The earrings I ordered at as described and quite lovely. One pair were monogrammed earrings. When they arrived I realized I'd been sent the wrong initials. I called customer service right away and the rep immediately corrected the problem and expedited a new pair for me. The correct pair arrived a few days later. I was impressed from start to finish with the process.

Then they send me an email telling me that is not what they meant? The shipper is the one that can check on an order, not the receiver
Normally, I am very satisfied with my purchases from Ross Simons, however when I recently received my 14kt gold Murano glass bead necklace, it was simply thrown into a jewelry bag which upon opening revealed a knotted mess that I could not unravel. I called customer service and they sent me return postage. I sent it back and am awaiting a replacement, hopefully not knotted!

Now that I have them, I feel so regal and elegant. As a baby boomer nearing 75, I wanted some fun popping earrings. I was not disappointed! Even though the earrings are very small, the shine of the diamonds and gold metal outweigh the size.

Ordering and returning is easy but the pictures of the items do not really show their true size. The recent order of a bracelet was so much smaller than expected and the chain is tangled. I will return it.

Bracelet photo and specifics described sapphires as BLUE. They do not look blue but darker, almost black. Obviously these are not top quality sapphires for the price but the product description should be more accurate. The Sterling bracelet is a nice design.

I ordered three gold bangles and received them today. However one was broken. I emailed customer service and they will send a replacement after they receive my return. I don't appreciate that process but I am happy to eventually get a replacement.

ORdered the item on a Thursday, got it 9 days later and I live like 4 states away. That aside, the item arrived NO ring box NO plastic bag even NO new item tag. Item looked used and had plopped around in the cardboard box the whole way here. The bezel was bent. Aside from that, the stones were washed out looking and the side stones in particular were cloudy. Customer Service didn't care and said I had to return the damaged one before they would send another, so I said don't bother, and I will just mail it back and not get a replacement. Don't plan to buy from Ross Simons anymore.

When I was going through the process of picking out my engagement ring, I also studied famous rings - from historical pieces to royalty to celebrities. And Jackie O's is the most stunning, unique piece I've seen. I was thrilled to discover Ross-Simons created a replica and ordered it immediately! It fits perfectly and comfortably, and is truly a statement piece. I enjoy wearing it as a cocktail ring, and it's always fun when someone recognizes it for the historical piece it truly is!

Great customer experience however, the product I feel just didn't live up to the money being charged. The hot pink crystals appear to be more plastic than Krystal but I could be wrong. They may be in gold, but the crystal itself seemed cheap? Plus the color was off according to the pitcher in the catalog so unfortunately, we will be sending these back, but will most likely give the company another try

I was looking buy myself something nice for my upcoming 40th birthday and I opted for a beautiful ruby and sapphire bracelet and gold chain. Another necklace I bought didn't suit, so I've started the returns process...so far, so good. RS has a pretty good selection of genuine gold jewelry at reasonable prices.
I purchased three items with no additional discounts. The next day, Ross-Simons started their anniversary sale with an extra 10% off almost everything. I called customer service and they were able to apply the discount as my order had not yet been delivered. It was a very smooth transaction and I would shop here again.

I finished ordering on Wed around 3pm and used expedited shipping. My first piece arrived by Saturday. My other piece arrived Tuesday, following a holiday weekend. I'm not sure I would spring for the expedited shipping again; seems like the processing is slow.

I was very excited for this order. I called in to ask the customer service representative so she could indicate on the order that someone needed to sign for the order. I did not want it left on my step because it was expensive. Not only did I arrive home from and trip to find the package sitting in my yard, but the earrings also looked much smaller than the picture. I do not think I will order from Ross-Simons again.
The representative was nice but despite her saying that she would put on the package that a signature would be required before the package was delivered, the package was left when no one was home.
I though the earrings looked different from earrings I had seen in the stores around where I live.

These are lovely earrings & I've been looking for a double pearl earring forever. However, the post was short making it pinch when I tried it on. In addition, the backing was so soft & fine that the earring easily bent of if shape. Very disappointed bc I so want a double pearl earring.
