Ordered 1 women's top (July 4th themed) and 2 women's swimsuits. They sent me a defective top - big red stripe missing from the back (picture the flag and take away one of the red bars... looks stupid right?). The women's swimsuits I ordered were size Large and wouldn't fit a women over the age of 12! Sent in a photo of the top through the Support Center option and got back a form letter with a link to their refund/exchange policy. No refunds on swimsuits...
Worst experience of my life trying to create a ticket for my 3 missing items that I PAID FOR. I have now created 3 "tickets" for customer support without a response. When I try to view my ticket status is always say. Ticket closed, or ticket not found. The two items I did receive were nothing like the picture. Total scam and rip off. It took OVER 30 days to get my order and it is missing 1of 3 items! The phone # on the site is not a working # and i put in several tickets with NO Answers! The two items that shipped are made poorly (you get what you pay for i guess) and smelled so atting of chemical that i had to leave outside! Do not waste your $$$

This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. Their swimsuit had zero elasticity to it and was not true to size, per measurements they advertised. I have spent months going back and forth trying to get my refund-VERY poor customer service. And to top it off, when I'm FINALLY verbally offered my refund, THEY want ME to pay their INTERNATIONAL shipping fee to CHINA for something that was 100% their fault. This company needs to be removed-thankfully, I only ordered one item-will NEVER buy from them again. This is most definitely the WORST online shopping company I've ever dealt with. I ordered 1 pair of sandals, 2 dresses and one shirt. The sandals barely fit (smaller than expected) even after I measured my foot and used their sizing chart. One of the dresses arrived in colours not accurate to the website photograph- red and orange instead of pink and blue. The other dress I ordered was a crochet dress shown with a black underlay/slip/base. It arrived without the slip part and apparently that isn't included, but it is not mentioned in the product description that they are separate pieces or even where to find the under piece.
Shipping didn't take long, but I did get nailed with duty and found out they are shipped from Singapore. The shoe box was completely squashed and ripped. The sandals weren't even in it. The top was sent as a separate parcel, but I was only given one tracking number, so I thought they forgot to include it. Turns out it just arrived a week later. Product quality was cheap (what did I expect?), and I did have to make some adjustments to my garments to get them to look right & fix some holes.
Dealing with customer service is a pain, and the phone number on their website is out of order, so you can't even talk to a real person. You have to submit a ticket and wait for your response 24 hrs later. It took me over a week to deal with my unsatisfactory products, and even then they only credited me $5 to my papal account. They said I would have to pay shipping and that is not cost effective for me (didn't tell me where to ship to) and they only refund product value, not what you actually paid.
I'm so disappointed in this company and the products. I will not be ordering again.

I wish I would have looked for reviews before ordering from this company! I ordered a swimsuit--bigger than the size I am, and it still will not even come up over my thighs! I have sent several responses to the company, and two weeks later, no response. This is awful! I am looking to report them to someone, and at the very least, let EVERYONE KNOW that they should NOT order from this scam of a company!

I am so regretful in knowing that I've given money to this complete scam of a company. My order was broken into two different orders, and I only received one of which had terrible quality clothing with size smalls appearing to be extra larges with the most tacky materials. I've not received the second order and it's now been months. So they've basically stolen my money, and haven't gotten back to me regarding my complaint. After seeing these items, I wouldn't even take them for $10 – they are terrible. Note: What you see in the picture is not even close to what you'll receive – if you receive it at all. SO disappointed that I trusted in them and so angry that they've stolen my money. The most annoying/ frustrating part is that they continue to send you promotion emails after they've ignored your personal email.

I ordered three dresses from Rosegal and payed the extra four dollars for expedited shipping. The dresses came within three days witch was great. The first dress was exactly how it was pictured and I'm in Love with it. The other two however were not exactly what was pictured or described but we're close to the real thing and still very cute. I would recommend using the tape measure and looking at their sizing charts however because where I'm ussually an x small dress size I had to order a medium, which is a perfect fit. I would defiantly use Rosegal again but next time read the fabric descriptions more carefully
Whatever you do, don't get tangled up with this outfit! I placed an order 12/4/14, it never came and rosegal finally agreed to refund my money. July 14,2015 they stated they would refund but it could take up to 30 days. I have patiently waited and now they say it has been sent to my rosegal "wallet" whatever that is. I had requested a direct refund to either my home or Paypal... In my book they are a bunch of thieves!

I ordered 7 items and just received my order today... Only 3 things in the bag. A dress that is supposed to be XXL and I'm pretty sure will fit my soon to be 10 yr old. A skirt supposed to be the same size and I could probably give it to honey boo-boo's mom as a garter, and a backless strapless bra that might actually work but I'm not holding my breath on it. Luckily, I pay for things like this thru paypal and they have 30 days to resolve it before I file a dispute and get my money back. As for the missing items, I have no idea what is going on with that but I'm sure it'll be eternity before they are found.

I ordered a bathing suit from rosegal.com in March of this year. After the 30 days it said it may take for me to get the suit, I checked the tracking on it and it said last updated in March. It was still at its first stop! I sent an email complaining to Rosegal.com and they asked that I wait till it has reached 45 days and they did not understand why it was showing it was still at its first drop zone. So, I decided to wait the 45 days out. It is now almost July. I did not order a bathing suit, just to get it when summer is over! I check the tracking again and it is still in the first drop zone! Whenever I order from a new website, I order something fairly cheap and only one item to make sure the service will be worth while. This is far from satisfactory. And upon seeing all the other reviews that are similar to mine, I will not be ordering from this site again.

My roommate and I both ordered the same item on the same day. She got hers in two weeks, and after 3 months, I still had not gotten mine. I emailed them multiple times and they only have me the options of half a refund, 70% of a refund, but it had to be spent on their site, or they could resend my item, but I had to pay 50% of the item cost so they could ship it. What kind of crap is this. Then they said it was my fault the item didn't arrive because I didn't pay insurance. Last time I checked, shippers pay for insurance and its their job to make sure items are shipped properly and get where they need to go. Never ordering from here again. They are crappy and rip you off at every chance.
