The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Received my diamond studs and was pleasantly surprised. Lovely stones, great sparkle and quality, just beautiful. A two-carat stud is substantial and doesn't sit straight on my earlobe. Now I need an earring support so the earring doesn't sag. They are my favorite earrings now.

I was charged but my order didn't arrive, despite being marked as "shipped", nothing was shipped. The label was created but the item hasn't been sent. The estimated delivery date is just being adjusted every day. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. No resolution offered.

While I recognize that turquoise is a naturally occurring substance and variations in appearance are to be expected, the earings I was sent were substantially different from those pictured online. I would not have bought them in person. Too close to Christmas to go through the exchange process with no guarantee of receiving a better example.

Ordering was easy. Products arrived in ver nice packaging. Products themselves look cheap. The set of plain rings are uncomfortable even if worn singly and because of the clunky design and bad colour cannot be worn with 14k pieces. This stuff is pretty much expensive junk.

I puchased 2 adjustable necklaces. One is gold and the other is silver. Very sparkly and adjusts in whatever length you need. These are my "go to everyday " chains. Just change the pendant or wear on its own. Love it!

Although I was happy with the quality and look of the bracelet that I ordered for my wife for our anniversary, one of the carved flowers was broken away from its mounting when it arrived. I have already sent it back for exchange.
The representative I spoke with was pleasant and helpful. I was sent a return shipping label, returned the package to the post office, and am now waiting for my replacement.

Received the heart with gems was a Christmas gift for my wife. Item was not as described in photo on website. Gems were so small you could barely see them but in the photo on the website they appear to be much bigger. The 20 inch chain broke as she put it on for the first time.

The ring was beautiful, fit great, and felt like it was good quality but the color was way different than in the picture. It was an aquamarine ring and in the picture it showed a light blue stone. When it arrived, it practically looked clear. Absolutely not what I wanted.

Horrible. Numerous phone calls to try to accomplish a simple gift that would be billed to me. Instead of refunding the sales tax I will be erroneously charged, I was sent a "refund" in the way of a gift certificate: as if I will EVER use this company again. Another loss (but not surprising considering all the f***-ups).
Too horrible to remember, with several phone calls. How hard should it have been to send a gift (engraved) and bill it to me???? Evidently, impossible. This company sucks. Sales tax was charged to me because of the company error of sending the item to me (corrected after MUCH phone time) and the "refund" was a gift credit. As if I will EVER use this company again! I will NEVER order anything from this company again, so "it wins" with the sales credit.

These were certainly a series of unfortunate events and not typical. We will work with the representatives to improve response to issues like yours. While no sales tax was charged on any of the orders, sales tax is determined by the shipping address per the federal government. Orders can ship to the gift recipient without prices-- the ship to information is entered on the first screen then "Continue to Billing" at bottom of the screen and that will give you drop down to enter your billing information. I was very disappointed in the quality of this bracelet for two reasons. First of all, the surfaces of most of the sapphires were scratched. As I read in the Ross-Simons "Related Articles" sapphires are second only to diamonds in hardness, so I can't understand why such obvious scratches occurred, let alone not caught by Quality Assurance before shipping.
Secondly, the bracelet only had two "Diamond Accents" not 13 as stated by a Ross Simons employee who answered in my question. (See Q&A) I will return the bracelet.

We always want a smooth delivery with all our orders and work with our customers during the claims process for any delivery issues. Claims take up to 10 business days and we encourage our customers to respond quickly to all UPS inquiries to expedite the process.
This was a gift, and the anklet came in a box meant for earrings all crumpled up in a little plastic bag. It took me a long time to untangle and get the gemstones to lay flat. The earrings were not packaged well. I wanted her to open a box with them displayed. Instead, she had to fish them out of a bag and roll them out on her hand to see them. Extremely disappointed! I have always had a good experience, but this seemed rushed and careless. Too frustrated to even bother with a long we're sorry excuse from customer service...

Shopping experience was phenomenal and I received the earrings ordered quickly. And they are beautiful. Many companies have similar designs, but these are truly nice. Have already worn them several times to work. My only nit is that the clasp of one of the earrings should be tightened. Will take to a local jeweler and have it done, I'm sure, with no issue.

Products are the size and color as depicted. They are both lighter in weight than expected, but are still worth the value at the price point offered. Delivery was not problematic, but each item arrived separately by different carriers which resulted in temporary worry. One item was shipped via UPS to my door (awesome). The other item arrived the day after via USPS to my rental office, but I was unable to tell that from the delivery confirmation. A little bit of worry until I checked the office the following day when they opened (due to the assumption that it would arrive by the same method as the 1st package).

I was so careful to make sure the bar snapped in, because it makes the "snap" sound but the bar often is next to (not in) the snap. It must have not snapped it in, or else it came disconnected, and it and fell out while I was not home. The earrings were purchased just a few months ago. The company takes no responsibility for defects! So disappointing.
Tip for consumers:
Be careful about the "guarantee." They do not honor it.

I've ordered quite a few pieces from Ross Simons over the last few years. Their products have always been beautiful and a nice quality. I have returned one or two items that didn't work for me. In this order was a Pearl bracelet and a Pearl ring. The bracelet is beautiful but hard to fasten by myself. I have figured out a way to fasten it by myself. The Pearl ring was a complete shock. The gold band came shaped in an oval shape and looked nothing like the picture. Obviously defective. I would expect better quality control over their merchandise. I'm also not thrilled they use USPS for shipping. This particular shipment got "stuck" at the post office. Nothing for me to do but to wait. Also returning via USPS is not convenient for me as I don't live close to a post office. I'm hoping this experience is not a prediction of a decline in their merchandise. Time will tell.

Earrings rrived well-packaged and on time. They initially looked true to description and as shown online, however I could see through the clear pouch that portions showed the plating tarnished and/or worn off. I called because these were needed for the Holiday, and a CS rep acted promptly to replace the unacceptable pair, and email me a printable return slip so the first pair could be returned.
CS representative was excellent and did their best to listen to and meet my needs. A return slip was sent to me, as well as a replacement.

The picture in the paper, although in black and white newsprint, looked so pretty and along with the published price looked like quite a nice introduction to Ross Simons. What the picture couldn't show was the small thin short cheap version of the real life bracelet. In reality it is a huge disappointment. I should have remembered the old adage of "You get what you pay for!" In this case, it was so very true. Also, buyer beware, if you don't like these "bargain" ads, Ross Simons makes you pay for the return forgetting about "truth in advertising". Working with this company is a bad idea from the beginning.
