Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.
Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.
Cheap, that is the only thing true, all else is a lie.
Product was shipped from somewhere in China factory.
It took so long and when it arrived, color is completely wrong, sawing and fabric was so cheap. Must have cost them less than $1 per cloth, charging total of $19 ($12 for cloth, $7 for shipping.)
When I contact customer service, they send reply but when I reply next day to send back what they requested, such as document, photos, numbers etc., they deleted the complain case and would not allow to let me file, sent nor file new.
Do not buy anything from them, just the photo on web, nothing like that.
Ordered 2 sweatshirts 7 days ago and paid for expedited shipping. Tracking said is in Singapore since the day I ordered. Customer service number goes to a Magic Jack like that states the voice box is full. Called my credit card company and they show transaction came out of England. Should have read the reviews before ordering like I normally do. Legally will be handling this. Do not order from this company.

I bought my daughter a coat in her usual size and it was way too small. I'm trying to return for a refund and I've gotten nothing but hassle and ridiculous requests--such as pictures and measurements!
I've already spent a lot of time completing their ridiculous form, twice. And have had no results. The pic, which I already tried once to send, and the measurements, using a ruler and a tape measure, are the most recent request from them. What kind of nonsense is this?
I don't recommend purchasing anything from Rose Gal unless you are willing to just absorb the cost if it doesn't fit.
I would appreciate any tips on how to get my money refunded.

Not only have I always been very pleased with Rosegal during the two years I've been their customer, but their plus size category never ceases to amaze me. The items look really good, and they are *really* plus size. I've found many cute clothes that fit me like a charm, when it's usually such an ordeal to pull off in real-life stores. The shipping is fairly quick too. I definitely recommend!
Ordered a cute lace dress... it's blouse length, cannot be comfortable worn without leggings dies not resemble the shown pictures other than color. Lace is fraying and there are loose threads all over it. It's terrible quality. It took 2 months to arrive, and customer service would not respond to inquiries until I filed complaints with PayPal.

Do not buy from this site. They took over a month to deliver my items (shoes), and there was no communication from them at all during that time. The shoes, when they were finally delivered, were the wrong size and whereas before the support centre would respond to my inquiries about delivery dates they now ignore my messages about wanting an exchange. There is basically no pre or post-sale care. Their sizes are not true. Their 'live chat' option never works. You may as well throw your money away.

The clothes that this website has are super cute! I shopped on here to buy my girlfriend her floral dresses that we cant find in stores near us. She absolutely loves them and at these prices and the amount of sales that they offer, I will definitely be coming back for more.
These orders are just fabulous if you consider the price. They arrive in about 2 weeks and some look absolutely stunning on me and even make me appear skinnier. It's a great experience to try and take your chances.
Don't ever buy anything from rosegal! They are scam! It took them more than 3 weeks to deliver only half of my order! The material is unbelievably CHEAP! They mixed up my order, delivered me some very cheap looking dress that I had not ordered!

Such a scam! I ordered products in December and as of Feb. 17 have still not received. Rosegal customer service claims the responsibility is on the shipping company, so they'll only refund HALF my money or they'll let me use that HALF towards another purchase. Are you kidding me? Why would I take another chance and lose more money? Sounds like a great money making operation for them..."sell" people items they never receive and give them half back and keep the other half as pure profit. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. Live and learn...

I initially liked this business. However, their sizing chart was so off that none of their clothing fit correctly. I had to get PayPal to resolve the issue after wasting my time. Garments are thin and cheaply made. I will not purchase from them again.
If there was a negative number to rate them, I would. The items look nothing like as pictured. The quality is horrible. They make the return process so complicated that it's virtually impossible to get your money back. Sheer crap.

I ordered some clothing from rosegal and it was awful! Everything was not even made the same way the photos have pictured on the models. Different fabrics and colors all together. There were strings hanging out everywhere and no tags which seems sketchy. It's like someone was trying to recreate a beautiful outfit and had a 5 year old make it. I am disappointed and am getting my money back through PayPal and hopefully PayPal can shut down their business with them because it makes PayPal look bad to partner with an u trustworthy site. I waited 2 weeks for my stuff then I still haven't received a outfit I ordered! So annoying!

