The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
The bracelet arrived as described.,however it is to small I wrote to customer service about exchanging it for the larger 8"one but I haven't heard back yet.

The sterling silver bracelet paperclip one looks cheap, and stainless steel. Dull looking. Because I ordered through affirm, I can't cancel, and your customer service didn't help. Shaniece gave me the wrong reference number without verifying the product, which was not the right one. Greg was short and kinda rude, no help at all. I have liked some of your products but this latest experience was horrible. All I want to do is send this bracelet back, but noone can help me.

Gorgeous elegant bracelet. Perfect size of the pearls, not bulky, but looks very well made. I've got so obsessed with it that immediately wanted a matching necklace and I've snatched the last one from the website.
