The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
The bracelet was exactly as described! The only improvement would be to include a presentation box with the item instead of plastic bags and a small box.

It's been great! Providing the information was easy with the steps laid out so well.
I used the ring sizing guide provided, both methods and the ring I received is definitely too large. It's a bit of an inconvenience, but I'll need to take it to a jeweler for resizing.

I shouldn't have expected sparkle from less than.10 carats of diamonds. The earrings are just okay, nothing special and a little disappointing. I'll wear them only because I need another pair of earrings that aren't gold.

The buying experience was fine. The ring came in a timely matter. I thought it was very pretty. I wore it the next day when I went to the store. An hour later I looked down at my hand and noticed the stone was missing. Looked for it but did not find it. I never hit my hand so don't understand how it happened except that the prongs must not have been tight enough. I've never been disappointed with your products before but this really threw me. I still have to call it in. Don't know what will happen with it.

The gold band ring was beautiful and the price was very reasonable. It was about a half size too small and looked and felt tight. A full size bigger would be too big. Half sizes were not available. I returned it.

It can be challenging to depict size online, that's why we always include the measurements in the product details as well as a photo shown to scale on the model. We are glad, however, that you like them. They are beautiful!

I ordered 3 different bracelets. I could only wear one. Offering only two sizes is a shame. The 7 inch, which are barely if not a tad short of 7" were impossible for me to hook except for one that I had to work hard to get on. I think the 8" would be too big.

Most bracelets come in a 7", or 8" size. It is rare to find them larger or smaller, although we do carry a select few in 7.5". We always suggest choosing the 8" if the bracelet is a wider design, as they tend to fit differently on the wrist.
