I have placed orders with Ross Simons many times including years ago wedding gifts. At that time sterling silver flatware was available and sterling baby rattles and cups. The merchandise available today is affordable but not the quality it was in the past.

I had received a beautiful bracelet from a friend. My daughter in law had been admiring it every time I wore it. I decided to purchase the same one. I'm not crazy about "ordering" anything, but I did and everything went great. My husband and I will be giving it to her soon!

I am a big fan of diamond studs and started looking for round cut pair that I could wear day -to-evening. I selected a pair of round cut, lab grown diamond studs and couldn't be happier! I usually like everything I order from Ross Simons but I am very disappointed in this necklace. It is much smaller that I thought and looks cheap. The cross pendant already broke off of the chain. This purchase is a complete waste of money.

Beautiful and impressive at first - but several pairs of earrings have disconnected from their posts - I have had to bring them to local jewelers for repair and they have trashed your workmanship - However... their similar pieces are MUCH MUCH more. And... beyond my budget. So... you get what you pay for. But wish the earrings would remain in tact... embarrassing when gifts. Still here I am ordering another pair for earrings.bc I can afford your pricing.

After returning a citrine pendant necklace that I bought for my wife to Macys that seemed a little too flimsy, I ordered a replacement from Ross-Simon with larger stone and sturdier gold plate silver chain. Ordering was easy but I was disappointed with the necklace. It turned out to be 1/5 the size as shown in the photo. In the photo the colored crystals were large and bright. In actuality, you could hardly see them at all. For $80 it was a piece of junk. I found out all I need to know about Ross-Simons!
Unfortunately, I needed it for a special occasion and didn't have time to return it.
