I received the Bali style dragon earrings as a Christmas gift. The earrings are not to heavy to be worn all day. The design is intricate and goes well with casual or dressed up

I received what I ordered, 18kt gold over sterling bangle bracelets, but instead of the 5 bracelet set, I received only 4. Two of the 4 were unguarded in the shipment package, meaning they were not in a protective plastic bags. It seems they had maybe been a return and were not properly inspected or properly repackaged before shipped out as a new order. Customer service sent out a return label. I am hoping for an expidited replacement shipment as the set is a Xmas gift. I am disappointed!

Hi! Product was beautiful but too small for what I expected in pendant size. Website was easy to navigate for return label and I sent through USPS. Quality of product is beautiful and I will be shopping for other items in the future. Also would like to thank you for keeping sales prices CONSISTENT! Macys and JTV fluctuate sale pricing making it discouraging to buy pieces if price drops in the future. Your sale pricing is consistent and transparent. You're a great company!

Was finding the quality of products suffering so I quit buying for a while. Seemed to be cutting corners with flimsy vermeils that changed colors, thin posts, products from China that made my skin breakout which only happens with metals other than actual silver and gold. I hope these earrings are better because they are lovely to look at.
Because of these beautiful earrings on clearance I saw. Decided to give RS another chance.

Ross Simons is my go to store for jewelry. I love the look of these earrings but the clasps don't stay closed. I'm concerened I will lose one. Might have to send them back.

I love this jewelry. It is incredible quality for a good price. I now have 6 pieces from this company and they are my favorites. The sparkle and simplicity of design make me so happy to wear them and look at them. When I went to dinner with my mother-in-law, I noticed she was wearing a Ross-Simons tennis bracelet just like mine. We both have fabulous taste.

Most of the items I have purchased have been beautiful, and service has good. My only suggestion is to quickly let the company know if you have a question.
The contact was related to a previous purchase. I contacted customer service and was pleased to get a response quickly. My purpose was to point out the vast difference between the catalog picture and the ring I received. I understood it was past return timing-I just wanted to note my disappointment in not receiving what I expected!

Purchased pearl station braclette TWICE & each one broke within 2-3 months. Shame on me for not buying the protection. Also jade bar braclette again after my sister bought it for me initially. The jade bars keep loosing their attachment. Some stuff is just inferior.

Lovely jewelry and very good customer service! No hassle returns. Sometimes I can't figure out what something will look like on me and I have had no problems when something doesn't look good on me (skinny fingers) and i need to return it.
I've wanted these earrings for years but couldn't afford them even at 30% off. The 50% sale tipped them onto "buy now".

The gift arrived on time ( early actually). I was perfect and very well receieved. The only minor difficulty was switching the billing address (me) and the shipping address. It took 2 attempts. It was a minor 3 minute inconvenience, but I almost shipped the gift to myself. I would absolutely order from Ross Simons again.

I have several pieces from years ago, one in particular that I especially treasure. My husband is retired military -- while active duty, especially in his era of service, we dressed up for balls, receptions, and ceremonies. I have loved every product I've purchased, however, as an IT professional, your site needs help. The refresh rate and inability to recognize logged in users is horrific. I live in the Cayman Islands and purchase almost everything online utilizing my personal freight forwarder address account held in my name. Even though it is a US address in 'my name' Ross-Simons would not send my items. Therefore, I had to send it to my friend in the US who then sent it on to my freight forwarder which obviously incurred additional costs and significant delays in receiving my items.

The website was noce and teh shipping was acceptable. The product that I received was substantially smaller than expected. The pictures of teh product on teh website must ahve been magnified tremendously as teh product that I was received was one tenth thesize of what it looks like on teh internet. I also went back to the site to make sure that I didnt accidentally order a small or medium and there was no option for size. When I opened the package, i could barely see the earrings in the gift bag and I am now embarrassed to be giving them as a gift to my wife and have ben looking for an alternative gift.