Well what can I say about Rosegal? At first I was very hesitant on shopping with them, after all, I think everyone is weary about spending money through a website that they may not know. But after receiving a few items that I bought, I absolutely love them! Even tonight I did spend hours looking through the huge variety of woman's clothes they have to offer. And what's great about it, is that they sell themed clothing too! So when Christmas comes around Rosegal has got you sorted. Not to mention they also sell plus size clothing for us bigger girls, so we don't miss out! I for sure give Rosegal a big thumbs up for the service and quality of there products and will continue to be a happy customer of theirs.
Ordered this a few weeks ago, Shipping was quick. Just received today and none of it fits. I normally wear med-large in all clothing, knowing that Asian clothing runs small, I ordered X-Large in this stuff just to make sure.
Still didn't work. They MIGHT fit my 15 year old 100 lb. Granddaughter... The clothing is marginal at best, and they want over $30 to send back to them. Hell this stuff isn't worth the bother, when I only paid $56 bucks total. Live and learn, I'm 56 bucks lighter but 100% wiser! Don't be fooled, unless you have so much money that you don't care if you lose it...

I ordered from them not long ago. Took for ever to ship with back ordered. It took a while for my them to reimburse for un-shipped items. The clothes received are nothing like picture shown. It is made with cheaper fabrics and/or manufactured defects (holes, ripped, uneven sleeves). Out of 8 pieces received, maybe one is wearable. Did I mentioned the fit is way off? I normally wear size M (115 lbs), the clothes received fits my tiny 12 years old...
This company is a scam and unethical. All negatives reviews are deleted on Facebook. I think they even block me from their FB page as I can't re-write my review!

Once your order is placed they dont keep you updated even if you paid extra for a tracking number (which should be free). I paid for expedited shipping 5-7 days and the only thing that was done quickly is them taking my money. My items have yet to arrive but from the looks of other reviews it can take months. Not to mention their contact number is a magic jack line.

I made two clothing orders about a month and a half ago. I've contacted their "customer service" about 4 times (which is a crappy online ticket line that no one reads) and I have not received a single response. They literally charged my credit card and then did not deliver on the goods, which are probably terrible anyways. Rosegal is straight up stealing from customers. I'm disgusted. NEVER buy from this company if you know what's good for you!

The pictures of the clothing are so cute however, when the items finally arrived 2 months after being purchased, the XL was barely a small. The models must be petite XS. The picture shows the cardigan falling to the knee area but on my 5'5" frame is only to the top of my thighs. The fabric is extremely flimsy which may explain the fabulous price. One of the items that I purchased was not sent... another sweater was sent in its place without notice. It looks like something that I made in Girl Scouts in 6th grade with tied fringe hanging from it!
Ok... May 5,2016, 7 months after my purchase, I have received a refund for the products ordered. They have offered to "apply extra gift" if I update my review here. We shall see!

Not impressed at all. You definitely get what you paid for... super cheap and poor quality clothes. All the items I purchased look nothing like the pictures on the website. Looks like they use pictures from random sites and try to remake the clothes. I'm pretty positive a 5 year old can make the clothes better. Shipping takes longer than 5-10 business days. After waiting awhile for my items, I called and emailed the store plenty of times and got no response. This site doesn't even deserve 1 star. Don't waste your time

So bad on me for not checking the reviews before I place 2 orders but I was taken by the great pictures and prices! Ordered in November and it just arrived, one thing arrived a few weeks back. I order a cute black jacket but it turns out it's a mix of black and navy blue (what ever fabric was available). The other was an army green canvas with some brown additions (that turned out to be more orange than brown) Oh and the sizing is way off. My size medium is way too tight and I can usually wear small. But not sure it's worth the time and energy to try to return, if they even allow returns. Hopefully they'll make someone happy when I donate them to a shelter.
