleeves are not the same length... HORRIBLE customer service... I never got thought to anyone to return them. AND I ordered them December 30th 2017 they arrived Febuary 22 2018.
