I have been trying to get into contact with these people for a while now! I paid $10 for 3-7 business day shipping and I have not received it yet... Hence the reason for trying to contact them. I used the tracking number they gave me and tried to find my package and DHL said they have never even received anything to deliver. Now seeing all the reviews all I want to do is shut them down!
First of all they are asian sized so XL is xs. It took more than 10 days to get it and to return it I have to measure the swim suits and take pictures to send it back? WTF. Customer service sucked they said just wait patiently for my swim suits that didn't fit at all. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY EVER!

This is the fourth time I buy in rosegal and I still like it!
The clothes are very nice and cheap if you buy shipping charges comes super fast, just be careful with customs!
I have just received my order from Rosegal and I must say I am very dissapointed, athough I was not expecting much judging by the prices.
Size of one dress is ridiculous - it will fit my 8 year old daughter and not myself.
The worst thing is the quality of the materials. I know the description said polyester but it's still probably the worst kind there is. Unwearable.
Also, the pictures were not reflecting real colours.
One good thing - the shipment was a very quick one, although it was for free.

I ordered a swimsuit in March and didn't receive a shipped confirmation until the end of April. I contacted the company to find out where my swimsuit was and they told me to give it till June 7th for it to arrive. Today is June17th and still nothing. They gave me to options which were to receive my full refund or they could send me another swimsuit free of charge. First off it isn't free because they aren't giving you a refund. So I told them I want my full refund and they told me it could take up to 30 days to receive it. I will never order from them again. But I will say that the customer support was good.

The 'quality' of the rags and 'customer service' is the absolute worse. I did not know anything this bad existed until I lost money. Apparently I did not skim their rules well, because no refund, or partial if you send the junk back to China at your own cost. I opted for a few dollars back and took the junk to Goodwill. The refund never came. When I checked my 'account' there were angry messages from other people about their orders, a conversation about lodging in New Orleans, and none of my questions/problems were anywhere. I suspect that any of the above reviews that were positive were posted by them.

The only good thing was fast delivery. I ordered my items on Friday and had them the following Tuesday. Very disappointed when I opened the package. Very cheaply made blouses! Strings hanging from every seam. Made mostly of polyester. Seems they left out the cotton in the fabric. I also bought a bag. It's made of plastic! I wouldn't carry this bag if it was the inly one I had! Very disappointed in this company! I will try to send all items back... I have a feeling it will be a frustrating process to get my money back!

I purchased a dress for my college graduation, and was sent a dress that is obviously not the same dress. When I tried to communicate with them - I received a message that said that "since they sent me the correct dress", I had three options: 1. I could return it back to them in China, at my cost, and then they would return 85% of my original fee; 2. They could give me 10% back on my purchase price without having to return the product; 3. I could have a 20% cash coupon of the purchase price value towards future orders.

Dec. 5/15: Regarding the email I received from Rosegal, what they have written below is very flowery compared to what they emailed. They state that they would like to return what I paid for the purchase, but I haven't seen any reversal of charges on my VISA, nor no money order in the mail (it has been 6 months)... so if they really wanted, they could have done so without emailing me to "tell me they want to refund my money". If you want to refund the money, just do so Rosegal! What would it take to have you fulfill what you are offering? Just do it! Don't talk about it over and over again... still trying to save face, and yet still defrauding people by the fact that there are approx. Over 2700 BAD reviews on just this one website. It gives me great satisfaction to know that over 403,404 THOUSAND people have read my review. Don't bother sending me my money back. If I have deterred even 20 people from buying from you - this is satisfying enough for me.

ORDERED A DRESS TOOK OVER A MONTH TO RECEIVE. (Luckily I wasn't in a rush for it) Received the wrong dress. Looked nothing like what I ordered. It had a black mark on back of dress. I ordered two items for an upcoming trip so I had my order expedited. I was so excited for the items because it looked great in pictures. However, when my package arrived only one item was there and the other was missing. I contacted their customer service to inquire and request a refund, but instead of agreeing to a refund right away they insisted on sending me the missing item instead. I had to talk to them multiple times to let them know that that's not what I wanted. I tried to get a partial refund for the expediting cost as well since I only expedited it so I can wear it on my vacation and it was their mistake for missing an item, but they refused. It has been a week and I still have not received my refund either!
In terms of the item that did come, it sort of looked like the article of clothing on the website, but the material and cutting was definitely off. I am almost positive that they look for these pictures to use on their website and then make complete knock offs from China.
Their customer service does not speak proper English. It seems to be a very sketchy website.
Definitely would never shop with them again!

I looked for this in several stores, i found it for first time in one, where was 3 times the price i got here, found it here, cheaper, and with an awesome quality! Totally worth it!
I ordered some items and they failed to put one item in my order. I paid an expedited service then duty of $25 extra on top of my shipping. I filed out their ticket and still no response whether I'm getting my item or not. All I know is that I am not paying duty or shipping for an item that they failed to put in the package. I have not heard form them, so I'm guessing they're expecting for me to forget about it. They're supposed to get back to you in 24 hrs. That's a joke.
Then I ordered a few more things, the items are horrible quality.
I will never order form there again and will tell my friends also not to order from them.

My order was placed and paid for in mid February for 6 items. The first 4 items drifted through in single orders over the next 3 months. Despite many complaints and enquiries when they promised to send me the remaining 2 items they have never arrived. They keep promising to send within 10 days - nada! Paypal were no help because it went over their time limit and RoseGal refused to provide a refund. Will never purchase again from them and advise anyone against it!

I ordered a romper on 4-30-15. Now almost 2 months later and a million back and forth messages with rose gal they keep acting like its my fault the address was wrong and when I repeatedly told them it was wrong they "resent" it to the SAME address. Probable to just look like they sent it. But didn't. I've asked for my money back and they keep blowing off my request and just like others said they deleted some of our conversations back and forth to protect their SCAM! Live in Canada, ordered 7 different items - bathing suits, dresses and a top and we got NOTHING. First time ordering and I don't remember getting to choose my country, so it defaulted to USA. As soon as I saw it was US I sent an email. Rosegal blamed me saying I had the wrong address. The only thing I had wrong was the country. Their website should know the difference between US zip code and the Canadian postal code. They wanted more money from me in order to get my goods. I refused and kept asking for my money back. I have notified BBB concerning this "so called" company, but I think it's just a scam to get money from people. Still waiting for my refund on my credit card, interesting how rosegal has shut down the "issue" and I can't even rate them 0 (zero). Will go after them with a lawyer if I don't get my money back. Very poor customer service!
