The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
I thought I was ordering a pair of earrings, not a single one. When I received it, I almost needed a magnifying glass to see it. It was TINY! Way too costly for something so small. I sent it back. I ordered a replacement/exchange. Hopefully it will work out better. Will submit review once received. Fingers crossed.

I picked out this beautiful blue topaz ring for a gal pal this was turning 80. She is a diva. Always dresses to the nines, makeup and hair perfect and she loves jewelry. It was a gift from all her Selfish Club ( book club without reading a book) gals. I was a bit worried it wasn't big and blingy enough but she loved it. I did too and would buy it for myself.

These were a gift for my granddaughter who recently had her ears pierced. She had wanted them done with heart shaped earrings but the place she had them done didn't have any. Saw these just in time for her birthday and love that they are flat backed. She needs to let her ears heal a little more before she can wear but was very excited to receive them.

My Mother's gifts were fabulous!
The topaz items I ordered for me were not. In my opinion the pictured items looked much nicer than what I received. I will probably return them. 11 days to receive overstocked items seams slot, of their overstocked doesn't that mean their on hand!
The bracelet is ok, but the hoop earrings are smaller than I visualized via the ad.
This is the first and hopefully the only time I will have something negative to say!

This magnetic clasp works well for smaller clasps. If the clasp on your bracelet is large, it's difficult to put on the bracelet. It'll work for most situations and the magnet seems secure. I wanted this for a very nice gold charm bracelet. I used a magnetic clasp for a good bracelet before and lost it. Later, I figured out that the magnet most likely stuck to a grocery cart which then took the bracelet off of my wrist! The guard chain is the best case scenario.

I was surprisingly disappointed with my purchases. Diamonds were so inferior in quality - milky white in color. On a positive note, the rep was very understanding as I made my concerns known and returned my purchases.
The rep was very helpful and kind. I apologized for returning my purchases due to poor quality, very cloudy white diamonds. She understood my concerns and showed compassion.

The diamond quality on these rings that you purchased is an I3, which means that there will be visible inclusions, which you see in the milky white appearance. All of our diamonds have the quality grade listed in the Product Details. Anything with an "I" listed before the number means there will be visible inclusions. I joined the club and in the beginning it was great. Fantastic customer service and great value on products. Then my last 3 orders were horrible. First one I was sent the wrong item, I ordered a gift for a friends birthday (angel wing charm) and was sent some kind of anklet instead. They would not ship what I ordered until the wrong item was received back so that ruined my surprise. Next 2 orders came with knotted chains so totally useless to me and I was offered nothing in compensation for the error on their part. I understand things happen but I am highly disappointed in the customer service and will not be renewing my subscription.

A dear friend of mine gave me an unfinished pearl necklace on a gold paper clip chain from R+S years ago, and I wear it ALL the time. The purchase was very easy. I loved all my choices. A wide selection to choose from. My only problem was with the USPS delay with delivery.
All they told us was to wait another week. Then they would either refund or send out another one. But we had to call the USPS to complain which took all morning to speak with someone that could actually help us.

I love these little jackets! It's like having a bunch of new earrings! I have several pairs of studs that are nice, but because they are so small I rarely wear them. These delicate jackets are perfect for drawing attention to my little studs without being too weighty or overpowering. The back of the jacket is slightly concave which means you never have to worry about which side is the front. They are exactly what I was looking for. I could not be more pleased with these jackets!

I bought a necklace for my daughters birthday. Needed a magnifying glass to find the stone. The necklace clasp was larger than the square design that held the stone. Picture advertised did not seem accurate. Not worth the price or my time to initiate a return.
