Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.
I don't know what's going on lately. I've been purchasing from them and was not complaining. Even if it took a little while but I ordered 2 items last August/September so that's 6 LONG months! The least they can do is email customers back and explain themselves why it's taking longer..
While the images shown for clothing items look great, what you get when you order something is absolute garbage. They clearly use the photos from actual quality retailers as reference and just rip it off, and not even well. The pants I ordered were made with the absolute cheapest material imaginable, had pocket flaps hiding the fact that there were no actual pockets, and had loose string on every stitch you could see. I'd tell you how they fit, but they quite literally fell apart in the washing machine before I could wear them. Straight into the garbage. But what do they care, they got my money. I'm confident any review you see on this site beyond a single star is fake, don't waste your time.

Really impressed, great value for money. Only had one issue with a pair jogging bottoms, but there customer service was exceptional. Responded straight away, refunded me and sent a new pair at no cost.
Horrible customer service ever, their clothes is ugly, small sizes and bad quality, don't ever buy anything from them, you will be very disappointed, I wish someone would have said something to me before... worst clothe ever.

Hi, I received my order although there is missing item and also a swim suit which I ordered size L can't even put it on. This is very disappointing as I didn't receive any e-mail to inform me about the package dispatch or what's inside. Very pissed off.

I ordered a XL dress. It finally came a month later in an Xtra small size. It was frayed around the neck. Zipper doesn't work. No response from two complaints to customer service.
These people are total crooks.

I ordered a green pullover sweatshirt, that appeared to be very soft matte cotton fabric... when it arrived it looked like cheap Barbie doll clothing, shiny polyester looking fabric. It barely fit over my head & none of the pictured materials patched. The cute loop buttons on the model where ugly brass snap buttons. Cheap! You get what you pay for. Don't order through Rosegal - especially with their no return policy.

I often purchase online and from overseas site be aware and avoid this one. Sizing is nothing like the sizes they give you on their chart. They say compare I went larger and still can't even get it anyway near me.
Quality is bad, I don't know what type or where they source their materials from but horrendous. Just spent $175 and got one piece wearable and that is a christmas top so not something you can were all year round. Problem being it's going to cost me as much to return items... stay away.

Ordered December 4th 2017 and still waiting. Tracking says it has reached the destination and they cannot tell me where to follow up what that means. Just keep sending me the same canned email. Never will I order from them again.

I ordered from Rosegal in June because of ads that kept popping up on my Facebook page. Several of my friends had liked the company so I thought I'd give it a try. I should have asked them directly about their experience or done my own research before ordering. My email from Rosegal tells me my items were shipped to Canada on June 22. They still haven't arrived. Almost two months later. Is this normal? So far, I am not impressed. If the clothes are poor quality as people have been saying here, then I guess I really would have thrown my money away.

I've been ordering from Rosegal for a good 3 yrs now. It helps to have a profile to keep track of orders and disputes. This year I learned to not order multiple orders at once. I had issues with not receiving some, items being out of stock and eventually either replaced or refunded. As a bigger girl, I appreciate the cute and affordable bigger sizes they carry. Sizing can be a little off depending on what kind of fabric was used, but everything has always fit. I had one order never make it even after they said they'd ship it again, took 4 months to resolve and ended up in a refund but customer service was pleasant. Jewelry is fantastic at those prices and I get a lot of compliments on the bathing suits. Definitely a great store to buy from.
Clothing just as shown on the website. More than reasonable delivery times. Would definitely pay close attention to measurements. Sizing is much smaller than in North America, but a quick measuring does the trick. Great customer service when I emailed with a question. Would recommend for sure.
Rosegal is a great shopping experience, although shipping takes time its really quite worth the wait, I have never had a problem with my order or anything, I would definitely recommend you check out there website.
Do not get caught up with this company. Order never received been over 6 months. Try to contact them and either website will not open or emails bounce back! Unfortunately cannot score less than 1. Then... they constantly send emails of products. No refund given

Still have not received my order. Customer service is horrendous. You can't talk to a live person. They say your package is on the way. I've been waiting 3 weeks now. I wanted outfit for 4th of July... guess that's not happening. Buyers beware. Never again!

I am still going through the website and adding more items each day. I'm planning to do one big order so I can receive everything within a few weeks. Based on how this dress I just ordered fit I will have no problems with anything else.
After reading the reviews, I'm so put off ordering. Can't believe what's said about rose gal... just shut your company after all this I don't think people will want to shop here... or get a life and do proper business... deliver what you show on your website... shame...
Same issue with all the others. Paid for expedited shipping and it's now over two weeks and haven't gotten anything or no response what so ever. Why are they still in business. NEVER will order from here again!
