The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.
I called customer service to find out where my item was because tracking showed it was only 2 hours away from me for 4 days Customer service told me to call USPS What kind of service is that? Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
My purchase was a mothers day gift. I ordered in April 27th, it came a day late, but when I follow the detailed tracking it spent days in one or more locations. Luckily I decided to call a week before to check on status since. They tracked it down and got it moving or it may have been even later. I had no communication since the order. When I purchased the item the estimated ship date allowed plenty of time to receive by Mothers Day. Heartbreaking to have to tell a special Mother, your gift is in the mail.
It was the the postal service, Ross Simmons used almost all of the time before ever shipping.
I am not really sure anymore. The item I bought, seem nice quality wise, but I expected not be gift less on Mothers day.

Ross Simon's is a great company to get fashionable, precious metal and gemstone jewelry from. However, quality of the products seems to have declined over the years while prices have gone way up, just like every other company. I have been buying jewelry from Ross Simon's for almost 15 years and I remember scrolling through their magazines as a child and it just doesn't have the same quality now as it did back then and everything is gold over silver instead of solid gold.

Good company but no matter how many times you unsubscribe, every time you place an order they go back to their constant spamming. I can never understand why someone can convince an otherwise good company that the best why to make their customers like them more is to send multiple emails a day harassing them. Lots of other companies to choose from. Perhaps it it time to simply block them forever.

I ordered a different bracelet with faulty clasp and discussed with an online employee. It was VERY hard to figure out the return/refund and replacement with this new bracelet. I am unhappy, but I like the little bangle with my watch, so I hope this one works. I doubt I'll be ordering from RS again however.

We regret there was an issue with the bracelet received, it is not the experience we want for any of our customers especially one that has shopped with us for 20 plus years. Our Quality Team has been advised to have a closer look at the piece. We are glad a new piece was ordered and hope it works well with your watch. It is faster to return for a refund and place a new order if one does not want to wait the time for an exchange and will work with our team to clearly communicate this.
Your online store is very slow to process orders; it take forever to go from screen to screen during the order processing. The pricing seems a little high for compared to similar products I can get locally. Also, the worst part of all is the scam being pulled around shipping costs and time. The shipping is ridiculously high ($$$) for such a tiny product; I am not exaggerating, and for the amount of shipping paid I would expect to get the product in a reasonable amount of time. For the amount of shipping I was charged, I can get and have received goods from the US that are vastly larger in size and weight and get to me in less. Than half the time it take to get your products. Now this complaint isn't about a one time experience. Several months ago another family member ordered from you and experience exactly the same thing: a tiny overpriced product that took forever and a day to get here and to top it all off the online ordering process kept timing out and stalling.
I had no choice. The product I need seemed to only exist on this store, otherwise I would have saved myself a lot of money and shopped elsewhere, and received the product in a reasonable amount of time.

I ordered several items. The one that was sub-par was a set of stud ear rings. I took one out and started to take the back off and the post came off in my hand. Obviously not good quality. I immediately contacted the return dept and got a return authorization. The form says that you may take 4.95 from my refund to cover the shipping. Why should I have to pay for such shoddy product to be returned?

The shipping speed was adequate and the process was fine. However, I didn't even have my ring a week before one of the stones popped out. I looked down at it and it was gone. I have other rings with similar stones from other places that I have worn for years In all types of situations and have never had a problem. It's no longer wearable and in less than a week.
I chose Ross Simmons because I loved the bee ring and it was unique.

My most comfortable earrings, owing to their hollow lightness. They do bend easily, so it's important to handle them gently. The low price reflects the fact that they are hollow, and I bought a new pair a year later during the sales. The dented ones are still good to keep on hand for travel and active sports--if they get lost, I have the good ones. The color and size are perfect for business and everyday wear, and I wear them several days a week.

For the most part, I have been happy with my purchases from Ross-Simons, but I have had to return the last few items due to poor quality. A stone fell out of a ring I ordered, then I received a gemstone ring that was poorly cut, and finally I received a pair of gemstone earrings in which its stones' color and quality did not look at all like the pictures on the website. I think the online pictures should more accurately reflect what the pieces look like in reality, otherwise it's misleading and leads to customer disappointment.
I requested to start a return on the website. The process was simple and straight forward.

The London blue topaz ring and ear studs are beautiful as shown in catalog. The simple emerald cut design is perfect, no diamonds or other design needed. Just what I was looking for.
