The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver

I LOVED the two bracelets I purchased for myself. It's so nice the RS had extended sizes up to 8 inches for my big wrists.

Ross Simons has always been a favorite of mine for jewelry. Large variety of items to view, great quality and good sales. Their website is easy to navigate, quick shipping, easy checkout and really good customer service ( did not require this time). Never disappointed in their jewelry. Love my new bracelet!

Long time customer. The vendor now uses USPS that just lets your order sit around and not be picked up or processed. This order should have taken a day or two based on my location; instead it was late. USPS is untrustworthy these days and I'm disappointed in RS delivery. Also, the blue color on the ring only goes 3/4 around the band. Looks terrible. I won't be using RS again.

In regard to shipping, if you prefer UPS shipping, call to place the order directly with us and request UPS shipping if that works better in your area.
I absolutely love this dainty ring. It sparkles. I wore it daily for about two months then looked down and noticed a diamond was missing. Ross Simons customer service was amazing. They sent a replacement ring immediately.

I wanted a pair of wire dangle earrings in white gold, but I found these in sterling silver. They look great on.

The items were so tiny compared with the ad…these clasps were for an arthritic 80 year older lady to facilitate her putting on a necklace herself. No way this is possible because of the size and they seemed overpriced too.

I've been a costumer of Ross-Simons (RS) for almost 30 years and I've never been disappointed in anything I've purchased from them. This time, I purchased a simple gold wedding band (10k gold), and it's absolutely beautiful! It's a hammered-style band and one of the prettiest I've ever seen. Fits perfectly, too! I've been looking for a necklace and earrings for a wedding for weeks. I've seen magazines with Ross-Simons ads but never looked at their website. I went to their website and was amazed at the vast collection they offered.
