The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

All in all positive- only I had made a mistake ordering and another necklace came up making it 2 instead of 1- I called RS and the person I spoke to said the order is already being processed not able to correct, however everything turned out ok

Had to redo entire order over, was told something like information submitted wasn't valid. Repeated SAME info, and order apparently was accepted. This has never happened to me before when ordering from Ross-Simons.

If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I have had many transactions with Ross Simons over the years and most have been very satisfactory. Sadly, this time was not. It was all my fault for not investigating more thoroughly, I guess. The clasp was so tiny, I doubt anyone could use it. Totally, not functional. Very disappointing. Also, the chain was so tiny - also a big disappointment. My fault entirely for not investigating more thoroughly. Just very sad. The necklace was returned today.

I was a little disappointed in the quality. It looked so much better online. It's very cheap. The opal doesn't even look like an opal and the chain clasp is very thin and extremely hard to open and close.
