The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Order earrings for my daughter's birthday. Most were back ordered so she has received sporadically. Since all of them were delivered at different times, it's been difficult to determine what was delivered when and what was billed to me. The earrings delivered have been beautiful, and she likes them very much.

It was pretty, love filigree however it was deceiving in that the filigree part was not flat on pearl and didnt come down to middle but more towards top. I almost sent back honestly. Photo trick?

When I tried to use my American Express card, your Autofill would not allow me to type in the security code (it does not fill automatically; usually I have to type it in; I could not do so here). I finally chose another credit card, which worked. Don't know what the problem was. Other than that, the experience was fine. R-S gives good prompt service.

I purchased 4 items, 2 rings, a dainty bracelet & dainty necklace in May. You honestly get what you pay for. If you're paying anything under $300 for an item, don't expect it to have any longevity especially if you like an everyday wear. My bracelet has already broken and so has my ring. To be fair I did purchase the Byzantine ring so it's already fragile to begin with because of the cuts. Just make sure you're paying attention to the reviews and all the details of the item to ensure you're getting quality items. Undecided if I will be purchasing from here again.
