Ordered from Rosegal then found this site and i freaked out. But my clothes came in 5 days (yep - 5 days). I will agree with most of them comments that you may want to order a size up. Out of 4 dresses, one was perfect, two were tight (but still fit), and the fourth was too short but will make a cute top with jeans. I'm 4'11'' and these pieces were short so for a taller woman, you may want to be cautious of the length of the dress. Ive attached photos and obviously they need to be ironed, but other that that, I was pleasantly surprised.

Poor quality of material, very very cheap. Unable to get ahold customer service. On line is it not working. Phone tag is non stop. Called 10 times and still was not able to talk to anyone at all. Very fishy company.

So bad on me for not checking the reviews before I place 2 orders but I was taken by the great pictures and prices! Ordered in November and it just arrived, one thing arrived a few weeks back. I order a cute black jacket but it turns out it's a mix of black and navy blue (what ever fabric was available). The other was an army green canvas with some brown additions (that turned out to be more orange than brown) Oh and the sizing is way off. My size medium is way too tight and I can usually wear small. But not sure it's worth the time and energy to try to return, if they even allow returns. Hopefully they'll make someone happy when I donate them to a shelter.

I bought my daughter a coat in her usual size and it was way too small. I'm trying to return for a refund and I've gotten nothing but hassle and ridiculous requests--such as pictures and measurements!

I've already spent a lot of time completing their ridiculous form, twice. And have had no results. The pic, which I already tried once to send, and the measurements, using a ruler and a tape measure, are the most recent request from them. What kind of nonsense is this?

I don't recommend purchasing anything from Rose Gal unless you are willing to just absorb the cost if it doesn't fit.

I would appreciate any tips on how to get my money refunded.

I've submitted two tickets and haven't received any feedback. Money came out of my account and packages not received. After reading reviews I'm afraid what I ordered will be crap. Shop somewhere else.

Do not buy from this site. They took over a month to deliver my items (shoes), and there was no communication from them at all during that time. The shoes, when they were finally delivered, were the wrong size and whereas before the support centre would respond to my inquiries about delivery dates they now ignore my messages about wanting an exchange. There is basically no pre or post-sale care. Their sizes are not true. Their 'live chat' option never works. You may as well throw your money away.

I placed an order on October 30,2015 and have not received my order yet. I put in a ticket today so we will see. I will be glad to let everyone know how this turns out. Sure wish I had read these reviews BEFORE I ordered! Live and learn! I am so disappointed right now...

So, after posting this a few days ago, Rosegal responded quickly. They refunded my money for the purchase. This was taken care of quickly and without incident. I am very appreciative. Not sure what the issue is with their shipping system, but maybe is something they should look into. As far as this goes for me, I appreciate them taking care of it promptly.

I was told my sweater was shipped on Nov 9. As of Jan 7, I still do not have it and have escalated this to a claim with PayPal. I suspect the only people who receive their product are those that pay extra for "tracking information." English is not the first language for customer service. The kept asking me to "wait a little longer" and "go to your post office and see if they have it." After several attempts to resolve, I also complained to PayPal. The last message I received from Rosegal via PayPal didn't even make sense (literally - very poor English). I escalated to a claim and they quit responding. If they don't respond by tomorrow, I will get my money refunded automatically.

Would never order from Rosegal again. I really wish i had looked at reviews beforehand. The clothing is such poor quality and stretched out of shape from sewing the pieces together. Seams are unfinished, loose threads. Very disappointed.

A short while ago I had to give this company a really poor rating. I ordered goods on 6 November they arrived 21 December too late for my daughter's birthday unfortunately. Quality fine but would recommend that if you are a UK size 12 you order a size 14. I complained quite strongly about the misleading advice regarding order processing on their website (took a month for my order to be processed and despatched) and suggested they managed their suppliers a little better. I was originally offered a small refund but pushed back and have received a full refund into my bank account now. A lot of hassle and time wasting for me but all thanks to Rada for her customer service delivery.

Wish I too would have read all this reviews before hand. Ordered a bathing suit, and some shorts and still have not received either item! Only out less than $40 if they never arrive. Tried calling the customer service number they listed, and cannot even get through on that. That goes to show, never shop online from sites without a worthy customer service record. I will stick with my Amazon!

Ordered a dress arrived weeks late but was lovely so ordered the same dress different colour, at least 6 " too short and a size smaller all over. Had two more deliveries of ok or too small stuff (ordered all extra large) and finally ordered 3 dresses in August and got nothing up to now (November 12) no answer from customer services. If your gonna take the risk order one thing at a time as you might or might not be happy with the result

Looks like Rosegal hired a bunch of people to give five stars review and another rep. To provide generic answers to all of the upset customers, it truly makes the situation worse and more irritating! Six days have passed, nobody answered my inquiry, no package, no refund, no answer, don't even got thought the measurement tricks they are playing! I place a measuring tape beside the dress I bought, took six pictures to prove the large deviation from their size chart! They made me take more pictures of the crappy wrapping plastic and claim the bar code is right therefore they have no mistake! We're talking to walls here... or they are blind?

