The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
My wife loved these earrings. Although I felt their weight is light, my wife thought it was perfect since they didn't weigh down on her ears. They have a great shine to them in any light. A lil pricey at $159 ($193 after tax and express ship) but as long as wife loved it, worth it.
By chance came across this site. Good experience so far, so will continue using them.

Given the ease with which we can now return items from just about anywhere with a click on the computer and a swift stop at UPS or the like, your return process is annoying and antiquated and honestly will make me not shop wth you again and I have been a customer for many years. It is 2023! Get with it!

I am undecided if I will keep or return this eternity diamond ring. The gold is scratched and the diamonds do not shine as they should. I am disappointed as it looks cheap along with my very high quality 3 carat diamond solitaire.

Terrible quality. Flimsy gold and and latches don't hold at all! First time I wore these, one earring unknowingly came unlatched and is lost forever. Having 1 earring is worthless. Very disappointed. DO NOT BUY!

Yes, it was very easy to select rings by gem and color. And, by size. But I was so disappointed in the size of the rings…they both look more appropriate for young girls than a grown woman. Personally, I would prefer to spend more money and obtain a quality ring that is in scale with a woman's finger/hand size.

Ordering and shipping, communication were a breeze! It isn't pure silver, so not sure why I was so surprised to find out the infinity charm is "hollow" or concave. I expected a more solid piece.

The infinity symbol is 925 Sterling Silver, which is the content of all sterling pieces. We do show a video of the piece on our website, which shows the front and back of the piece. Some pieces are designed like that on the back to help defray the cost of silver, to make the piece more affordable. I received my pearl earrings quickly and they are nice, however, they are too heavy for my ear and droop. I need to return them and called all three customer service numbers only to reach an "all lines are busy, try your call later". I got the same message an hour later. I then reached out to customer service via e-mail and did not receive a reply.

Looked like nice products at a reasonable price. I also received some studs as a gift at Christmas and enjoy them.

I purchased a multi gemstone bracelet about 6 months ago. It was 18k over sterling. The plating has considerable wear, it's lost all but 2 of the beads and half the stones. So I would not order any of your overlay products. Waiting to see how the new bracelet holds up.

I made an online order from Ross & Simon for the very first time - just about two weeks ago. I was simultaneously nervous and excited about the ring I had ordered; I've been very disappointed with jewelry purchases I've made in the past from stores other than R & S.

Website offers good pictures, descriptions and dimensions, sizing. Pricing is very good. The website "Chat room" never worked and the only way to communicate was thru email. No one answered the phone and when I tried the number it was disconnected. This was somewhat discerning because I was ordering large dollar amounts of jewelry. At the end of the day, they responded to my email questions and delivery was very well communicated thru an appropriate tracking system. Packaging was appropriate for Jewelry. You will pay a fair price for the jewelry. My only complaint was the ruby flower stacking ring. The color of the gemstone was way off. Good news overall, the website is very descriptive. Frustrating news - customer service was mediocre. What I'd change: more selection of lab diamonds.
You are very difficult to get a hold of as compared to other companies. the chat room did not work, I kept getting disconnected on your phone service.
