The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Amazing quality & products! Everything is so beautiful but I would say maybe a minor adjustment should be made to the still photos on the website, especially for all *Earrings. Maybe keep the main still photo that seems "enlarged" but then add another photo of the product with a ruler diagram plus measurements, all shown in the photo. The earrings are absolutely gorgeous but I did expect them to be a little bigger. I think for some clients they could be expecting huge statement earrings with just the one photo. Most of us don't have time to check specifications and details for each product (and then get a ruler out to confirm all those details). Thank You!

I love my 3 ring set of stackable Sterling silver. I just wish you would offer half sizes, 8 is too small and 9 is a bit too big. Other than that, I like that I can wear 2 silver with a gold I already have, love the look.

Beautiful and unique jewelry. Exactly as pictured! I'm very impressed with the quality of pictures on the website and that is why I ordered earrings and matching ring for myself. I love the design and craftmanship! I do have concerns, however how well the 18k gold over silver will weather. As new pieces, they look like 18K bright and shiny gold and I do not want them to tarnish and rub off to the silver under.

Extra care should be taken to maximize the lifespan of your gold over sterling jewelry. Remove your jewelry when you exercise, shower, or swim. Wait until perfume, lotion, or makeup is dry or has been absorbed by your skin before you put on your jewelry. Substances like oil, chlorine, perfume, anti-bacterial soap, and jewelry cleaner may react with the jewelry cleaner and cause it to tarnish easily. Daily cleaning with a very soft cloth to remove and dust and dirt is recommended. To avoid scratches, wrap your piece in a soft cloth after cleaning or keep it in a jewelry box separate from other jewelry. We hope you love the earrings and ring!

I ordered an emerald bracelet for my wife, and it arrived with a broken clasp. We were disappointed but decided to process an exchange. The replacement arrived and seemed in better shape, however after wearing for one day, one of the links broke. The bracelet was beautiful, but the quality of craftsmanship is not on par with the price point. We will definitely NOT be purchasing jewelry from Ross-Simons again.

We take feedback seriously and our Returns Team will pull your return aside to have the piece fully evaluated when received. After reading your review we pulled our inventory to check the pieces, weak points along the chain were not found and were sturdy considering the size and the lobster clasps worked as expected. Size 8.5 (pic. Looks bigger online) Smaller to me in person. I have short fat fingers. Very dainty, but elegant band. I do wish they made a 4/4.5 Ct. In this. I do like it and will wear it a lot to get used to it. Combining it with my two wedding anniversary band I have.

I have so many fine necklaces but had my eye on this. So glad I got it. It's a quality, well made necklace. It's different with a little sparkle, perfect everyday, anywhere necklace. The onyx stones are checkerboard which is a nice touch, a great purchase in 20 inches.

I wish I'd read the previously posted review; I've ordered items from this company in the past and have always been happy. But these earrings are not worth wearing because they're minuscule. Fine for a doll! Don't bother with these.
Update: Handling theses earrings was difficult for me; I'm petite with small hands but found myself fumbling with them. Then, while in my car, I discovered that the tiny backing for the right earring had fallen off. So, I'll probably never wear these earrings. They are pretty.