I should have done the research before placing an order with this company. Product took weeks to arrive, no communication and sizing was a complete joke. Cheap fabric that belies the picture on the website. I'm a small boned female who never wears anything larger than a size S, but the medium I ordered would barely fit a child. There is no recourse, just grateful I only lost about $20.00 on this scam.

Ordered items for Christmas, then didn't receive by the 22/12/15 so emailed, and was told they are on back order, never was that mentioned, disgraceful service heading for Christmas, don't waste your time on this site use a more professional one not these idiots

Things look great in a picture. Unless you are a runway model don't order from here. Ordered 2 XL blouses. Had to wait 30 days before I even received them and when I did my 5 year old Granddaughter could maybe ware them. You think your saving money but they got you because you sure can't return them..

I ordered 5 tops, all came and all were much too small despite ordering larger size than I usually wear. Would cost me more to send them all back so opted for the partial store credit. Ordered some home products as to not have to deal with sizing. The one main item I really wanted didn't come. It says all over the site "Free worldwide shipping. Was charged shipping with both orders and as live in Canada had to pay duty, which was more than entire order. Will definitely not order again. Save your hard earned money.

I've been waiting so long and no package. Not one. Horrible, I've read AFTER I ordered it, it'll take up to two months but says two weeks. Yeah okay. I will let everyone know to never buy anything from this scam of a website.

I ordered 7 items from this seller. Two of the dresses were so poorly made it was a joke. Looked like a table cloth sewn together. The leggings are a one size - I am typically a small - but wear a large/x-large in this measurement, and no room for my 10 year old's behind to fit in them when bending forward.

Additionally, I am here because I am having huge challenges getting the email off to their support center due to security codes not computing properly and no phone number. The hassle it is going to take to return these items and hopefully get my duty returned almost doesn't seem worth it.

It's poor quality, poorly fitted and not worth the headache.

Ordered an item for a small price... thank GOD! 8 days ago, still not processed as yet. No one answers the phone you get a very shady voice mail stating leave a message!
Wish I had read the reviews! Now I'm stuck wondering will I get that cute dress I wanted badly... sigh

I am highly suspect of any positive rating for "RoseGal". Anyone - including Rosegal can come and create false reviews. But look at the largest number of reviews are 1 star meaning stay away.

My experience with Rosegal is that it is a complete 100% scam.

After I posted here they said they would refund my $ and still send the item. Of course there has been nothing either way. There support site claims the order number does not exist.

If I could leave no stars for this company, I would! It has been over 50 days since I ordered my product and they now finally tell me they are out of stock. My only options are to get a coupon for 1 1/2 times of what I paid to order something else or to do an even exchange. It is now too late to file a dispute with Paypal! Thanks for nothing Paypal--thought I was safe. I tried to wait as explained in their policy for an overseas shipment. Doesn't give a person much confidence in purchasing anything. DO NOT order from Rosegal. You will be out your money.

Absolutely ridiculous! No one should EVER buy from this store, they're total Rip offs, I'm still waiting on the other half of my order which is 2 weeks late already and I paid for fast shipping! Material is so thin and smells cheap, the clothes are not even close to what they advertise on their site, colours are way off and so are the sizes. Bottom line - these people are thieves! Never will I buy from them again!

Paid for expedited shipping and at checkout was told the items would be here in 10 days. It is now way past those 10 days and still nothing. Tried contacting them through live chat no response, tried calling and number is disconnected. Finally got through with a support ticket which they did not answer any of my questions and gave partial answers to things that were not relevant. For the people that had good reviews you must have gotten paid from them, because no one in their right mind would order from this company, due your due diligence, i did not do a good enough job my first time around. I give this company negative stars and wish there was a way to push harder and get this company out of business.

Placed an order over 1 month ago and still don't have the product. I submit a ticket because that is the only way to get in touch with them. They send you back a generic email that tells you unfortunately your item can't be tracked but rest assure it will be there in 10-45 days! Seriously! Don't waste your time or money on there garbage clothes!

I've really enjoyed ordering from Rosegal! They offer lots of unique and stylish items at discounted prices with a wide range of clothes and accessories! You receive a good amount of discount coupons just for signing up and the customer service help I've received has been fast and considerate! In my experience as long as you pay close attention to the sizing guidelines you'll be fine and shipping does normally take about a month but with international shipping, that's expected. I will continue ordering from this site!

Tip for consumers:
ALWAYS look at the measurement guides offered and then measure yourself!! These are Chinese tailored items and therefore run small

It is now 3 and a half months since I ordered a purse through rosegal! I have complained and complained with no response! PLEASE either send product or put money back in my account! Otherwise you are stealing! What don't they understand about that! I'm sick and tired of this! I hate thieves!
